Pedro was on my case and updated me thru text every step of the way with the progress that was being made on my vehicle. Having your vehicle damaged in an accident is stressful and can be difficult enough. But this place made the process a breeze. I really appreciated how friendly they were and that they helped set up enterprise rental services to pick me up from their shop to get my rental car down the road. Sadly we needed to have a car repaired after an accident, the bright spot was indeed the staff, in particular Brandi! While it is never a fun process she made it as enjoyable as possible under the circumstances. She was amazing with communication, she was pure joy to work with, if fact the type of person you look forward to talking to and truly made the experience as great as possible. As with all repairs it was not on time and no one is to blame, it is just a bummer with almost anything in life, but again Brandi was so communicative and worked so hard to get our car back to us. For starts, I retain an ABUNDANCE of auto repair knowledge from myself working in the industry, so I know when a hustler is shoveling bullsh*t my direction. I am also a 100% disabled veteran with mobility issues, or I would most certainly have fixed my car myself rather than endure my latest interaction with this sorry excuse for a company. I had relied on this location for repairs for many years back when it was locally owned, but (as always) honesty and quality are the initial casualties when there's now a corporate bottom line at stake. (Customer service is then sacrificed to the almighty bottom line.) A couple of years ago, my car suffered front end damage (someone opened a door in the gas lanes at Costco) so I allowed this location to perform the repairs just as I'd had in the past. I had no more pulled my newly repaired vehicle into my driveway when I noticed the entire front end was beginning to come loose (gaps in the fenders, cowling clips failing, etc.) I returned it to the shop and was then required to re-rent a car while they made some "adjustments". Picked up the car and two weeks later the same problems arose so I once again returned and was told to "give it some time so the repairs can settle in". (Ohhhhh-kayyyyy.) The gaps, the squeaks, the popping off not only worsened, but I now had parts disappearing in the rearview while on the highway. I returned to "Cali-Burned" yet again and this time one of their upwardly mobile name tags declared that there is "visual evidence of another collision". I informed this person that according to my car's front and rear camera, there has been no such incident. I also reminded him that his company touts a lifetime guarantee on repairs to which he defensively insists on initiating another claim (Hey, why not? He won't be the one to fork over the deductible then watch his insurance rates go up!) This isn't the first confrontation I've had with these folks over shoddy workmanship. I was rear-ended a few years ago (right after the corpies took over) and following almost three weeks of repairs, the back deck looked like it'd been affixed by a drunken sailor in a hurricane. (Rental car, rinse, repeat.) These folks are all about soaking you for half-hearted (at best) repairs and when they grow weary of repeatedly correcting their crappy work, they try to coerce customers into filing a new claim. (Pass) As a DISABLED AMERICAN MILITARY VETERAN (my license plate clearly states this fact) you'd think they would show a little more compassion for our former service members who still suffer to this day. I found Caliber Collision via my insurance after it was unfortunately vandalized. My situation was unique because I am moving from Vegas very soon and needed to get my car repaired prior to driving out of state for this move. From the time I first entered the shop, Noah and the team were very understanding and accommodating. They were able to take my car in the same day and kept me in the loop throughout the repairs. The communication was key for me due to the fact that I was on a strict timeline. The paint job on my car was complete within just a couple days but unfortunately a part was delayed (out of the control of shop). Of course, this initially had me concerned of when my car would be completed but Noah and the team were able to communicate with me every step of the way. We discussed all the options available and how they planned to ensure that I had my car in hand upon my move date. I picked up my car today and it looks incredible! Do not I repeat do not take your car here. My car 2017 jaguar with 60,000 miles and not a single thing wrong, was returned in worse condition then before the accident and taking it to them. They missed several thing with in the engine leaving me stranded the second time. The first just a week after I picked up my car. Said they "Fixed" it, now stranded again because of other missing issues caused by the accident only to not fix them after charging me to look at it and say they wouldn't fix it. So they only did to get money from me with out doing any work. As for the body work part are coming off and things dont line up. The customer skills are lack luster. Pedro doesnt return calls. Again, do not take your car here. Unless you want to have to fix or have greater issues for things they missed. read more

I was in Vegas in July and my catalytic converters were stolen. In the middle of the night my car was towed to Caliber Collisions at the recommendation of my insurance company. I got a one way rental and went home to Cali since I had to get everyone home for work the following day. It was all very stressful and inconvenient. Pedro called me and let me know they got my car and explained that with the theft of the converters on the rise the parts are back ordered and would take a couple of months to get. He did try to get it done sooner and called around checking places to try to get me my car asap. Although no converters could be found I appreciated the effort. He kept me updated and returned any calls promptly. He even got my car ready early, but I was out of town and he was able to accommodate my return schedule. I flew to Vegas got my car and drove home, but my check engine light came on about 2 hours into my drive. I called Pedro and he had me stop at a sister store and they checked the light said it read as the evap system and cleared it. Pedro called me let me know what they had found and explained that the evap system is separate from the converters but for me to get it checked and if it was connected to the theft they would help handle it with insurance. I made an appointment at Toyota and explained the situation and that I needed to know if it was connected to the theft in any way or if it is just wear on the vehicle with interesting timing. They checked it and found a small cut in the line under the car. Nothing anyone would see without looking specifically for it. They said when the converters were stolen it looks like they nicked it. I called Pedro and he got Toyota's info and he handled it for me. He contacted them for pictures, talked to my insurance, filled out additional paperwork, got the payment handled to Toyota and had them to the work so I didn't have to move my car. My only job was waiting. The car was drivable with the evap error but it would never pass smog. The engine light didn't come on without about 2 hours of driving, which is unrealistic to expect anyone to do when they test drive a car to make sure it works. The car drove great and according to Toyota the problem was a small cut that could easily be missed if not looking for it. I don't blame Caliber for missing it, but I am thankful for the help in getting my car back to perfect working order. read more

I took my car there on a recommendation from The insurance company after being in a accident. My car is brand new 2020 with just over 10,000 miles when i dropped it off for a small dent in the drivers side door and a scratch. During the process they broke my camera on my dash, a piece of my center console near my shifter put scratches on the inside of my door, broke the cover off of my battery just threw it in the backseat said nothing, my car battery was dead when I went to recover the car again brand new and the worst issue they broke the seal that goes into the outside of the window on the door they fixed it comes out every time i wind my window or if I hit a big bump while driving, none of this existed before as I said the car is new. My car was "completed" in April and they were told about the issues immediately. They said they would order the parts needed. I waited weeks called they said they had them, I drove the car there to have them put on and in fact they said they didn't have all the parts. I've tried to call several numbers to get this taken car of and it hasn't been. read more
