Victoria called to say that my truck repair was complete and I can pick it up today, yay! She also offered that I could leave the Enterprise rental truck with her and she would take care of returning it. I returned the rental truck as it's only blocks away and figured I needed a walk anyway. But, Enterprise said, we'll drop you at Caliber and gave me a ride to their shop. Kudo's for both businesses...they get service! Now, the repair. Fortunately it the damage was minor a windblown branch had hit the top of the truck leaving scratches and a minor dent which I would have just lived with - but on it's way by that branch removed the GPS antenna (shark fin) leaving a hole in the roof with wires hanging out of it. I rains here in the PNW and a hole in the roof of your truck isn't a good thing: thus the need for repair. The repair looks great and the work was done on time and within the estimate. They told me it would be about 2 weeks and well it was 2 weeks. I recommend this business to anyone needing a body shop. read more

Took my vehicle here for an insurance claim and had multiple things stolen from my vehicle. I am aware it's my own fault for leaving them in there but it'd be nice if for once people could just be honest. Hope whichever tech got my sunglasses and AirPods enjoys them. Aside from the theft I just picked up my car today after being told originally it would be ready before thanksgiving. I get shit happens but just a little bit of communication goes a long way. this shop is the worst body shop anyone could go to the reason starts with communication. The whole time they had my car they communicated 2 times in a two and a half week time frame. Once my car finally came back my car had new damage in my paint. The manager Alec told me he would reach out to his regional manager Ivan and let him know and I would most likely get it fixed Alec told me he would reach out to me by the end of the next work day they never did. I brought my car here to fix my taillight and although it took awhile for them to start on it, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I called almost everyday for updates (even though they updated me via text message every day) and they were so sweet every time and were never upset about me calling. The manager is also extremely understanding, helpful, and friendly! They paid for my rental car no questions asked and did a great job on my car! I am writing this a little late due to unforeseen human circumstances! Last fall my 04 Subaru Outback was damaged in a parking lot, someone hooked the left front bumper by the 1/4 panel, dented the panel, exposed some innards, and drove off. It was drivable, however I was concerned driving in the rain would perhaps damage wiring to the headlights. It's an older car but had no major damage anywhere. I use my car for work so it's essential it's safe & drivable at all times. My insurance sent me to Caliber on what those folks called "a fast track". Well, gosh indeed! Fast track! Victoria is a huge asset to this business! She got me in right away, made it all work with no problems. She has such a sweet & efficient attitude & really knows what she is doing! Victoria made all the difference to a stressed out working woman! My rental came to pick me up & less than 8 days later I was back in my sweet Subi looking newer than when I took it in! They replaced the bumper, the 1/4 panel, matched the paint perfectly, which I understood to be a challenge. They replaced the running light guard and... Gave it the best deep clean & polish I have ever seen. The young man who does the perfect cleaning is a champ!! Wow! So, I was treated well, the car is perfect & the service folks went over the top to help me out & get my car back on the road quickly & looking so good! I give them 5 stars & cookies! My family has gone to caliber collision for multiple years but recently we have decided to stop working with them. Every time we have taken a vehicle there they would overlook a part when reassembling the cars (lights not working, sensors not secured, buffing compound left on the car, trim not attached, or even breaking good parts of trim and reinstalling them) But we chose to come back because they would fix the problems and there previous manger "jason" was always very professional, that being said we went there recently looking to get a quote for fixing a bed, yet they treated me very rudely and unprofessional saying they were to busy today to give a quote, I then asked if we could schedule a time when they were less busy but they said they were not able to schedule a time for that. read more

I recently took my SUV into Caliber Collision to see why my window would not roll up or down. I was greeted when i first walked in by a great receptionist. Afrer telling her my problem with my auto she brought a gentleman out to look at my window. He said it probably was the regulator and motor but would have to take the door panel off to be sure. He said he could order the parts which would arrive in about 4 days and if wasnt that he could return the parts at no cost to me. To make a long story short it wasnt the regulator or motor but just the tabs the window rested on. They ordered the parts and i was back in the next day to have it fixed. As i waited the receptionist offered me coffee, tea, water or popcorn with a smile. Everyone there was more than gracious and friendly. They not only saved me money but did a great job in record time even washing my car! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision as they are fair, reliable, courteous and guarantee their work! Unfortunately, my entire experience with Caliber Collision was a total disaster. I was in an accident with my Volkswagen Passat during one of our rare snow events, and my insurance agent said that I should pick whichever body shop in the area could get me in the fastest. When I told our agent that it was going to be Caliber Collision (based on when I could bring it in), he said that he'd dealt with them in the past and they were as good as any other body shop in the area. I had scheduled an appointment with Caliber for the morning of 1/27/20 and my car was towed to their shop on that day. After not hearing anything from them for 3 weeks, I finally called to ask what was going on with my car. To my complete dismay, I was told that they had not even looked at my car yet. Unbelievable! In response to my being really upset about this news, I was told that they'd gotten a lot of business all at the same time due to accidents from the recent snow storm; that they'd lost one of their Technicians; and that my car would need to be put on a rack to be worked on, and they only had one rack. I asked if they could at least consider fixing the cars in the order received, and whether they could possibly provide me with periodic updates since I hadn't heard anything from anyone. I finally got my car back today, 4 long weeks later. Although I called to let them know, in advance, when I was coming to pick up the car, I was simply given my paperwork and keys after paying my deductible. A reputable repair shop would have had their staff go through all the completed work with me, walk me around the car, explain to me and show me what had been done, etc. I definitely didn't get that kind of customer service. The final kicker was in looking the car over more closely once I got home. There is a noticeable chip in the car's paint in an area that had been repaired; there's still a large gouge in one of the wheel rims (which happened in the initial collision); and there's a noticeable paint defect on the driver's side (inside) door frame. I will never do business with Caliber Collision again, nor would I ever recommend their services to anyone else. read more
