never in my wildest imagination would I have pictured this level of quality in "All" areas of service. initial estimate, scheduled work, proper parts and supplies, highly professional and reliable on time communication made what could have been a very stressful experience into the best possible! made arrangements for a rental car, took my truck, returned my truck ( detailed, polished up ), then returned the rental for me!!! Had my Dodge repaired by Fix Auto in manchester in 2024 after hitting a deer head on . I went to them due to the fact they are a stars shop through my insurance so I would have a warranty after repairs were done . I got my Dodge back after Christmas one week later after getting my vehicle back my dodge started shifting strange and stopped in the middel of the road I was turning onto . Got to a safe place and called fix Auto to have a tow truck come . The women in the office tride arguing with me I could potentially have to pay for the tow When previous repairs were done my transcooler had to be replaced . Fix Auto didn't connect the lines properly and I lost transmission fluid all over the inside of my vehicle and on the ground. My vehicle was repaired and less then 48 hours later my vehicle broke down again and another repair was done . June 21 2026 my check engine light came on and my vehicle went into limp mod . Took my dodge in to a local machine and gave them the back story of all the issues that occurred from when my vehicle was repaired by fix Auto . A scan of my vehicle was done and it reported something with my transmission. The machine suggested for me to take it back to Fix Auto . I made and appointment and took it back The machine test drove my Dodge came back and spoke to the women that works in the office outside. The machine said possibly transmission failure. Moving foward I contacted my insurance company and my claim was re-opened Recived a email from fix auto stating they arew and I have put 20 thousand miles on since . My insurance had me take my vehicle into the local Dodge dealership in the findings it states I need a new transmission and it was damaged from possible transmission fluid loss my vehicle was deemed a total loss from my insurance. I would never recommend this shop to anyone to have repairs done on their vehicle . I find it odd none of the previous two women that I delt with in 2024 and in 2025 work there anymore and neither dose the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. They didn't hold themselves accountable for damages they caused to my transmission. I have a DTC scann from January 2 at 1030 am showing permanent gear ratio 5 defective and at 11 30 am that day a write up stating my vehicle was repaired. At the time I didn't think anything of it I am not a machine and honestly thought it would have been brought to my attention shame on me for thinking that. Horrible shop bad ethics, and very unprofessional. read more

I live in Seattle so it was a drive to get to Port Orchard. My Tesla Model Y had some door and quarter panel damage. There are a limited number of Tesla certified body shops in the area and many have very long waits for service. The one shop in Seattle that could get me in could not agree with my insurance on the cost. My insurance suggested Fix Auto as "a Tesla-certified shop we have been able to agree with in the past". Everything about the experience was smooth. I spoke by phone and they sent me a link to upload damage photos, and they made their repair estimate from that. Once they had the car there were additional costs discovered but they were able to get them accepted by my insurance with no cost to me. I was able to drop the car off for repair after hours (since they're so far away!) using a gate code they emailed to me. They have an automated text system that sends updates at each stage of the repair. ("Your repair is on time and moving to the paint shop!") They got the job done sooner than originally anticipated. I literally cannot tell that anything ever happened to the car. It's beautiful. As a bonus, they work with the local Enterprise Rent-A-Car so I was able to just leave my rental at the repair shop and they checked it in for Enterprise. When I had questions through the repair process, they were easy to reach by phone and helpful. As for cost, it was all covered by insurance, but the numbers were big. Fix's initial estimate was about 30% less than the Seattle shop, but after the additional costs were added the two bids ended up almost identical. (Of course, the Seattle shop probably also would have come up with additional costs.) My advice overall: Don't damage your car. If you DO damage it, go to Fix in Port Orchard. They were outstanding. read more

