In the fall of 2022 I got in a wreck and took my car to caliber. A side panel, front bumper, hood & underliner shields for the front and both wheel wells were replaced. I took my car & everything was great. The guy who helped me was named Chad. About a month after getting my car back, on my way home from work, I hear some weird scraping noise under my car. One of the underliner shields has come off & is scraping the ground. I go straight to caliber & luckily Chad is outside and sees/hears me coming. He remembers me & says he will get ne underliners ordered & let me know when it's there. I go about my everyday life, and since not having the underliner creates no issues with my car, nor do I hear anything, I tend to forget all about the issue. That is until another piece of underliner falls off. I call again, Chad apologizes & says he will get that piece ordered. Next time my bumper catches on a sprinkler head & pops off on the side that the liner fell off. I call again, I get the same thing from Chad. Again, weeks later I decide I am just going to skip Chad & ask to speak to a manager. I speak with Santos. I explain everything above & he asks me to come out so he can look at it himself. I do & he examines everything & first tells me that due to scrapes and damage to the bumper they wouldn't be able to replace the underliner that goes behind the bumper. At one point during all this he just looks at me as asks, "So what do you want me to do?" I snapped at him saying "I want you to replace all the crap that has been falling off my car that you "fixed!" He reminds me that they would only be able to replace the wheel wells & not the front section. Being tired of all this I'm like that's fine, whatever, let's just get it done. It's at this point I begin to wonder if Chad wasn't fixing my car because Santos is telling him not to. I never hear from Santos and I forget about it. Till a heavy rain & I hit some high water and my bumper pops off again, so I call the shop. The 1st time I waited 25 minutes & he never came to the phone. I left a message and my number with the front desk. I think about it again a week or 2 later, I call and once again he is unavailable. I leave a message & my number. Next time I am driving & a grill type screen on the bottom of my bumper breaks off and starts dragging under my car. I call again. Once again after being on hold a bit I am told he cannot come to the phone, but they can take a message. This time I clearly let them know this is my 3rd time doing this, including one time I waited on hold for 25 minutes. I left the message & information and even told the girl at the front desk that I know I won't hear back from him. After a little bit of time again I decide to once again, move up the chain above Santos since he is adamant on ghosting me. I try to find some kind of contact information for customer service or a regional manager or something. I figure out that my only real option was to leave a message and just hope someone actually calls me back since there is no customer service page or anything on the website. A few days later I miss a call while at work from Alex, the regional manager. Within an hour I call him back but no answer. I leave a message hoping to hear back from him. I call again after work, no answer. I wait a couple of days and try again, no answer. I wait till after the weekend, he finally answers. I say something like "Hey Alex" and replies calling me some other name which I tell him no & give him my name. He then says something along the lines of "Oh yeah, you left me a message about some issue with your car." Needless to say, I really wasn't feeling any better about dealing Alex, & I clearly wasn't the top of his priority list. I go over everything with him, he asks me to send some pictures & he says he will get back with me once he figures everything out. I do, & he lets me know Santos will be calling me to line out when I can bring my car in to be fixed. We do, & I take my car in. So finally, over a year later, I have new lunderliners only over the wheel wells. I really felt that even if caliber could prove that my issues with my bumper & everything breaking & falling off was not the fault of their work, after a year of trying to get this resolved it would have been a nice gesture to fix the bumper as well. I know that all this stuff with my bumper & the grill piece cannot be completely put on caliber. But I never had any of these issues before caliber worked on my car & before the underliner started falling off. I would think that if I someone would have replaced the underliner immediately then the bottom of my bumper wouldn't have been damaged to the point where the underliner couldn't be put on. So the delay in replacing it is what made to it couldn't be replaced. If the underliner was there behind the grill piece it probably would have reinforced it, keeping it from breaking off.

Great........ service Mario was informative on repair and time. Rental was easy breezy and prompt.Vehicle repairs were top notch , it actually looked better then before to be honest. Overall completely satisfied with customer service and car repair.

Bad customer service, Their response is never accurate. Extremely over priced, They had my car almost a month for a fender repair.

Extremely over priced, sought multiple quotes for repair, everyone except Caliber were in the same price range. Caliber was $2000 higher.

They scratched my glass roof and tried to blame me but I'm smart and I record everything, they forgot to put weather strips on glass roof and also forgot to put latch on roof. So I had to go back and forth to this dealership at least 6 times. If it had rained my corvette would have been totaled. If I had left without latch the roof would have flew off again and I'm 100% sure they would have tried to blame me. I had my roof replaced in the past by J.D autorepairs and they had a brand new roof no scratches in a week this place took 8 months. The so called manager is absolutely clueless. For some reason she wanted to piece together the roof from old parts of the destroyed roof. Of course that didn't work and she ended up having to get all new parts. I also had warned them about how easy the roof scratches and they ignored it and still put the glass roof on a piece of cardboard box. Then they bring it out to me with scratches, of course I'm not going to accept it with scratches. So instead they try to blame me for the scratches. I had to escalate the situation many times over a 8 month period with state farm to get a new roof, the shop kept saying it was on back order. So I had state farm get the information about where the shop was getting part from. Some how a few days later they have the part. I would never come back here.
