I can't say enough good things about my experience. I recently purchased a used vehicle that had a clean title and Carfax, but not long after bringing it home, it started making increasingly concerning noises. I took it to a mechanic, and unfortunately, they determined the car was unsafe due to poor repairs from what appeared to be prior accident damage. They recommended I get a second opinion from an auto body shop and warned me the cost of repairs could exceed the value of the vehicle. Feeling stressed and unsure of what to do next, I called Caliber Collision and explained my situation. From the very first conversation, they were incredibly understanding and compassionate. Even though I wasn't coming in with an insurance claim or guaranteed work, they offered to inspect my vehicle completely free of charge and provide their professional opinion. They went above and beyond by fitting me into their schedule the very next day, just to help give me clarity and peace of mind. The level of professionalism, honesty, and genuine care they showed--despite receiving no compensation--was truly impressive. I was driving down the 80 and over the median a huge chunk(s?) of metal came over and smashed into the front of my poor baby Nissan. I immediately called Geico and let them know, as well as the police dept (because where did the metal come from!?) Geico let me pick the shop and I choose this one because it was one of the Geico preferred shops. I have never had to go through insurance before so this was the best choice. They stayed in contact with me the whole time and texted me often about my car. I actually enjoyed the pictures they took and the reports they made about the car. They did a great job fixing her up and even brought her back to me when she was all fixed and ready. Despite them staying in contact with me during the overhaul, they never contacted me after to see if everything was okay. The temperature gauge of the outside temp doesn't work anymore but I can live without it. Thanks for taking care of my baby guys! I was very disappointed with the results from body work at Caliber Collision. They replaced the driver's side window on my Lexus LS460. The window now has a noticeable wind noise while driving at speeds above 30mph that was not present before the window was replace by them. Also, there were three "Supplements of Records" billed to my insurance company increasing the total charges above what their initial estimate was. What they charged my insurance company seemed highly excessive. I eventually had my car taken to Lexus of Sacramento to complete the repairs. Their customer service was outstanding, as always, and was significantly less than what Caliber Collision was charging. My suggestion to anyone with a Lexus needing body work is to go straight to an authorized Lexus dealer. I could never recommend this branch of Caliber Collision to anyone and will never go to any Caliber Collision branch again. read more

This was absolute hell dealing with these people. Luis and Jennifer are very unprofessional and rude. Luis plays games with you and acts as if he is to busy to return a call and when you call they see it's you and not answer, I call from a different number and just like that they answer but again say Luis isn't available. Right! I finally spoke with Luis and I said a bad word in our sentence and he gets an Attitude and tells me now my car won't be ready for another 20 days smh. Finally I call my insurance and get them on it and just like that the car will be ready tomorrow. Pick up my car and it looks like shit. Overpsray and scratches. During the time of picking up my car after the accident, I was told that all is clean, and repairs are done. On a way home, noticed that car was not stable on the road. Tire pressure moved from 29 psi to 2 after getting home. In addition, I noticed manufacturing dust all over the trunk aria (which took 3 hours to clean). Called the shop but was told "we don't clean the car" and "tire is not our problem". Car was given originally prior the repairs in a clean condition (was detailed in Woodland), but received it back is a horrible dirty condition with a hole in a tire. Why? Repairs were paid by my insurance, Allstate, for $14K and there were not enough funds to check tires and give back the car in original clean condition? read more

Originally gave a five star review due to my excitement after finally getting my car back after 2 weeks, upon closer inspection I noticed they snapped a pin on each of the wind deflectors on my 2020 WRX STI and improperly reinstalled them as well as poorly re-glued them back to my car, I was not notified of this for whatever reason even though these parts cost almost $100 dollars. These parts could have easily flown off my car while going down the freeway. Now I'm wondering what else they took shortcuts on and when it'll pop up. read more

It's not a good thing to be a repeat customer at a body shop. But with klutzy parents and several teenagers, I wish they had a loyalty program where I could at least get some SWAG or something. Over the years I have used both this and the Chiles Road location when they were called Cook's Collision. The work have always been done quickly and correctly the first time. The new paint would blend well with the rest of the car. Employees from the front desk to the estimators are friendly and helpful. Don't know how well they handle insurance claims because our damages have luckily been not much more than the deductible so we have paid out of pocket each time. I wish you won't need their services but in the event that you do, they will make a stressful situation a bit less so. read more

Great job fixing the car, horrible job putting things back where they found them. My rear door needed to be buffed and repainted so they said they had to take the snug top off of my truck, which was fine. When I picked it up, I noticed that they did a great job. The paint matched and I didn't see any evidence of the hit and run on my door. However, when I opened the back, I noticed that they had moved everything around and threw my things back without any regard for them. My expensive tackle bag was damaged and needs replacing. Like I said, great job fixing the car. Horrible job respecting my stuff. I recommend removing things before you take in your car. I live in a small one bedroom place so I didn't have the storage space, otherwise I would have done so also. Edit: They reached out multiple times and offered to replace the damaged items. They have also changed store policy to ensure this won't happen again. Changed my review from 2 to 4 stars. read more

Caliber collision is now my go-to car repair shop! This should have been my first stop, but I tried 5 other places in the area to get my seats put back on correctly. It was a simple fix but no one could get me in the same day or quoted me $100 (for something that took 5 minutes at Caliber). The customer service was terrible. The car entered the shop on May 9th and came out on the evening of May 25th. There were unjustified delays; there was practically no communication, and my calls were typically not returned. When I would call, the car delivery day and time kept changing, even until the last day. These uncertainties and delays disrupted my planned activities and caused stress and financial loss (prolonged car rental, Uber). The job on my car was admittedly very good, but I would never use this shop again. read more
