First time here heard about it on tv cool little spot. They inform you about everything and even show you where the oil is topped off. They do complimentary top off and also in between oil changes at no charge. This is a great place to come and they all work together to get you out in time Keith was great. If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. Workers here are incredibly rude. I brought my car in for an oil change. They offered me additional service to do a flush that needs to be done once a year, the cost on the paper print out he showed me said that it cost $69.99, but he crossed it out and wrote down $89.99 instead... OK? I declined the service considering my car is not even a year old and I'm scheduled to bring my car in to the delearship next month for a full service check up. I didn't get a "thank you" from anyone (not that I require any). Oil change was done, I paid and I couldn't be any happier to get out of that place The next day, I'm driving and felt that my car was running sluggish. Then I started smelling gas smell coming out of my vents. I rolled the windows down hoping to just air out whatever it was but it did not go away and it just got worse. I took the car immediately to the dealership thinking I have a gas leak. They opened my hood and saw that my oil cap was sitting on top of the engine and there's oil sprayed all over my engine bay. The delearship told me to bring the car back in to Havoline to have then clean up the mess, hoping there's no further damage to the car. Another trip to Havoline, I was greeted with more rudeness. They acted like it was no big deal and didn't even apologize for the mistake that they made. The manager in charge told me that there wasn't even that much oil spilled and they're just gonna wipe it down. They supposedly sprayed it with degreaser. From the moment I parked to the time they said my car was ready took less than 5 minutes. Really? You cleaned all the oil spill on the engine bay in less than 5 minutes? I may not know much about cars, but I'm sure it takes longer than that to degrease anything. *on another note, when I walked in to their waiting room, it was very smoky. It's clear that someone's been vaping in that room. I asked them why the room is so smoky and they didn't even bother answering me, they just popped the door open. This place is staffed with inconsiderate and rude employees. I would never come back to this place even if it's free and I will make sure that everyone I know doesn't do business with this company either. I wasted a lot of my time because of this place. read more

Great services offered. They are friendly and seem to be genuinely interested in helping you. I have had several vehicles serviced here and have the same experience each time. Not too enthusiastic are not extremely fast but you get the job done. Full synthetic oil change run $71 +2 extra quarts of oil for my F1 50. About $80 altogether plus state inspection 40 bucks. Do not use this place! Took car for oil change on Saturday . Thursday I noticed zip ties hanging underneath my car. Got under and they had jacked up the metal plate that covers the underneath and placed it on with zip ties. Took car back next morning on Friday. They did not deny they did it they wanted to fix it with the plate that was bent up . Told them no manager was rude and said he had every right to fix car . Told him nope you lost that right when you did not do it right to began with. Took car to my own repair shop had it fixed . Submitted paper work to cooperate that evening . Called once a week later asking for someone to call me . Three weeks and still no communication! Guess court is the next stop. read more

Terrible customer service. l waited patiently for one hour and then politely asked for an estimated wait time from Victor, a technician, he got agitated, told me and my young daughter that we could leave. He was rude without any provocation or any form of confrontation from me. I just wanted to be communicated with about the wait time and he couldn't provide me with the courtesy of an answer, he needs customer service training or he does not need to work with the public. Hit and miss. I've had good and bad experiences here. Supposedly they are under new management as of January 2017. Today I gave them a second chance. I told the new counter staff that I had poor experience last time and that's why I hadn't been back in over a year. He took an extra $5 off on top of my coupon. He assured me they would provide superior service now that they were under new management. They got my car in and completed the changed in a timely manner, although I was the only vehicle there. I'll give them more chances with my other vehicles and maybe the rating will go up with my confidence level. read more

My go to place for state inspections for all our family vehicles. Fast, friendly and professional

It's an oil change. They do the work. They're not touchy feely but the job gets done. $104 all in for my 2012 Tundra 4WD using 8 quarts of synthetic. The only thing I have an issue with is the $5 skid plate charge. The truck is stock in this respect so I assume every Tundra 4WD gets this charge. I don't like it but I didn't have to crawl under the truck. And, I'm a guy that does plenty of his own mechanical stuff on the truck. read more

This place is a rip off!!! I've been going here to get our vehicles serviced since 2012. The guys here have been pleasant, including the managers. Those days are gone! This place is under new management. Even the employees are so damn rude! The new manager can't even speak English well and his communication skills are horrendous. Also...This is the USA! This isn't Islam where women are treated like sh*t! All customers should be treated equal regardless if your customers are male or female. This place does not have a visible price list for services offered. They charge whatever they want and they get away with it. This is what happened to me. I questioned the charges as well as the services they were to perform. The manager was pissed that I questioned this. He told me to pay that amount or get the f*** out of his shop. The black dude must be his side monkey because he was laughing the whole time and talking to himself. The foreign manager looks like freaggin terrorist, fire him!!! They over filled the oil and caused my vehicle to smoke. 3 weeks later I took it to the dealer to find out why it was smoking. Dealer said it was 3 quarts over filled. Needs 600$ to diagnose, rental, and clean it up. Xpress Lube refused to cover any costs saying that I voided the warranty by going to a mechanic. Why would i go to an oil change place to ask what is wrong with my car? They also said that someone else could have added the extra oil. Why would any one add extra oil after getting an oil change. Can't trust them with your car. read more
