This was a lie as soon after my car was totaled out. When I went to pick up my car they had to jump it to get it running. They didn't tell me this but I saw the jump pack in the guys hand as he left my car running in front of the door. I parked my car to drop off the rental and surprise surprise the battery was dead when I went to start it again. I checked my car over and noticed that several parts were missing including my spare tire. I had to replace the battery and go back for the parts they thought nobody would notice being missing as they didn't expect me to reclaim. They seem to prefer to work with insurance companies so they can get away with minimal work, no accountability, and take parts off of your car. I wouldn't think wanting my car back in the condition I dropped it off in at minimum was a huge ask but for these guys it is. I wouldn't be surprised to find out they intentionally left my car sitting for no reason other than to run up the bill for the insurance company and get the car totaled out so they could take whatever they wanted off of it. Choose someplace else. They are not worth the damage to your car.
