THEFT and DISASTER!! Do NOT use this Business!! From the moment we dropped off our truck, it's been issue after issue! They told us a higher price after it was taken apart. When we asked them to please put the truck back together so we can take it to a different shop, we were told they broke something while taking it apart so it could not be put back together. They tried to charge an extra $1200 just to put the truck back into the condition we drove it in as. Now after having it for over a month we are having it towed to a different shop (when we drove it in) because they can't put it back together. As we are waiting on the tow truck we check our belongings and the truck has been gone through and items are missing. So not only did they mess our truck up more than what it was, their employees have stolen over $1000 worth of stuff out of the truck (this is a work truck that had tools and equipment in it.) we figured since this is supposed to be a reputable company we wouldn't have to worry about our belongings but we we're definitely WRONG!!! There is a woman by the name of Shanda that is employed here, that is the most rude, and ignorant woman I have experienced. She says she will call back, and never does, and then when you do get ahold of her, she's short on the phone with you and responds "not a problem " and slams the phone down. Saying "not a problem " is already rude enough, but to hang up abruptly is just horrible customer service. Rethink your "career" rude lady. read more

I had the best experience at the Caliber Collision on Losee Rd, wasn't happy I had to use them but the work and customer service was top notch. I was told that my vehicle would take 2 weeks to repair and it was done 2 days early looking all beautiful and clean. They also took special precautions with this whole Coronavirus thing. They kept me informed thru the whole process and really delivered on their promises. Hopefully I don't ever have to go back but if I do I will not hesitate to use them again. read more

Had the worst experience with this company and there management didn't even care. This company had my vehicle for over a month and started promising to have it completed within 7 days. I was lied to on numerous occasions about the status of my vehicle and when it would be done and when receiving my vehicle I noticed a yellow substance on one side of my car after leaving as rain started and rinsed off whatever shine they put on tire I noticed the same yellow substance on tire which looks like paint no one at location can confirm what it is and denies that it happened in the almost 6 weeks they had vehicle even though photos show that it wasn't there on tire or car when taking it in. After making them aware I was advised it was dirt and degreaser they used that's making it look like this all though other tires look nothing like it. When management brought someone out to clean they then confirmed it wasn't dirt but but couldn't confirm what it was they attempted to clean tire 3 times in front of me and every time after rinsed with water the yellow spots where there but management still rudely insisted it was nothing they did while they had vehicle in shop. I would never recommend this business to anyone as they advised delay was due to Covid infection but no one in building wears mask and they lie continuously about parts and May cause more damage to vehicle read more

Horrible mechanic skills. Absolutely just garbage. How do you give a vehicle back with a crap alignment, steering wheel crooked and a power steering pump that whines like a raped pig. Makes no sense to me. Then get it back a second time, steering wheel still isn't straight (after 2 days of driving the suspension finally settled) and also now the brake pedal has a horrible vibration while holding the brakes down. (Diesel/hydropump) you occasionally feel this vibration in the gas pedal. This place may do good body work, but their mechanical skills are complete garbage. read more

Took my car there for a broken wheel and lower rear camber control arm after hitting a curb. Original estimate was $3k cause I was also fixing a body dent. Then they tried racking up a $12k bill and totaling my car at 65% of the value as the state of NV does. How it got that expensive I know not. I don't trust them now and will never go back. They wanted me to sign a power of attorney just to do the repairs as well before they racked up the price. I got a second and 3rd opinion both at less than their original and I'm back in my car now and happy. I do not recommend going here for anything! read more

