I took my car over to Caliber for an estimate for a repair of my right front fender. The front desk staff were very nice but the tech who did the estimate was cold and withnan attitude from the start. Once he heard that I was sent by AAA I could tell is interest in doing the job was not there. He barely spoke to me during his during 5 to 10 minute evaluation of my vehicle. He told me that they would not repair my vehicle due the need for more painting and they could not warrenty the work. When I said that this was a waste of my time he said yes it was. He said that he would complete the estimate and send it to my insurance company. I walked out before the estimate was ready out of disgust. I went to another shop the next day and got great service and their was a higher than Calibers but they went through every item and reason on their estimate. They confirmed my thoughts that they sent low ball estimate to my insurance company. In which my adjuster tried to get me to take a check and end the claim. Do not waste your time with this place!!! read more

The service was very friendly but they claimed they couldn't work on my car because it had an aftermarket seat and aftermarket suspension and none of their techs could fit in the car. I had a Corbeau bucket seat and 2" lowering springs on the car. I weigh 250 lbs and am 5'9" tall so I'm not exactly a small guy. Came here to get my 2020 corolla hybrid bumper fixed, after I accidentally backed into a stationary object (not my proudest moment, but I'd still like to think I'm still an above average driver). Had my triple a insurance also in on it as well. Took it down there, got it looked at and waited for the estimate to be sent to me. That intitial process was about less that 10 minutes in total. It was really an easy process. Got a call several days after the inspection of how much it'll cost. And they kept to the price too, fortunately my insurance covered most of it and I just had to pay my deductible. I took it in on a tuesday, I hoped it would be ready by thursday night because I needed it for work on friday, but it wasen't ready until friday evening. Because of covid 19 they are closed on the weekends. but it was really cool that the advisor handling my case Jakelin, made an exception and was there on saturday for a couple hours so that I could go and pick my car up, which is really nice. It was really nice too that they would text you at least once a day if not more times throughout the day, giving you updates as to the approximate day your car would be ready. The actual job looks really good. I can't even tell its a different bumper, well... minus the big hole and dent in the old bumper.... The color matched up amazingly. I had even asked them to touch up the front passenger side since I kinda dinged it running into a log while parking up in Lake Arrowhead (again... not my finest moment in regards to driving...), and they did!! Granted they didnt remove the dents but colored it, so the dents dont look too bad. They even vacuumed the inside of the car. The floors, the seats, and the trunk, and they even washed it!! Which I wasen't expecting, so that was a really nice surprise. They even have free water and sodas in a fridge that are complimentary. They even have a popcorn machine that is currently not in use d/t Covid 19 precautions. As a front line worker, they offered a promotion in march and april to pay up to $500 for the deductible. So i asked about it, knowing full well its no longer april, and Jakelin said she would see what she could do for me. I wasen't expecting anything to transpire from that since it clearly said, April, but she/they even gave me a $100 visa gift card!!! I'm like, that's really nice, you didn't have to but you did anyways. Nothing but positives about this place. Job gets done. They do a great job. They keep you informed throughout the process. They are extremely professional. And they go above and beyond what is necessary!! Hopefully I dont have to see you guys every again, but knowing that people drive crazy, and at times I make misktakes too... I'm sure I'm going to be here again, which I don't mind, minus the actual loss of time and money, because everything else was great!! Thanks again!! read more

My vehicle was slightly damaged after a small fender bender. The rear bumper cracked and had scratches. The rear taillight was also chipped. So after filing a claim with my insurance, we scheduled an appointment with Caliber Collision. My husband and I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening and they told us it would be ready to pick up on Monday. Every day I would receive a text message from Caliber Collision informing me of the process and each time, it stated that my car would be ready on Monday June 8th. When Monday June 8th came, I received a text message in the afternoon saying my car would be ready at 5:00PM and to give them a call to confirm we were coming so that they would have my car washed. We called to confirm we would be there between 5-5:30PM. At 4PM, we received a called from Eddie stating that my car WOULD NOT BE READY after all because the taillight didn't fit. This was a bummer because I was anticipating on driving my car to get to work on Tuesday so I had to drive my husband's car instead. My car was ready the next day (Tuesday) so it wasn't much of a delay. The ladies at the front desk were always prompt to greet us. If it wasn't for the miscommunication about when my car would be ready, they would have received a 5 star review, but overall I was pretty pleased with the overall experience and the work they did on my car. 105/100 Reviews for 2015 read more

The team in this location Rancho was excellent. Very friendly and helpful on top of that the location looks very clean and professional. I was offered a drink 3 different times by 3 team members wow! Amazing. They make you feel at home. The wait was very fast they attended to me in a timely manner and were able to get me out quickly.
