He and Scott Ramsey, who is currently the owner of Scott's Master Auto, fixed a lot of our automobiles' issues, some of which had several issues at once. They are very people-oriented and provide easy-to-understand explanations on auto repair. They also assisted our children with their cars. Furthermore, they won't tell you that something needs to be fixed, if it doesn't. If necessary, they will suggest services to improve the automobile and the family's safety when driving it. I brought my Hellcat Durango in for a simple mid-muffler delete, and I'm disappointed with the…read morequality of work. Instead of properly fabricating or bending a clean pipe, the shop kinked the exhaust pipe significantly just to make it fit. On a performance vehicle like this, a kink is not acceptable--it restricts flow, hurts performance, and can cause unnecessary drone or resonance. Also, I scheduled appointment at which I was told that it would take 30 to 45 minutes so I decided to wait until the work was done not only was the lobby uncomfortably hot and reeked of cigarettes, it took one hour and 30 minutes. Would advise a drop off for any work being performed here during the summer. When you pay a professional shop with the word "muffler" in the name you expect clean work, not shortcuts that compromise the vehicle. This was careless workmanship, and I wouldn't recommend anyone bring a high-performance car here.