Caliber Collision does not need the business or money!!! Simply put, they must be doing well and do not need any more business! A few years ago my car was towed to Caliber Collision and was repaired at this location. I didn't even realize that they had other locations, until I looked on Yelp. Anyway, the damage to my vehicle was completed in 2013 to my satisfaction, which is the reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise it would be a single star. Since they have done a good job in the past, last week I stopped by and asked to have an estimate for some scratches and dents. I parked outside at one of the local casinos and a huge tree branch fell and hit my vehicle. It would have been a guaranteed pay for Caliber Collision, but they would not provide me with an estimate without an appointment. I drove to 3 other auto body shops and in 15 min I had written estimates. No problem, no hassle, no appointment! Too bad for Caliber Collision. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. After my brand new 2015 Subaru WRX STI was broken into parked in my driveway, I was extremely devastated. I called up my insurance (geico) which recommended this place to me. It was close and they could get me in within the next day. Since my car had no window and was parked outside, I needed to get it in as soon as possible. I checked the reviews on yelp and they were all over the place, but I figured if my insurance recommended it, it must be a decent place.. I was wrong. My car took longer than it was supposed too, but I figured hey, if it's done right, I don't care. So I get a call from one of the workers who called me about 10 minutes before they closed and told me my car was ready, I was at work and couldn't get there in time and they were closed the next 3 days for the holiday weekend. Really? You really think anyone can race over to get their car within a 10 minute window?! Even if I was at home, I couldn't have. So, When I get my car back, it looks good, everything they said they would fix was, the scratches on my paint from the broken glass were gone, I had a brand new glove box, and my window was on and tinted. After driving off, I noticed things not quite right in my car. 1) my car's mpg monitor was way off around 14-15 mpg and my car normally averages at 21-22 and stays there 2) my XM radio station was on a station I never listen too 3) my car was set on sport mode ( a faster mode which makes the car drive and shift faster and eat up gas)And I knew I had left my mode in Intelligent. To move the modes from one to the other cannot be done on accident. 4) when I shut my door, I still have glass rattling around - so they did a "fantastic" job cleaning it up. So... Pretty much the main thing they had to fix on my car wasn't even done right. They hurried that process up so they could take my car out for a joyride. (Which I'll discuss below) I called up geico and complained and they told me I had to go through the woman with geico who works at the shop. Long story short, she told me that they had to drive my car off property to put the tint on it. So how come no one told me?! I would assume that's all done on the premises. I'm absolutely not okay with me not knowing that someone is taking my car off property (who knows how far of a distance) without my permission to another place. On top of that to beat on my car, and use up my gas, otherwise my car wouldn't be on sport mode and my mpg wouldn't be so off. What if I was driving and saw my car being driven by someone else, I would have freaked! I don't know what they did to my car, but that's wear and tear that shouldn't have been done. So, the geico lady (I forgot her name)she said she was going to get to the bottom of this and try to make things right, and ask the workers there what happened and call me back (because she was out of town at the time)... Well she never has gotten back to me. How convenient.. So I'm out one grand for my deductible because the jerks who broke in didn't get caught (of course) I'm out on the stuff they stole from my car, the gas and wear and tear that these people at the shop did, and my door still isn't fixed. So.... what did I get out of this deal?? I hope everyone reads this and knows that if your car is your baby and you're particular about people driving it (like I am) do your research and don't take it to this garbage place. read more

My wife had an accident in Las Vegas, we live in California. I asked this Caliber Collision for a few days notice when the car would be finish so I can take time off and drive back to Vegas in the rental car to pick up my car. I kept getting these text messages saying it would be done on Wednesday, but no phone calls to confirm. So on Tuesday, I called them, nope, my car is not even close to being done. He told me "Those texts are sent out by a computer, they really aren't accurate." Well, someone has to input a date into the computer... He said my car should be done on Friday or Saturday, he will call me back. I call him back on Friday, nope, no car this weekend. This happens for several more days, I finally picked up my car after it had been there for about a month. I drive there in the rental, and drive home in my car. The repairs looked very good. Can't even see where it was in the accident. A few days later, I'm vacuuming out my car and the spare tire is missing. WTH? So I call my rep at Caliber Collision, the mechanics must have used it to move the vehicle around in the shop and forgot to put it back in the trunk. Then he asks me if I want to come get it? Uh, no. You need to ship it too me. Good deal, three weeks later, I get a spare tire from a ground shipping company. NOT the correct tire and wheel. It won't fit in my trunk, it's also four inches shorter than all my other tire and wheel combo's. It won't work. I call my rep at Caliber Collision. Sorry they sent the wrong tire. We will order another one. I ask if I can just get it through the local Caliber Collision. He said yes and within an hour, the manager of my local Caliber Collision in Murrieta, Ca calls me and tells me they ordered the tire/wheel from Ford. Four days later, they call me and tell me the tire is ready for pick up. Sure as hell, the correct tire is there, we exchange tires and I'm on my way. Bottom line is, while this Caliber Collision in Las Vegas did good work on the damage, the lack of accurate updates, and the entire spare tire fiasco made for a bad experience. All in all, I would go somewhere else if I had known, but since I was from out of town, this is where my insurance sent me. read more

