We brought my mom's car to CSI Collision Center to repair damage to the front bumper a few months ago. However, after some time, we experienced a serious issue: the fog light caught on fire, resulting in the melting of the front bumper. It turns out that the fog light housing and wiring weren't fitted properly, causing the fire. When my mom brought this concern to CSI, they insisted that they had only repaired the front bumper and that they did not touch or work on the fog light at all. Despite the fact that the fog light wiring and housing directly caused the fire and melted the bumper, they would not take responsibility for the issue. It seems strange to me that they could install a new front bumper but claim no involvement with the fog light that is installed into the bumper, which was the root cause of the problem. While the bumper repair was done, I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and transparency regarding the fog light issue. It feels like the cause of the fire, which was directly related to the improper wiring and installation of the fog light, was completely ignored. Car was repaired within a month after hitting a deer. The paint job was spot on. I had some minor hiccups picking the car up due to electronic issues and faulty equipment installed, but I was taken care of while the situation was handled. One thing I would suggest is longer test drives before the car is given back to the customer. It takes the computer awhile to read everything. The faulty equipment was out of their control, due to them receiving it that way from the vendor. Still had scratch/dent above running boards. Didn't put weather stripping around doors... not new or old! If I could give business negative reviews I would for dishonest business practices and lack of customer service. My partner had a car accident and two doors needed to be replaced. The inner sensor was accidentally broken by them which cause the car remote to not connect with the car. They were so money hungry on the insurance payout and not fixing their mistake. I have worked at a lot of shops in the past but now I'm a stay at home mom. With that said I was looking for a reliable shop to take my truck in for repairs. I was fully prepared for them to try to take advantage of me but to my surprise they have been very compliant. If I felt there was any problems they were quick to fix it. I went here a couple of weeks ago jus to get a estimate on my wifes car jus to have the bumber cover replaced so the guy gives us a estimate I stated I didnt need it painted cause i will be coming from Dallas and asked if it can be done in 1 day he said It shouldn't be a problem....I did have very small fender dents and said they can do that also I stated that was not really my concern at the moment....so i get the estimate which was something i can work with...so I call 2-3 days ago to set a date to have it done....he tells me that he does not want to do it for the price he quoted me on....maybe the guy shouldn't be drunk or something while giving estimates read more

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I had someone hit my side one day (T-boned me) and CSI oh so conveniently sent one of their tow trucks to the scene to help. The driver was kind so I went with it. When I arrived to the shop, the staff was friendly and promised me a rental as part of the service, and a lifetime guarantee on their work. Perfect! Although my car was less than a year old, I went with their shop because of its proximity to my home, lifetime guarantee promise and the rental. I should have gone to Honda. I left my car there in September and did not get it back until DECEMBER! As soon as I left the shop, I noticed my car's alignment was completely off. It wouldn't drive in a straight line. I called the shop in a frantic voice and spoke to Ronnie, and he immediately began yelling (yes, YELLING) at me saying that nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I cried the rest of the test drive to Honda and they immediately rejected the work because of the alignment. After all of this occurred, the owner (I can't remember his name. He's blonde-ish with blue eyes) told the insurance company that I was making up the alignment issue and that the real problem were my tires. He said all of this despite Honda themselves saying it was in fact the alignment. Not to mention, my car was close to new and so were the tires. What was the point of trusting CSI to work on my vehicle and confide in the lifetime guarantee when Ronnie and the owner were absolutely rude and cruel? They did a TERRIBLE job. The emergency light on my dash board always ALWAYS comes back on because the alignment is still off. I should take it back since, you know, I have a "lifetime guarantee". Funny thing is, I thought I had a good relationship with the staff up until they returned my vehicle. I often dropped by with beverages for them, and I was patient about the fact that they took THREE MONTHS to "complete" the repair. Please, save yourself the headache. read more

