    They quoted me a price that included windshield installation, recalibration, cleanup, labor and…read moretravel to my home (price was quoted BEFORE I told them I needed them come to me, so basically N/C for travel!), which was a fair price after seeing the other quotes, one of which was around the same price, but didn't include re-calibration. I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

    I called Auto Glass Express on Monday or Tuesday of this week .I set up an appointment for Thursday…read morebetween7-1. When No one showed up or called I called the office the guy on the phone was super rude! All I wanted to know if someone was still coming and if they would call.He then sounded mad and said there was a delay and the driver would call me to let me know when he was coming.I just thanked him and said I'm.No one ever called, or showed up.Today is Friday a day later , and still no calls or Emails , nothing.I don't understand why they never showed up or called,and why the guy at the office was super rude when I called.I wanted to call back again but because of the way I was treated on the phone I didn't .So no one one even answered my email to let me know if they were ever going to show up.No contact from anyone from this company.The worst customer and overall service ever.The Quote for my window was high anyways.I just decided to find a different company.What kind of business sets up an appointment never shows up or calls or anything.When I did talk to someone from the shop they lied , and were super rude.i would give this place a -0 out of 10!

I am so grateful for their professional and friendly repair service and highly recommend them if you should need any type of auto glass repair. I had called several other businesses and the price Autoglass Xpress quoted was the same and even a little less than a couple of the corporate-owned places. I'd give 10 Stars if it were an option!

She said they would call to set up an appointment. I was called later that afternoon, and was able to make an appointment for just two days later. You have the option of going to the store, or having them come to you. I showed up at the assigned time, and they already had all the info from my insurance, so I just needed to give them my key, and wait in their comfortable lobby. The job was completed in less than an hour, I got instructions on what I needed to do so the new window didn't shift and cured properly, and they even vacuumed my floorboards. The experience was quick and painless, and the techs were professional and helpful.

I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, but providing notice after the scheduled service window begins is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for your customers' time. Had I been notified earlier, I could have adjusted my plans accordingly. Customer service is about communication and reliability. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations. I hope the company takes steps to improve scheduling and communication so other customers do not have to deal with the same frustration." If you'd like to put a little more pressure on them while still sounding professional, you could add: "As someone who manages customer relationships for a living, I know things don't always go as planned. What matters is proactive communication. Waiting until the appointment window has begun to cancel is simply not acceptable."