Worst experience ever! I'm keeping this short. I got in a minor accident in February, called my insurance who recommended me to go to this shop. I made an appointment, met up with the advisor of the shop and the insurance representative. We did a walkthrough on my car to pinpoint all the areas that were damaged, they put me in a rental, and that was it. Very quick and easy process and all my stress and worries were gone! Unfortunately I was wrong. I get a call back that my vehicle was ready for pickup about a week later, I get to the shop and the advisor does another walkthrough with me and briefly explains the repairs that were done and informs me that the car is "good as new". As I drive off the lot and go a few blocks down I immediately notice the car was shaking and noticed a squeaking noise coming from my left front wheel. I called the shop back and returned the car the next day. Unfortunately, over the course of 2 months I had to go back and forth to Caliber and was placed in a rental 4 times due to their lack of not identifying the problem in my car. After visiting them for the 5th time, the supervisor took my vehicle to the dealership where I purchased my car and then that's when I ran into more problems such as certain parts never being replaced that were obvious factors in why my car was shaking. After this, I refused to go back to caliber and decided to just take my concerns to the dealer. I contacted my insurance to express my disappointment in "quality" service and I was later contacted by the shop and they informed me that my deductible was going to be reimbursed for the inconvenience that was caused. I was told that the check would take about 2 weeks to arrive so I waited 3 weeks and nothing arrived. I called back and then I was informed that the check was NEVER submitted. So now I have to wait another week and hope that this check arrives. I literally have never been through this much hassle and stress and I definitely don't think I'll ever be coming here again. read more

I was rear-ended a couple weeks ago and I was dreading the stress of dealing with insurance companies to get my car repaired. However, I was so happy to report that Caliber made it a painless experience as possible. My insurance company recommended that I go to Caliber just to get a quote on the repair. They were able to fit me in quickly and they created a very detailed quote that was emailed to me and then sent instantly to my insurance company. I was so impressed with their service that I decided to let them go ahead and repair my car- I was rear ended to my bumper was toast and my trunk needed some work. It took them about 1.5 weeks to order all the parts they needed and then I dropped off my car. They estimated that it would take 9 days to finish the repair, however to my surprise they finished 5 days early!! During the repair process, they kept me informed with their progress through email which was really reassuring that they were keeping in touch. Picking up my car was a very painless process as well. My car was cleaned and the inside was vacuum. They're not a car wash business so I didn't expect the detailing to be perfect, but I was very please with how shiny and clean everything was. They matched the paint perfectly, so it looks like my car was never damaged. Overall- excellent customer service and they finished the job in a very timely manner and they communicated with me the entire time with email updates. I would recommend Caliber to anyone who was involved in an accident looking for flawless repairs. They also have an enterprise rental car representative on site to help you get a rental car- my insurance did not cover rental cars so I did not utilize them, but it's very convenient. read more

Was told it would take 4 days to fix my car and then they told me Friday it would be done then they said if not Friday Saturday. Here it is Monday and the car still not done. It will be two weeks tomorrow. My front bumper had minor damage. They never called me to update me on anything. The only positive thing I have to say is the lady name Melinda. Worse company to deal with they do horrible work had to bring my truck back on a door replacement the door paint didn't match and trim molding wasn't straight the bolt to keep the door on wasn't even tight. My speaker in the door wasn't hooked back up. I don't recommend anyone to bring the vehicle here. A gentleman by the name of Jesus that works there every time you call for an update because they say they will call you and never do he makes you feel like your bothering him and then he says he will call you back with an update and never do. This lady ran a stop sign at lone mountain and Lawrence st. Hit my wife's car in the rear quarter panel so hard she was spun around. Of course the lady lied,,, but I didn't think our Car could be fixed. For as hard and all the damage cause when this lady hit our car, these guys fixed it. It runs straight and looks great. Go to your dealership shop, or your trusted shop that's your right. There work on paint will not last more than 5 years and they will not fix it. disappointed, I took my 2007 Honda here in 2013 for a accident on my rear bumper/trunk and now 2019 the only part of my car that the paint is fading is the top where work was done by them and they refuse to correct it now. They call it wear and tear. You have the right to pick your body shop when in an accident, make sure you choose a dealer body shop. I wish I did. Calibur Collision does not take ownership of their work. I brought my car in to be looked at due to my airbag light going off & on & was basically informed that water or soda maybe got into the wires or maybe the wires are not working right that I should take it to a dealership & if they say that it has something to do with their repair work they'll take another look at it, isnt that the reason I was there in the first place to have their repair work looked at? If I choose not to it would cost me $100 an hour. Never mind their lifetime warranty on their repair work like the company website states. They didn't even have on record the time after the initial repairs that I had to take it back due to the windshield leaking during a rainy day & while I wait they slapped more silicone on it. Not a comfortable experience then & not again now. As a consumer take your car somewhere your concerns are being heard & the company stands by their work. read more

