I can't say enough about what an amazing job Kurt and his staff did getting my car back to it's original state.

I don't usually leave reviews unless I'm angry, but WOW! I had my new 2026 GMC Terrain a whole two…read moreweeks when it was destroyed by hail last month. I looked up Miromax for PDR and figured I would trust them to fix my baby. Miroslav and his wife were excellent to deal with and everything was explained as to what needed to be done to restore it to new condition. I had several over-sized dents and two that were creased right on edges (which is hard to fix) being so close to the edge. I picked up my truck three days later and it looked like it did when I drove off the dealers lot! Miromax is truly an outstanding shop that was clean, organized, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This is an award winning shop and it shows in their work. As thorough as I am, I was unable to see any of the previous damage. Not one dent, crease, dimple...notta! Car was clean and looked better than new. Don't go to a collision shop for paintless dent removal, go to Miromax. I was originally going to go to a collision shop, until they said that they were going to have a PDR shop (30 miles) from my house, do the work. I said NO, and I then chose to use Miromax. Miroslav truly cares about your car, and treats its like it's his own. I am so happy that I chose Miromax and truck looks great! Kudo's to this team. I will go back if ever needed again, and will recommend to others. Thanks Miroslav!

I had my 2008 BMW 750LI that I purchased as a project car repainted and these guys did a great job!…read more First of all, this car was vandalized with B****, scratched all over and keyed all over. I got a reasonable quote for the job and they knocked it out the park. FYI, prices vary from Maaco to Maaco so shop around. The estimator who originally gave me the quote, was working at a Maaco in Chicago. When I went back to get the work done, the manager says he won't honor the price and tried to charge me double! He told me if I want that price to go to Crest Hill and that's what I did. Thanks guys and I'll see you on my next project.

There are a lot of negative reviews out there written about this franchise. Let me start by saying…read morethat I have had several cars painted or completely repaired over the last 25 years and I know the difference between a $3000 paint job and a $300 paint job. This shop is set-up to handle both. I have bought a few older cars over the last 2 years and brought them here for the nationally advertised sales to take advantage of the low pricing. The paint stuck and really shines well. After two years, the finish still looks great. Some of my own body work didn't last, but the paint looks great. This was a $500 paint job and it was well worth it. There were some problems but the owner took care of them for me. On my first car, the masker, taped-off my rocker panels and they didn't get painted. I had to bring the car back after the first paint had fully dried, and they painted the rockers...no charge. On my second car, there was some body work done. They did a good job on the fender but didn't repair the bumper cover as promised. I was in a hurry to get the car back and I didn't bother to ask them to fix the bumper as it wasn't really that bad, which is probably why the body man didn't notice the damage. Also, they installed my front wheel mud flap on the rear wheel on one side of the car and on the front wheel on the other side of the car. It didn't really fit on the rear wheel so they bent it and flexed it to get it to fit. These problems would have never happened if there was a little more attention paid to detail. As a business owner myself, I understand that the owners attention is directed to the profitable jobs and things are going to slip by on these unprofitable projects. My advice to a new customer going here for an inexpensive paint job, is to give the car a thorough inspection before you take it home and be prepared to leave the car for another few days or to bring it back a week or two later for the work to be corrected. You can however count on getting a quality job for the money and a great shiny finish that may outlast the car. The paint has always covered well and evenly, and the masking is neat and professionally done.