Saying that it's our insurance fault because they didn't do the repairs properly. (Yes I know that sounds ridiculous). **** DO NOT GO HERE ***** ****PLEASE READ**** After my accident, a very nice tow truck driver came to help me and brought my car to CSI Collision on 5138 Highway 6 North, Houston. I had no issue with this because I just got into an accident and the tow truck driver was kind. Once, I spoke with the manager Trey there, who called me that night...I realized something is off with this man. He is a smart ass, condescending, a know it all, and the most OVER THE TOP "SALES" person, I have ever had an encounter with. He tried to "sell me" from the moment he opened his mouth to the time he closed his mouth. LESS IS MORE, SALES 101. I explained to him, I understand everything his shop had to "offer" and what was more important to me was what he can do financially to help me with the damage. I believed his sale already and he could stop talking about it. He never did. He was a smart ass whenever I asked a question. He thinks he knows more than anyone and your point is never valid or correct. I told him the damages would be around $4,300 and I was sure of that and he insisted to keep telling me that the damages were "nothing" and it would cost around "2000" and he can only give me a $200.00 discount (so he can profit more). I was correct on the damages and what it would cost. My priority of getting a good deal, was the least of his concerns, as he is money hungry and a know it all. I realized I did not want to do business with him and I never signed paperwork stating that I would. I simply asked him to allow the adjustor to estimate damages, to not touch my car, and I would make a decision from there. However, because he is sneaky and money hungry, he disregarded what I said. He took the car apart without permission and did other things he never should have because I never told him if the car would stay for sure. Once I told him over the phone, my car would be leaving, all hell broke lose. I told him I could not talk at that moment but my car would not be repaired there. I was on the way to the ER because I am pregnant and after the accident, my DR forced me to go. I explained this to him and that we would talk another time. He continued to badger me over and over explaining why his shop is the best and no other shop can do better and kept asking me why, why, why. After back and fourth many calls, he still could not see not getting his way and we kept arguing. I kept trying to tell him I simply did not want to do business with him and I have the right to go anywhere, and do not have to explain why to him at all. He made it very hard for me to pick my car up. After the badgering calls, he said I had to sign a release form and provide my license, when he knew I lost my license. Finally, he accepted the release form. I thought it would end there and this nightmare would be over. I WAS WRONG. The next morning, I had a tow truck company come pick my car up and they attempted 3x and he would not allow my car to leave. Want to know his new reason? FEES! Instead of the normal fees...storage and the tow to his shop from accident, he charged OURTAGEOUS FEES, totaling $1400.00 for 1 1/2 days of my car being there (held hostage by him). I told him those fees were crazy and he was doing this tactic on purpose to be nasty and keep my business/profit. Some of the fees were "administrative" for $300, and 4 hours of labor when all they did was pull my bumper down, and other fees that were INSANE AND WRONG! He even had a "steering" fee of $500.00 because he said "you did not tell me an exact reason why you were not going to do business with me, so I assumed Geico told you to go to another shop, so I charged you this steering fee." Wow! FINALLY, after hours and hours of Geico trying to get this man TREY to eliminate the bullshit fees, so we can all move on, he agreed to eliminate most of them, except 450.00 of it, which was still way more than it should have been! I think everything is good and I will never have to see or talk to this man again, and I was wrong. He calls me at 4:30 in the evening, after he was told not to speak with me anymore and starts the call with "I guess your car is still staying here and you will now have more fees". He said this because the tow truck driver was not there. They closed at 6! He called to badger me more. Remember, I am pregnant and all of my stress is from HIM! Wow. Geico decided to implement a power of attorney after speaking with him and he was asked to not contact me at all. Geico and the different tow truck companies who dealt with him wanted to end things asap because of the nightmare he was. ********DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TREY, the manager at CSI Collision. He is a smart ass, know it all, disrespectful, badgers women, won't shut his mouth, worst sales person ever, money hungry, and will hold your car hostage to make your life hell, all because he is not man enough or confident enough, to move on when someone rejects him / his shop. **************** read more

I couldn't have been more impressed with my service yesterday. I needed a fender swapped out and didn't know where to go on a Saturday morning. I was greeted by a friendly front desk and had a quote within 5 minutes. (A very competitive quote.) I left the car and was called back in 3 hours. I want to start off saying that I meant to take the review his company had sent me. But of course the single mother that I am my schedule and time got away from me. And I miss my opportunity for the review. So, I start off with saying my experience with CSI Collision was absolutely a perfect 10. From the moment I walked in the door and that the friendly receptionist I knew things were going to be ok. From there I was introduced to my collision specialist Tray. Trey went outside with me walk me through the damage of my car it made me feel extremely comfortable. Now you have to know that I'm only been in Houston for a year and leaving my baby with just anyone was a little scary. So I proceeded to leave my car and just as they had told me Enterprise arrived with our rent a car. Seriously it was just the smooth as that. The days following up to the completion of my vehicle led to a series of daily texts. And let me tell you these texts are so warm and cute it was as if my car was talking to me from the hospital. In fact they were so cute and so clever that I would read them to my fellow employees at work. By the 3rd day I have received a text that late afternoon that my car was finished and ready for pickup. I called Trey immediately to let him know that I would be working late and couldn't get it till the following morning. He was so sweet even offered to stay late which I told him was not necessary and we would meet in the morning. I picked up my car at 11 o'clock that Friday morning and also returned the rental car at the same time which made it extremely convenient. As I still had to get to work by noon. After being read it again by their friendly receptionist Trae came out to join me with a big smile on his face he walked me outside to show me the beautiful work that had been done to my baby. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Steer clear of this mechanic shop, as they are untrustworthy!! After having an auto accident (Front end) the tow truck had my car delivered here. After less than 24 hrs I requested to have my vehicle towed elsewhere and released the vehicle to the insurance CO. in person. After releasing the vehicle and getting home, they called me stating that they "Forgot" to mention that they spent 4 hrs tearing apart my car and was responsible for the additional labor. When the Insurance Company arrived to tow the car they claimed that I then owed additional "steering" fee's and was responsible for payment before the car could move which delayed everything. I had this horrible experience with the owner, Trey Perdue, and would not trust him with anything- especially your car! After the car was then towed, they did not include the rear bumper which has a minor paint scratch and was on the appraisal for painting touch up- Now I am responsible for REPLACING the rear bumper and this shop refuses to give it back. They are probably going to sell my bumper for profit after the made up fee's I had to pay for to release the car. Stay away at all costs. I will never go back again. read more

csi collision is the worst place to get your car fixed. i highly recommend you go somewhere else to get your car taking care of. my experience with csi collision has been ongoing for months now. i first dropped off my car with them in march of this year and i didnt get my car back until mid april. also!!! i just got my car at the end of 2015. the month of november to be exact. when i picked up my car it had scratches on the hood, side of the car, and back bumper that was not there before. the part of the car they were suppose to fix with my front right headlight. i had to constantly go back to csi to have them check on the light again and again and again. the light was not properly installed in my car and it kept fogging up. (it never did this before). tray (the owner) told me he would pay for another rental for my car to be repaired. now months later (july) i get a charge on my credit card from the rental place for roughly $140 because tray (the owner) did not do what he promised and pay for my rental. so again as i stated please go somewhere else to get your car fixed if you do not want any problems. if i could rate this place a negative 10 i would. read more
