Terrible! I should have NEVER gotten my $82,000 BMW back in this condition. When I called to address these issues they said they will NOT put gas in your car even though they drive it everyday that it's in their shop! My car was trashed when I received it back. 4 low tires, zero miles to empty, my leather driver side seat was trashed, black handprints all down the side of my driver side door! Trash company. $6,700 repair and they straight did me dirty! They offered me a $10 gas card "I could pick up" I'm in Canton! It would cost me that in gas to pick it up. I've had experience with Caliber Collision in the past. I was rear ended, and randomly picked the Marietta location. I was super impressed by the work and customer service that this time around (also a rear end) I wanted to use Caliber Collision again. The Marietta location was busy so they suggested the 850 Mountain Industrial Dr NW, Marietta, GA 30060 location so I said why not. I picked up my vehicle on a Tuesday, and it has been non-stop problems ever since. I drove it store on my way to pick up my son from summer camp and my battery was completely dead. No big deal, I'm sure they unplugged the battery when they took it in for repairs so I crawled into my trunk to get my battery unit (It's a car battery 4 in 1 unit with a charger, air compressor, and more) It was missing. (It never leaves my vehicle except to charge once every 6 months and then right back in the trunk). Once again, I figured no big deal, they probably forgot to put it back in during the repairs. After I was jump started I went to two different auto parts convenience stores to test my battery and alternator and everything read fine. I called this location the next day to tell them hey someone probably forgot to throw my car charger back in the vehicle so I asked if they could check to see if it was still there. She said sure they would call me back after they asked the technicians that worked on my vehicle. They never called. I had to call back the next day to ask again. I told them I was having issues, but I didn't really know what was going on since my alternator and battery were testing fine. They asked me to bring it in so a technician could look at it. I get there the next day and I speak to someone ( I suppose the manager) to check my vehicle. He immediately mentions corrosion on my battery (which wasn't there before. I checked the entire vehicle before I dropped it off) He immediately starts going on about how the person's insurance who hit me wouldn't cover it unless it was directly related to the accident. That's not what I needed. I wanted to know what was going on. If it's a battery no problem I can just replace it myself. Not a big deal, but I brought it there to make sure that was the issue, but blame immediately started being pointed around. Knowing that my issue wasn't going to get solved I just asked the gentlemen for my battery charger again. He leaves to go check on it and comes back out with a $25 dollar gift card to the cheesecake factory. A gift card for $25 for a $200 unit. I told him that I didn't want that I wanted my charger back back and he asks me to please take it. What an embarrassing display of customer service and responsibility. I didn't need a free battery. I needed to know what the issue were (caused by this shop mind you) so I could fix it. I've never had a single car issue with this vehicle until I brought it here. Now all kinds of electrical issues are happening. I'll NEVER bring a vehicle back to a Caliber Collision again, and good luck if they take something from your vehicle. read more

I have to give a shoutout to Debbie in the office. We were hit by a car and the liable insurance company was doing everything to avoid responsibility. Debbie was patient enough to explain what we needed to get our car towed there, what the steps would be, etc. She truly went above and beyond to set our expectations of how insurance companies work and what is normal. Plus, she was just friendly. When you've been in a car accident, your world is flipped into chaos. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have someone like Debbie take the time to help you through the process and ensure your car was taken care of. They took their time and walked me through the entire process and consistently updated me on the status of my car. I don't have car rental coverage (lesson learned) and once the team learned this information they did their best to expedite the repair process to get me back in my car early. I'm so grateful! I went to get an estimate for minor damage from hitting a fawn. I knew the damage was an easy fix of popping a part back into place, but I expected to be charged. Jimmy, the manager, looked at the damage and told me they would fix it for free! I wasn't expecting that and greatly appreciated their help. He even pointed out the deer hair on my tire well that I didn't notice (yuck!). It took less than 10 minutes to repair the damages. I will definitely come back if I ever need body work on my car. Farmers recommended that I go to this Caliber location for two claims, one vandalism (break-in) and the other collision. The employees seemed nice enough in person, but the agreed-upon repairs were not completed. They failed to replace weather stripping, an interior panel, and poorly aligned the door, while somehow managing to damage and improperly replace the spare wheel. Throughout the process, they ordered the wrong parts, failed to return my calls, and did not notify me of progress as promised. Once I brought my car back, the manager offered to pay for a rental while they addressed the issues they should have fixed the first time. After they failed to properly order the needed parts (again) and--as a result--took twice as long as necessary to do the repairs, I finally got the car back. With no fuel in it. The manager approved a $25 gift card (still waiting on it) for my trouble and for the extra damage waiver I had to pay for the extra day of rental this would have earned them a 3-star review. When the weather warmed up a few days later, I noticed an oily film on the inside of the windshield, likely the result of off-gassing from whatever chemicals they used to clean the inside of my car. The film makes it impossible to see at night, or at sunset, or sunrise, or when the sun is up. The manager patronizingly denied any responsibility on Caliber's part. They provided 5-star service from start to finish. Wendy and Emily were awesome to work with to repair the damage from the accident (which was a new front bumper and correcting internal damage). They frequently communicated on the repair status and even completed the repair before scheduled. As if that wasn't enough...After the repair, I had a weird coincidental issue that didn't really appear related to the accident repair (my visor mirror was cracked). I'm not sure if it happened when the car was towed. They could've haggled about the