I brought a brand new toyota camry here for repairs after rear end collision. They walk around the car with you to look at the damages and you can bring up anything the estimator might miss. So for me: 1) There were scuff marks on the rear bumper 2) some internal damage caused the bumper to become higher on right, lower on left 3) the very bottom piece of the car, I forgot what it's called became lose bc the hinges broke. They did a great job of fixing all three. I didn't have to pay anything because insurance covered it, but it does seem like there quotes may be on the higher end (in case you're paying out of pocket). They also kept me updated with the status of the repairs with calls and texts. The lady who was at the front desk was phenomenal, super nice and good at explaining everything. They do take credit card for repairs. read more

If you know nothing about paint or body repair and can't tell the difference between good work and poor work this is the place for you. I wouldn't let them paint anything that is worth any kind of money. They cut corners and the paint looks like a 12 yr old with a marker could do better. My car had a dented rear passenger door and rear quarter panel damage. They repaired the damage a week ahead of schedule, and you couldn't even tell that it had been damaged. They matched the paint exactly. They were in constant contact with me via text and phone calls. Then they cleaned my car inside and out from top to bottom, including the trunk. I'm very happy with their service and would definitely go there again. read more

I would not recommend this place. Had Chinda give me a quote to have my sons older 2011 BMW bumper repaired when he backed into someone in a parking lot! I wish he would talk like a normal person instead of a total fake rehearsed salesman. $1900 billed to insurance and I would pay the $500 deductible. He tells me this is hardly any damage and would let me know if they get the bumper off and there is more damage underneath. Ok, fine. Get a call couple days later saying, good news in more of the fake rehearsed voice, it was In the final painting stage, explaining each phase and it would be done early on the 3rd instead of the 6th. No calls after that, then got a text on the 4th saying it was done and Someone would contact me to arrange pickup! Never heard anything that day. Following afternoon, I called and they said oh yes, it's done. Fine, go in and lady at the desk collects my $500 deductible and I give her the check from my insurance company. There is an additional $1200 on there. I said what is that? She said oh, it's for your insurance company. I said why wasn't I called about the additional charges? She said it's not billed to you, it's billed to the insurance company. I said, I am your customer, not my insurance company. I brought the car here. Chinda salesman said oh, explains BMW upgraded this particular bumper with the sensors so it's more money. I said and you just found this out? $1900 to $3100??? I'm sorry but that is not right!! This is 2011 vehicle. You wouldn't get the price when you quoted me??? He said no I didn't. I said you told me you would call me if there was a change in the quote! I never received any calls other then it was in the final painting process. I think this place is a scam. I told him, this looks like a total money grab and a scam! I hope my insurance company doesn't pay the additional money. Honor your quote. The more gouging that is done, the more our rates for coverage continue to go up! Seriously, never again!!!! These guys are great and really stand behind their workmanship. I wrecked my vehicle. My insurance company authorized aftermarket parts for a $7k repair. I picked up the car three weeks later and it looked fantastic! After two months the paint started peeling around one of the front bumper driving lights. I immediately called the dealer and spoke with Tony the general manager. I let him know that I was about to trade the car and I needed it back as quickly as possible. These guys really came through. In a matter of four days they replaced the bumper with an OEM bumper as they learned there was a manufacturers defect with the aftermarket bumper authorized by my insurance company. It was quickly repainted the new bumper andand looked better than ever! I can't say enough positive about these guys! Not only was the work excellent but they were willing to redo it and redo it at no cost in order to make me satisfied. I wish every business had customer service like this. read more

This body shop did an excellent job repairing front end damage to my vehicle. I really have never seen better work done than what Gerber did for me. My car came out looking like it did from the dealership. Everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. Laura was very friendly and Tony was very helpful with the entire process and quick to fix any issues to keep me happy. The customer satisfaction at this location was beyond wonderful and I would highly recommend this auto body shop over any other in the area. You'll save a lot of headache and time by going here. Collision Revision (http://collisionrevision.com/) fixed several cars for me in the past several years. My wife has a tendency to get in small fender-benders every other year or so. Collision Revision does a great job every time. Not only do they fix the damage, they also detail the car before returning it to me looking like new again. I will first say that the employees that deal with the customers are very kind and accommodating. With that said, I was in an accident where I was at fault, so the front of my car was damaged. It took a little over a week for them to fix the front end and add a new side panel, blaming the time on paint, which I understand. When I picked up my car, it was cloudy, but, they detailed and cleaned the car so nicely and I was so happy to have my car back, I took it and swiftly drove home. The next day, when the sun came out, I noticed my blue Civic, which is a typical car and the standard blue Civics are, was purple. I called my insurance company and was immediately told to return my car to be fixed. I had to wait another 3 days, and when I picked up my car, it was, again, cloudy. It seemed to match, but I was weary. Later that day, the sun popped out, and my car was still purple. It took bringing my car in THREE times for them to match my standard blue colored car and remove the purple. I spent almost a month without my car because their painting people don't understand that purple doesn't match blue and that they should check the colors in the natural sunlight before deeming a project finished. No amount of kind customer service can match that amount of unprofessionalism. read more

