I had a scratch and some scuff marks on my front driver's side fender. I stopped in to see about scheduling to have it buffed out. Felix greeted me the moment I walked in the door and asked how he could help. I explained the situation and we we walked out to my truck to look it over. He then walked back in to talk to his manager and was back out to me quickly. He said they could do the work right then and took the truck to the back. I couldn't believe they did it while I waited and without scheduling! Jose Alvarez buffed out the scratch and scuffs and had my truck back out to me in less than 30 minutes. It looked brand new! Needed to get some body work done on my 2024 Cadillac XT4 after hitting a pole. I must say I am very pleased with the replacement of my hood, fender, lights, etc. Alex, Veronica and the team did a great job in helping me and to restore the beauty of my baby. I fell in love with my car all over again. What all customers need to realize is the shop cannot realistically project how long it will take to complete the work. Too many variables such as getting approval for each part, availability of each part and the many places they need to search for the parts and get them. It makes sense once you understand the details. I ended up with 11 pages of approved work and costs. The work was impeccable. Terrible my car is steady falling apart after and accident repair done by them! I dropped my car off and when came time to pick up maybe a week later my whole passenger side window had a crack going from top to bottom. Didn't have a problem beside the wreck when I dropped off. Besides the repairs being half a** completed I'm now out of money to repair windshield they're an absolute JOKE!! I took my car here for inspection and the receptionist told me that my car's horn didn't pass state inspection and the filter dirty She told me i could come back tomorrow or leave my car overnight waiting oder that , next morning she call me she will be charge around three hundred something I did agree that but after few hours she call back told me the horn don't need change so she just charged me the money for inspection and filter, I recommend because they do very honest work they don't overcharge anything read more

Took my car in for a new bumper, they installed it fine and got everything they charged me for. Only problem is the finish paint. Horrible paint job on my bumper. The paint looks like an orange peel, very rugged. Not shiny at all and now I have to get a full paint correction on my brand new bumper. I had a vehicle in for repair, I had requested a separate estimate for some minor cosmetic work. The gentleman I spoke with promised to call me back in an hour with a quote. I got a call four days later saying "sorry I forgot and your vehicle is complete". I called and spoke with a lady in the office and asked to speak with the original gentleman I worked with. She made up every kind of excuse as to why it would not be possible to. The quality of the repair work itself was just fine. The lack of integrity and honesty from the staff would make me not recommend them. read more

I was worried about my car having frame damage, but Nick and the General Manager Veronica assured me that they will properly determine if there is any frame damage and let me know within 5 business days, and submit any updated information necessary to my insurance. If my insurance doesn't total out the car, I am confident that caliber collision will be able to repair my car and get it back to how it was before I was rear ended. The general manager veronica pulled me aside into an office (even though they were very busy) and both her and Nick assured me that they will take the proper steps necessary to take care of not only my vehicle, but my peace of mind as well, and communicate with my insurance regarding my vehicle. It can be difficult to navigate through the insurance and collision repair process when you're involved in an accident, but both nick and Veronica were very knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring. I feel confident in choosing this location to repair my vehicle. 10/10 for customer service, and from what I've read in other reviews - the work/repairs they do is 10/10 as well. I had the best experience here!!! The staff were wonderful. Every interaction with them was great. They kept me informed about my car's progress the entire time they were fixing it. My 2013 Audi was involved in a hit and run accident. They fixed my car and it looks like a brand new car!!!!! I came to this Caliber location since it is conveniently close to my home. I stopped by to obtain an estimate for my front bumper due to some scratches it had. As soon as I arrived Eric and Veronica came to the door to greet me and take a look at the damages on my front bumper. Eric told me they were some light scratches that could easily be buffed out. He asked to borrow my keys and next thing I know he is taking my car around to the back of the shop. I thought it was a normal procedure in order to take pictures and write me an estimate. A few minutes later my car is back to the front of the shop and Eric lets me know that it is ready. I could not believe how great my bumper looks; like it had never been scratched. I am grateful for the service they provided me and what makes it even better is that I didn't get charged. Such generous crew to help out during these times. We are all hit by the current situation but they didn't try to take advantage of me. I will definitely be recommending this shop to everyone I know and will come back if I ever need anything else. Farmers had me take my truck to this location to get repaired. Driving 30 minutes to get there Eric who was very unpleasant starts with the photos and questioning. After all that to say we don't take care of lifted trucks. You see the truck first hand instead of wasting my time of taking off work since right now is in the healthcare field we are busy Eric should've just said we don't take care of lifted trucks instead of keeping me there with all his questions and bad attitude. read more

I took my car into this location to repair the bumper from a "fender bender" I was in. It was done in a quick timely manner. Everyone was very courteous, helpful and kept me updated on the ongoing work. About a week and a half after having my car home from the shop, we noticed that the tail-light wasn't working. I wasn't sure if it was related to the work done or not so called to ask. They said go ahead and bring it in and they would look at it. When I got to the shop, they were able to verify that the work done did not affect the lights and they hadn't done anything or any work at that part of the car. However, they looked at it for me to see what the issue was. The front desk lady, Veronica, drove it immediately back to one of the technicians. She was back with my car in less than 15 minutes. Fortunately, the bulb had just burned out and needed to be replaced. She said you're all ready to go! I asked her how much I owed for it and she said, "Nothing. We're happy to help!" I highly recommend this location. Our car was broken into and the front passenger side window was shattered. Caliber Collision worked directly with my insurance company so I did not have to. They ordered the part for me and as soon as it arrived I dropped the car off. They arranged to give me a ride back to my house while they worked on it. When I returned to pick up the car not only was the window repaired, but they cleaned the entire inside of the car and washed the outside as a courtesy. Reasonable cost and great service. read more