fault, but Justin and Donnie quickly took care of it. I pray nothing else ever happens to my car, but if it does. After a wreck last year, GEICO instructed us to take our car to Kennesaw Mountain Collision (now Caliber Collision). The repair had a lifetime warranty. Now in the same spot that was repaired, we've seen a small rust spot develop. We took it to the shop this week to have them look at it but they can find NO RECORD of our car being repaired there since they switched companies. The GM was called out to look at the car when they couldn't find the repair invoice and were told that the spot was "obviously" brought on by a rock hitting the EXACT spot where the car was repaired. Obviously a rock? Uh-huh. Sure. More like you lost our records and don't want to honor the lifetime warranty of our repair because it was performed under a different brand name. Wished I could give them zero stars. My car was hit by a deer in October 2018 I was referred by my insurance company USAA. I told USAA over the phone I really wanted to take it to Chevy since the car was only a few months old but I was advised I couldn't for some odd reason so I trust them hmmmm they sure fooled me. It was supposed to be an 8 day repair for replacing the front bumper, hood, drivers fender and drivers side door and drivers front light and what else that can't see until they remove the parts. My car was there for 17 days at that located in Austell Ga before it was moved to the Caliber Collision in Kennesaw per my insurance adjuster my husband and myself due to numerous times they failed at the repairs. First time they called and said the car was ready there was a 4 foot run all the way down the bottom of the trim and hair all in the drivers( brand new door )and there was trash all in the paint any professional could of notice that on a black car. Another time they called they said they got done repainted the bottom trim and the drivers door and while they was buffing the hood one of there guys burnt though the paint on the hood so now the hood has to be repainted again. So they did set me up with a rent a car for all the problems that has happened after that I got my insurance agent involved she meet up the next time when they called and still more problems first of all they painted it black and our car was metallic black, next they had a dent in the new door and plus they dented it somehow above the metal above the window and still trash and paint was wavy plus the molding around the windows they painted and was not installed right and some other things also this is the the 3rd or 4 attempt thats so the car went to the other location to see about getting the repairs fixed. I will say that was was nice and friendly though but I don't recommend using them on the new car and told USAA they really need to look at the shop and they said they had problems out of this company before now. Austell location from 10-23-2018 though 11-09-2018. Now it at the Kennesaw location on 11-09-2018 and I meet my insurance adjuster there she went over what was wrong with the car they said not to worry they will get it fixed. Same story different place all it was they did almost the same like the other one. My car was at this location from 11-09-2018 though 11-21-2018 when we pulled it from this location cause it still was not completed. I will make it a short version tried of typing they was supposed to fix the dent and repaint the driver side door and repaint the hood metallic black instead of normal black paint and fix the dent on the metal where they dented it at the other shop. Well they called and said the car from the drivers side door all the way back has to be repainted due to the dent above the window so now my new car on the whole drivers side has to be repainted cause negligence. Then they had to order me a new emblem cause they order the wrong one from the other location plus they had to order a new harness when they said the other location messed it up. So when they repainted my drivers door they forgot to get the dent out so they has a dent man come out to repair the paint was so fresh or too thick he left a square mark in the paint. plus the car was soo wavy it didn't match the other side of the car it just looked horrible I removed the car on the 11-21-2019 try to get in touch with my agent she was on Thanksgiving holiday and the insurance advisor told me to call back to talk to her so I left messages for her to call me when she gets back in there office. When she call after her vacation I told her I was pissed and unhappy cause this was nonsense she drove out to my house the same day and looked at the car and the estimates I had from other shops showing the damages that are still there she said that there work was unprofessional and she will get it fixed. It ended up finally going to Chevy it got approved cause of this whole ordeal. Chevy ended up fixing the dent in the door finally and repainted the drivers door again and repainted the front bumper where there was a chip in the paint when I pick up the car from Caliber in Nov. and they wet sanding the back part of the car to try to get the wavy out of the paint cause they didn't want to repaint more than they had too cause since the car has been painted way too may times and they had to fix where the paint was pealing from the crapy paint job.. Plus the service has to fix the wiring harness again cause it was not properly done at Caliber and it lead to shortening out my drivers window switch so that also had to be replace and a alignment had to be done also cause Caiber didn't catch that the deer knock it out. I probably leaving more out but you should get the point. 29 days with Caliper so from 10-23-2019 and my car was done 1-8-2019 right at 70 days with this nightmare was done. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. After a wreck a few months ago (a small one at that not even involving another car), USAA instructed me to go to Caliber Collision for repairs. Not only did they have my car for over 2 months, but my sunroof was damaged & wasn't usable. Keep in mind, the car was damaged on the front drivers side fender (in no way was the top of the car touched in the wreck). Literally 10 minutes after driving off the lot, I opened my sunroof to enjoy the sun. The moment I realized it wasn't working properly, I called them & let them know. I was instructed to bring it in. After bringing it in TWICE & arguing with the guy Justin, they told me they could not honor the damage. So basically they damaged my car while it was with them for 2 MONTHS. Then, I notice that when I brake my car is making a scraping noise. I bring it in again, they say they test drive it & fix it. I get it back & it's making the exact same noise. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! They cannot be trusted! If there was a way I could contact corporate, I would. AGAIN DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! read more
