This was a preferred location for Progressive insurance. It was for a rear ended vehicle. They seemed nice enough but they will not fix the car now that we have settled with the insurance. The insurance totaled the car, and since they totaled it, Caliber won't fix it. So not only is insurance a racket, so is caliber collision. Caliber took a long time to get the car evaluated. In the fall of 2022 I got in a wreck and took my car to caliber. A side panel, front bumper, hood & underliner shields for the front and both wheel wells were replaced. I took my car & everything was great. The guy who helped me was named Chad. About a month after getting my car back, on my way home from work, I hear some weird scraping noise under my car. One of the underliner shields has come off & is scraping the ground. I go straight to caliber & luckily Chad is outside and sees/hears me coming. He remembers me & says he will get ne underliners ordered & let me know when it's there. I go about my everyday life, and since not having the underliner creates no issues with my car, nor do I hear anything, I tend to forget all about the issue. That is until another piece of underliner falls off. I call again, Chad apologizes & says he will get that piece ordered. Next time my bumper catches on a sprinkler head & pops off on the side that the liner fell off. I call again, I get the same thing from Chad. Again, weeks later I decide I am just going to skip Chad & ask to speak to a manager. I speak with Santos. I explain everything above & he asks me to come out so he can look at it himself. I do & he examines everything & first tells me that due to scrapes and damage to the bumper they wouldn't be able to replace the underliner that goes behind the bumper. At one point during all this he just looks at me as asks, "So what do you want me to do?" I snapped at him saying "I want you to replace all the crap that has been falling off my car that you "fixed!" He reminds me that they would only be able to replace the wheel wells & not the front section. Being tired of all this I'm like that's fine, whatever, let's just get it done. It's at this point I begin to wonder if Chad wasn't fixing my car because Santos is telling him not to. I never hear from Santos and I forget about it. Till a heavy rain & I hit some high water and my bumper pops off again, so I call the shop. The 1st time I waited 25 minutes & he never came to the phone. I left a message and my number with the front desk. I think about it again a week or 2 later, I call and once again he is unavailable. I leave a message & my number. Next time I am driving & a grill type screen on the bottom of my bumper breaks off and starts dragging under my car. I call again. Once again after being on hold a bit I am told he cannot come to the phone, but they can take a message. This time I clearly let them know this is my 3rd time doing this, including one time I waited on hold for 25 minutes. I left the message & information and even told the girl at the front desk that I know I won't hear back from him. After a little bit of time again I decide to once again, move up the chain above Santos since he is adamant on ghosting me. I try to find some kind of contact information for customer service or a regional manager or something. I figure out that my only real option was to leave a message and just hope someone actually calls me back since there is no customer service page or anything on the website. A few days later I miss a call while at work from Alex, the regional manager. Within an hour I call him back but no answer. I leave a message hoping to hear back from him. I call again after work, no answer. I wait a couple of days and try again, no answer. I wait till after the weekend, he finally answers. I say something like "Hey Alex" and replies calling me some other name which I tell him no & give him my name. He then says something along the lines of "Oh yeah, you left me a message about some issue with your car." Needless to say, I really wasn't feeling any better about dealing Alex, & I clearly wasn't the top of his priority list. I go over everything with him, he asks me to send some pictures & he says he will get back with me once he figures everything out. I do, & he lets me know Santos will be calling me to line out when I can bring my car in to be fixed. We do, & I take my car in. So finally, over a year later, I have new lunderliners only over the wheel wells. I really felt that even if caliber could prove that my issues with my bumper & everything breaking & falling off was not the fault of their work, after a year of trying to get this resolved it would have been a nice gesture to fix the bumper as well. I know that all this stuff with my bumper & the grill piece cannot be completely put on caliber. But I never had any of these issues before caliber worked on my car & before the underliner started falling off. I would think that if I someone would have replaced the underliner immediately then the bottom of my bumper wouldn't have been damaged to the point where the underliner couldn't be put on. So the delay in replacing it is what made to it couldn't be replaced. If the underliner was there behind the grill piece it probably would have reinforced it, keeping it from breaking off. read more

