The communication started good, but cascade delayed it a week because they didn't follow up with my insurance on a quote. They asked me to call the insurance to figure out what the hold up was. I had to take time out of work to call my insurance and figure out what the hold up was. I got it expedited to cascade because of how much they dragged their feet. Just to learn that the estimator from cascade didn't include the tow bill in the first estimate to my insurance, so then we had to wait another couple of days to get that processed. And then they finally were able to start the process of buying the parts for my car. They say that the take care of the details, but don't be fooled. You'll have to micromanage them just to make sure things are done and someone is actually caring to get your car done. On July 12, they texted us and said "hi ___ we are nearing completion. We will text you if there are any delays" and then later that day they said that they are waiting for a hood hinge. and are still on track for the pick up date. (July 20th). We got a text on July 20th, the day we were supposed to pick it up, that they didn't order a headlight assembly kit. They got the assembly kit and said that they wouldn't get to my car that day. They aren't prioritizing due dates they missed, they just working on other peoples cars and ignoring the people who are waiting for their car. They confirmed with us on the 26th that the part came in and they said "we wouldn't have time to get to it today. Hopefully tomorrow". They said they were nearing completion on the 12th. How do you say you're assembling the car for 8 days, just to say you didn't order something. It does not take 8 days of assembly to figure out you don't have parts. That means you were just sitting on my car not working on it. Therefore, delaying the expected pick up date. Like, what were you doing with my car? That is absolutely ridiculous because of something your team didn't do. You should be checking inventory prior to assembling the car instead of delaying it TWICE due to you having a negligent staff. I then got a call after we picked up our car saying we have to come back down due to forgetting to put a sticker on my car. This place isn't close to my house, so it would be very out of my way to go get that out on, just to turn around and come back home. I have no reason to go back down there. Don't go to cascade, save your time and go to a real repair shop. On the bright side, cascade should be happy that their have Heidi, because she is the best employee they got. She was so patient and so kind to us. Unfortunate that the rest of the staff isn't like Heidi.

They told me my options were to bring back to them (ya right) or take it to a dealer where they can determine who's at fault. so unprofessional and unhelpful. Then, just a few months (not even years) later, it started coming really loose on one side. When I called them, they said it was because the fender was bent so they couldn't securely attach it. Why didn't they think to tell me that initially, when it mattered? I tried to get my money back, including filing a dispute on my credit card, but they won't budge. I don't know what it is with this location. 20 years ago, I used Unique in Salt Lake Valley and they took excellent care of me. Whenever we need work done at this SS location, they charge us up the yin-yang and for some reason, it always takes 50-100% longer than the time they quote us. Due to this, we will never use them again. It's sad because we like to support our local businesses, and we've had a great experience with Enterprise next door - no complaints - but I can't support this one.

After a very friendly visit, Domenico held onto the car and kept us informed on when parts would arrive. Although let's delayed, he kept us up to date and very professional playing intermediary with the car washes insurance team. Once parts arrived, he was able to fix the hood and get the car back to su the same day! Hood looked brand new and he even buffed out some scratches that occurred around the hood as well.

It was a pleasure working with him. He's very professional, nice, and down to earth person. Would recommend him to friends and family.

He will charge dealer prices for guesswork, and refuse to admit any fault. After bringing in my Lexus for electrical work and explaining that the P0713 code was most likely caused by a short in the transmission temp sensor harness he conducted a 10 minute "diagnostic" consisting of plugging in an OBD scanner and looking at the transmission temperature (which was at a perfectly normal 220 Fahrenheit after driving up the mountain he insisted I had to go up to get a reading). He then recommended a transmission fluid service because "most cars never get their fluid serviced" and my car had "never been serviced in the lifetime of the vehicle" (I found out a week after it had been serviced less then a thousand miles before). Trusting an alleged professional I authorized the service, and overpaid $663.30 for a (not complete fluid) drain and fill and filter replacement. After the code came back less then 2 hours later I reached out and was told to come back to the shop so he could have another look. After taking another look at his OBD scanner he told me that the harness was shorted and would need to be replaced for $1,200. After asking if we could work out a deal to lower the cost he got immediately defensive, and refused to cooperate to any degree. Instead he opted to throw a tantrum unbefitting of any grown man, cursing, screaming, and insisting that statements he made were fabricated by me to belittle his work. After yelling over me for around 30 minutes on the phone and refusing to hear anything I had to say he decided to end his hissy fit by hanging up in the middle of my sentence. I then took it to MM Repair in Lehi, and paid $558.00 for a new temperature sensor, new harness, new gasket, and a new filter. Oh, and it was done in half of a day with no issues whatsoever. If you want to pay specialist prices to deal with a grown man who has the emotional restraint of a toddler and the mechanical knowledge of a highschooler with YouTube Premium I wholeheartedly recommend Boss Automotive.

We stopped in last week to get an estimate for repairing our vehicle after we rear-ended another…read morecar, causing a few thousand dollars damage to the other car and resulting in bumper scratches and apparent asymmetry around the headlight on ours. Manager Danny evaluated our car and noted the scratches were minor, but would be expensive to repair and, just using his fist on the plastic part of the bumper, completely fixed the asymmetry around the headlight - after that, even a with a close look at the front end, the damage was virtually invisible. He also carefully inspected under the hood and front end with a flashlight and said he could not see any evidence of structural damage - bottom line: due to the damage to the other car, we were expecting and ready for a big bill to fix ours - Danny not only fixed the most visible result of the accident for no charge, he talked us out of doing more repairs and saved us a bundle. That is integrity! If we ever have another need (hopefully not), this will be our "go to" shop and we'll ask for Danny!