Is your Tesla damaged? DO NOT BRING IT HERE! Simple repair to rear bumper languished for MONTHS and they did everything possible to make the process as slow and expensive as possible. They even charged me $105 to update the car's software (something you do yourself at home)! Also put a bunch of deep scratches on the rear window and claimed it was like that already. And the paint job is pure garbage and does not match the rest of the car. Seriously, just wait the time it takes to use the local Tesla-authorized shops instead of this place. They play a nice game of happy friendly face until something goes awry, then the fangs come out and they are nothing but cut-throat crooks. Don't believe their bogus responses either - it's a flat-out lie! read more

Had Fix Auto repair my new Tesla Model X that got damaged in an accident. They were very quick with the estimate, got me in for repairs within 2 weeks and finished the job right on time. (Incidentally, they are one of the few body shops in the Seattle area authorized to work on Tesla. One other shop had a three month wait just to get an estimate!) These folks are great....I definitely recommend them. read more

I only had my Mustang Mach-E for less than a week when I took it in to get the windows tinted. The tint shop called me to let me know my car was done but unfortunately another customer had parked next to my car and their 4 year-old had opened their car door hitting my car and put a 4 inch gash in my paint on my fender wall. I'm sure you can imagine my face as I see this enormous gouge. I knew right away I was going to call Fix Auto, since they had previously repaired another vehicle for me that was involved in a collision. I called and spoke to Julia. She was able to get me in that day to give me an estimate and said I was welcome to leave it since they were pretty booked up and they would get to it as soon as they could. Since I had to get a repair done I wanted all 4 fenders to be trimmed black they did it no problem and attached my side window scoop louvers as well. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED about the customer service I received at Fix Auto!! I would highly recommend Julia and her team to my family, friends, or anyone who needs auto body work done. Fix Auto in Port Orchard did a FANTASTIC job taking care of my vehicle repairs. Julia and her team are just top notch. My poor Honda Accord was rear ended by a big ol' SUV at a good speed early this month. Trunk all buckled, bumper smashed so hard that there was a perfect mirror image of the SUV's license plate stamped in it -- just awful, it was a TON of repair work. Fix Auto had my car towed so it wouldn't cause further damage driving and got to work on repairs right away. I was kept informed of their progress through every step, so I always knew where they were in the process. I picked up my car today, about 18 days after work began and it's just beautiful - you'd never know it was a mess just a couple of weeks ago -- soooo happy with their work! If you need auto body repairs, I highly recommend Fix Auto. I was in a fender bender a couple of weeks ago. USAA towed my vehicle to Fix Auto. Ms. Julia recognized that I was stressed and upset. It's my precious car after all. She reassured me that everything was going to be as good as new. Each step in the repair process I had received a text message, keeping me updated. They even offered to return my rental car for me. Tyler, the paint guy, fixed a little spot that my husband had noticed wasn't completely blended with grace and kindness. We were rear ended in our pickup one week before we were supposed to go on vacation towing our travel trailer. Had a small scratch on my car and just needed a new side panel replaced for my Jeep. They replaced the side panel but broke the car's accident prevention sensor system. I knew they broke it because we had been driving the jeep around for 2 weeks before we took it in to get fixed and there wasn't any issue with it until we immediately picked up our car from their shop. They initially told us they would pay for the system to get fixed at the dealership but after we told them the cost they told us that it was no longer their fault and that the car must have had that problem from the accident and that they no longer claim responsibility for it. They must know of some workaround to get the insurance to pay for it instead of themselves and it's a very shady way of doing business. I will never go there again and advise anyone else not to go there either unless they want to deal with amateur mechanics and shady business practices. read more

What can I say other than Fix Auto is now my go-to body shop. We had a minor front bumper cover mishap where a plastic mounting tab broke off. Alfredo the repair guy, evaluated it and said he could repair it. I had my repaired car back the next day. Another unnamed body shop wanted to buy, paint and install a new bumper cover. By going to Fix Auto, they saved me over $800. To top it off, Jon the estimator, Alfredo and the lady handling the paperwork end were all friendly and professional.