Initially, I thought the staff was friendly. But that is not enough! They "fixed" 2 of my cars. One car came back with several issues: no rubber stoppers on door handle, the window would not roll up properly, it was wet on the roof- not sure why, and it was making a grinding noise when turning the steering wheel. When I called the next day to report the issues, they did offer to look at it and fixed the easier issues. However, they would no fix the grinding issue- claiming it was a suspension issue and I would need to get the approval, once again, from my insurance company. Why? I had the car back a few hours and it was obviously an issue that they did not fix. The insurance said to just take it back to Caliber Collision. But Caliber could not get ahold of my insurance, so nothing got resolved. One car came back in seemingly decent condition. However, within a few months (once it warmed up some), I noticed my air conditioning was not working. Because of the lack of resolution with the other car, and because my family was going on a planned trip to see the eclipse the NEXT DAY, I took my car to get the air conditioning fixed by my mechanic. He told me brackets were not put in properly. He said the condenser was new, but was either faulty or they did not put enough Freon in. He added Freon. It cost a little less than $300. I told Caliber about the issue with a/c. Santos agreed to pay the $260 when I told him that I went to another mechanic. He asked me to agree to only go to Caliber if any further issues with it, which I agreed to. Then, a few weeks later, my a/c is out again. I called and let Santos know. Guess what? Suddenly he is refusing to pay the bill from my mechanic as previously promised. I mean, I literally sent Santos a bill via email at his request. Of course, they never got around to sending me a check- go figure!!!! And now he is refusing to pay. Eventually, Santos did say he would pay out of his own pocket, as a way to try to bully me into feeling guilty. Why should I? It was their fault. I just said never mind as he should not try to make me feel bad for their incompetence. He said I should have my mechanic pay for his issue? Why? It was an issue due to Caliber Collusion not doing their job properly. They did not it correctly, they did not offer to help, they turned me away. I had no way of expecting them to fix my car in less than a day- I need my car literally the day after it lost a/c to be fixed to go on a scheduled vacation to see the eclipse. Plus, it takes Caliber weeks to do anything. When both cars were having issues, they should have gladly offered to fix and offered a rental car. Why? Because I have kids that need to go to school and are in car seats. The first times the cars were in the shop I borrowed my mom's car for several weeks to make ends meet. But once the cars were to be fixed again due to their negligence, they should have offered help and gladly fit me in. Instead, I got the run around, lies, and no offer of a rental car. Do they not realize we all have lives that typically depend on our cars running ? My kids can't just skip school, adults can't just not go to work? Should we just expect to have to take cars every other month until Caliber can properly fix them? read more

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, showed up on time, Alex Sanchez came out and took pictures of the car, said she will e-mail me an estimate by the end of the day, and today, about 3+ weeks later, I still have not received any communication (no e-mail, no phone call, no follow up) from her or anyone else there. I brought my car in to have the front bumper and passenger side fixed. Initially, it took longer than estimated. When I picked up my car, I discovered that it had a flat tire. To make matters worse, the front bumper was not installed correctly and now has a crack. Additionally, they filled out their internal survey on my behalf. Overall, my experience was not good. Our insurance approved everything to get fix. While the vehicle was in the shop they forgot to paint the rocker panel, damage the back side of the drive seat also the driver doesn't lock and doesn't line up right. Kemper insurance referred me to Caliber for a estimate on my vehicle. Arrived early in the morning and greeted by a very nice young lady. She took pictures of the damages and said she would forward estimate to the insurance company.2 weeks later No estimate. The shop told the insurance company that they never inspected my vehicle. Absolutely terrible customer service. If you're ok with a subpar repair and no communication then you'll do fine here. They received the insurance check and never called us so we could bring our car in for repair. We finally realized they had been paid and made an appointment for repairs. First time, to pick up there were bubbles in the decal and the bumper was not smooth. They said the bubbles would smooth out on their own but that did not fix the bumper issue. Second time, we attempted to pick up our vehicle, the paint around the headlight was flaky and there was a nick that was missing paint. They argued with my husband and gave him attitude because he had the audacity to want the job done right. They then lied and told the insurance company that we refused to pick up our car which led to us being charged for our car rental. Third time, we were told our car was ready but not by caliber, they called our car rental place and informed them. We arrive to pick up the car and are told it is not ready. When we finally got the vehicle we still weren't completely happy but at this point we are just tired of dealing with them. We are in the service industry and cannot believe they treat customers this way. read more

I had a terrible experience the whole way through. First They only wanted to repair not replace any of my parts and I had to dispute it with the insured insurances company to get that fixed. Whew. Second, I was called on a Wednesday, told my car would be ready on Thursday. Called them Friday at 12pm to let them know I was ready they said it needed to be washed. Called back at 3pmthey said again it needed to be washed. Came at 4.30pm. Never washed. Waited til almost 6 and got my car. Keep in my mind it was suppose to be ready Thursday. Last. Omg the worst, I left my PRESCRIPTION glasses in my car in the top compartment. And they were gone and all my change was gone. I called the manager and was brushed off and told to have a nice day.