This has to be one of the worst body repair shops ever!!! I have Geico for insurance and they recommended this repair shop to me. Worst mistake ever!!!! It seems as if nobody does their job at this place. A lady named Shanda was my auto adjuster, she quoted my car to be fixed in 3 days, as it was a few very minor scratches on the passenger door. I put my car in the shop Tuesday, Shanda saying she would have it out by Friday no later! Well, Friday turned into Saturday turned into Monday. Here we are a whole WEEK later...still NOT ready. This company is the worst, you almost have to harass them with phone calls to get ahold of anybody. Shanda doesn't bother to return calls or give you status updates as promised. She will truly just give you the run around. She's rude and extremely unprofessional as I was hung up on. I called this morning to see what time today it would be ready as I had an automated text that the vehicle was done, I was told 10 a.m. later being 2 in the afternoon and was told there are no promises for it to be done today that they still have to assemble the car?!! ...Long story short I was finally able to pick up my car and Shanon pulls up super fast throws it in park, leaves the door open with the key in ignition and says "here u go!" And leaves. The car was filthy when I got in, tons of buffering dust all over the seats, and interior. I then went in to proceed with the manager Mrs.Fox, who was very nice. My car was estimated to be fixed in fifteen days, and actually took a month and a half. I also picked up my car yesterday and they forgot to connect the speakers. I tried to bring it back after I realized, and a lady said we don't normally take cars at this time (4:00 P.M.), when I had picked up the car 20 minutes prior; and they close at 6. This is the WORST repair shop I have ever had to deal with. I was recently in an accident. GEICO recommended that I use Caliber for my repairs. I've never had any issues with my insurance company so I figured their recommendation would be trustworthy and reliable. Well, I was wrong. After the repairs were supposedly completed on my car, the check engine lights on my car starting coming on and my temperature gauge kept bouncing from cold to hottest level then back down. This started happening on a Friday night and Caliber was already closed for the weekend. I did not drive my car the entire weekend and brought it back to Caliber first thing the following Monday morning. I asked for Nick, who was my initial service manager, but he was unavailable so Steve came out to help me. After looking at my car for about 10 minutes, I was told that my coolant had bubbles in it and that they "fixed" the problem and I was good to go. I drove my car to work (about 20 miles) with no problems. I started my car after work to drive home and the check engine lights were back on and the temperature gauge kept bouncing again during the entire drive home. I brought my car back to Caliber the next morning (Tuesday) and was told that they did not have "the proper equipment for a hybrid to diagnose the actual problems". I was told by Steve to take my car to the Honda dealership for an accurate diagnosis and that Caliber would cover the cost if the problem was caused by the accident. I promptly brought my car to Findlay Honda where it has been sitting for a week and a half waiting for a new radiator that Caliber failed to recognize was damaged in my accident. Either they missed the problem completely or just "patched it up" and sent me on my merry way. I have been calling Caliber and Nick since my car has been at the Honda dealership and NO ONE will return my call. The receptionist tells me that Nick is not available and that he will call me back, yet I am still waiting for him to return my call and tell me what is going on with my car. Findlay Honda has also been in contact with Caliber and Nick told them that the radiator had already been ordered and that the parts store would be calling Honda with an update, and Honda is also STILL waiting for a call back. This is absolutely ridiculous that my car was not fixed how it should have been. I am again without my car waiting for repairs to be done and no one has the courtesy to even return my phone call to give me an update. read more

They assured me that they would get to the root of the problem. They gave me a rental car and kept me informed throughout the day. They found the problem, which was not part of the original repair and advised me to contact the dealer. Joe and the ladies at the front desk were great! I don't enjoy writing negative comments about businesses since I know most of them work very hard to provide a decent customer experience. However, these guys were rude, slow, and expensive. When my car got in a minor fender bender I went to several other body shops for an estimate on the work. 3 out of 4 body shops estimated the repair cost 40-50% lower than they did, and said the job would only take 2-3 days, but since my insurance company had a service agreement with them I took my car to Caliber Collision on Losee Rd. I dropped my car off on the morning of the 8th of December and was told they would be done by the following Wednesday (7 days), but when I called them on Wednesday to schedule a pick up they still did not have the parts in, and told me it would not be ready for another week. Meanwhile, I was without a vehicle for a total of 13 days! When I mentioned that I was unhappy not having a vehicle for so long and maybe they should have ordered the parts before I dropped it off, they shrugged and said something like we had a lot of work behind the bumper that needed to be done (the labor repair bill was for 3.1 hours). The only good news is the bumper looks nice. So, if you don't mind being lied to or it taking forever to get your car back use them, otherwise stay away! read more

I was hit by a drunk driver on the 95, the week of Christmas. My insurance company recommend Caliber Collision.. They called me 11 days after telling me they JUST got it off the tow truck because of how hard it was hit! Yes, the front wheel was off, suspension and axel were off. Needed a new fender.. Door.. And to be repainted. I was promised January 31st, until January 30th he called and told me it would be another date because minor parts weren't in... Than it was Feb 7th, until that week, that didn't happen. They used every excuse in their book!!!!! 2 months later, I finally have my car. The door panel is still broken, so I'm waiting on the call to go in and get that repaired! I did not, I repeat did not have a good experience at all! & would never recommend anyone.. read more