I took my Rogue in for repair on our front bumper. They quoted a price and how long it would take. Since this is our only vehicle I was concerned with being able to keep my doctors appointments. I just had gotten an operation for pancreatic cancer and doctors visits are very important. Chinda Chou heard that and offered to pay for a rental car for me. They told me it would take 3 day to complete the repair. They finished in 2 days they did an awesome job on the bumper and paint matching the original color. They even touched up a couple of chips on the hood. They cleaned the inside and outside of the SUV! Chinda went over and above in service. If I ever need repair work again this is where I will go. HORRIBLE. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE work. I took my wife's car in after an accident, and it took them three attempts to get the color right. One guy gave me the excuse, "It's almost impossible to match the color." However, a supervisor at this location later told me, "We do this color all the time. There's no reason that we can't do it." I, for some reason, brought another car here after a minor accident. Again, the color was WAY off. It wasn't obvious to me right away because it was dark outside. However, once I looked at it the next day with some sunlight, it was completely obvious that it wasn't even close. They also put the part back on in a sloppy way and it didn't line up right. Lucky for me, I traded the car in for something brand new a couple of days later. I will never, EVER take another car to this location. I would rather my car be damaged than have these people fix it. When you do a job, you do it RIGHT THE FIRST TIME; not on the third attempt. I've been to another Collision Revision location, and didn't have a problem. This place must employ blind people to not notice the difference between blue and purple. Being nice to customers and cleaning their car doesn't matter if the paint work looks like crap. read more

The work they did on my car was great. I was kept updated throughout the entire process. The staff is nice but unfortunately the ball was dropped and that's where the rating took a hit. When I picked up my car they told me some tow hook cover from my front bumper was missing- it hadn't come in with the rest of the parts but they had ordered it as soon as they realized the problem and would come to my house to put it on. Ok fine. I wasn't even annoyed. They caught it and were working on the fix. Then crickets. After a few weeks (admittedly I had kind of forgotten) I call them. Speak to a different guy, super apologetic, who told me the guy I had originally been working with was no longer w/them but the part was there and to come by whenever and they would put it on. Ugh fine. My schedule isn't super flexible but I made it in. And they ordered a cap for the rear bumper- not the front. Again very apologetic and he would order the right piece and come to my house to put it on and keep me up to date. Which he did. Kind of. It was ordered and should be ready Friday or Saturday and I could stop in to have it put on. Now I'm annoyed. A couple weeks go by with nothing. I spend a week trying to contact them but the lines were either busy or the call could not be completed. I finally get through and leave a voicemail. Shortly after the woman at the front desk calls me (her name escapes me) and says it is there and to come in and they will put it on. I explain what's been going on and she says she will call back. About 20 minutes later she calls and says someone will be on their way to put it on. If it wasn't for her intervening and handling it who knows how much more this would've gone back and forth. Two months after picking up my car it was finally done. Such a stupid, stupid fumble at the end of what was otherwise a great experience. One hand didn't know what the other was doing. read more

Let's get real!!! These guys are REAL GOOD!!! Excellent customer service!!! Recently, I posted a 5 Star review when Gerber delivered excellence in my repair job. If you know anything about people, things and mechanics and if you are "real", then you know things can happen... My car was leaking on the side that was hit. We called Gerber and they asked us to come in right away. I drive a lot on my job and found it a challenge to get in. Gerber offered to provide us a loaner car (first class) Long story short, they found and fixed the issue and I could not be happier! I recommend Gerber Collision & Glass!!! After a bad accident , they were able to help me with my repairs quickly and timely . I was initially thrilled but brought my car back in several weeks later due to my fender starting to settle and pull apart from the body. ***UPDATE 6/30/2016- It would seem as though with my previous experiences as detailed below in original review, that my car must've been fixed by "that one guy"- you know the type- we all have "that one guy" where we work- the kind that barely "works" there. However, that work was NOT really consistent with the Gerber quality that I have had the privilege of experiencing! The manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to see that my car was returned to me in BETTER than new condition! He took the time to listen to and address all of my concerns and gave us frequent updates on the progress. The best part is that they didn't just repair my car, they repaired the relationship by working tirelessly to seize every opportunity to do even the little things for customer satisfaction. I have fallen back in love with my car AND with Gerber. -------------------------------------------------- If I could give ZERO stars, that would be my rating. I chose this location because it was certified by my insurance company and I had used other Gerber locations in the past that had done good work. I will attempt in this review to give them credit where credit where credit is due, but ultimately, I WOULD NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN, even if they were the LAST COLLISION REPAIR PLACE ON EARTH!! I took my car there the day after my accident, and it wasn't completed for FIVE weeks! Ok, maybe these repairs were more extensive... however, I was horrified when I came and saw the shoddy work that they took five weeks to complete! Several things were clearly misaligned and not put back properly. It literally looked like a kindergarten class took a field trip to Gerber collision repair and as a class project got to put my car back together! Now, our estimator did agree that it was done poorly and was apologetic. He was positive that it was minor adjustments that could be completed by the very next afternoon. That was on a Thursday, and we didn't get a call that the repairs were completed until midday the following Wednesday! We were further inconvenienced by the fact that, at that point, they were unable to accommodate my husband's work schedule so that we could come inspect and pick up the car. So Friday morning we pick up the car, and again I will give credit to the estimator who made sure that it got washed due to the dust from local road construction, put some gas in it to accommodate the gas used for test drives for fixing the car, and had even gone to look at new jeeps to make sure my car was fixed correctly. However, I do take issue with him apologizing for having not laid eyes on the car before calling us the first time, that is irrelevant because that Quality of work should've never been done by skilled professionals. About halfway through my drive home from Gerber, I realize that there is a gouge in the leather of my steering wheel that was not there prior to bringing it in. When I call them, their solution is for me to drive it one hour round-trip (30 minutes each way) so they can inspect the damage that THEY DID! Finally, the estimator did agree to come to my home to inspect the damage, and I do credit them for agreeing to fix this. Is my nightmare over? Hell no! Next, we go to return our rental car and the rental car place is trying to charge us extra beyond what our insurance covered because their system says that the car was done at the shop on Tuesday (remember, I wrote above that we didn't even hear from Gerber until midday Wednesday). Finally, I take my family out for a pizza dinner to de-stress, and and I go to get back in the car I see that the inside door panel where it meets the window looks like a poorly wrapped birthday present that is coming open. We roll down the window to get a better look and realize that the entire door panel is loose. My car is the 2016 jeep Cherokee Limited that I had owned for six weeks prior to my accident and only had 1200 miles on it, so it was a well-built car that did not have wear and tear on it. I now feel like it's only a matter of time until I find other places on my car that were done poorly. I'm so upset with the poor quality of work done by Gerber that I'm almost ready to pay the $10,000 or more to break my lease just so I don't have to deal with this nightmare any longer or continue to find places that they didn't do well. Of course I hope to never have another accident, but if I do, I would never come here again. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know even my worst enemies! UPDATE 6/20- continued to find minor problems over the weekend. Spoke with Tony the general manager this morning who was very helpful. I'm looking forward to having the issues resolved and hopefully improving this rating. read more

Someone rear ended my 3 year old car while I was stopped at a light and then took off so I was stuck with fixing the damage. I got one other quote before going to Gerber and saved about $200 at Gerber. They had to order a new part so I made an appointment. On drop off day, Eddie noticed a small scratch along the side of the car (non-accident related) and I figured I might as well get that fixed, too. I live very close so they gracious gave me a ride home. The car was finished way earlier than expected much to my surprise. The small scratch was still there. Eddie explained that since the part came painted, they didn't need to mix paint and suggested that I go to the dealer and get a paint stick to match my color. (This will save me a money-hurray!) He even offered to apply it for free if I brought it in. The new bumper part looks great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The receptionist was pleasant and personable. The waiting room was OK -clean and neat- for the amount of time you need to wait (not long) for a consultation. Coffee, tea and water were available. My car was not only washed, but the front and back was vacuumed. I was very pleased with the service I received. read more

I had my windshield, hood, and dash all replaced here after some hooligans decided to smash up my car in a church parking lot. Not only did they do a great job with the repairs but they went the extra mile by completely detailing the interior and exterior of the car. I thought I got into the wrong car when I picked it up. They also buffed out some scuffs and did touch up on the side of my car where somebody had scraped their truck against my vehicle. They didn't even charge me for doing this work. They also handled everything with the insurance company so I never had to pay a dime for the tow and repairs. read more
