Unfortunately, they failed to communicate with me, and after nearly two weeks of waiting without updates, I decided to look elsewhere. I went back on Yelp and found Low Cost Auto Glass. Using the Yelp project tool, I submitted a request and received a quote very quickly. Although their price was slightly higher (but not by much), I chose them because of their prompt response and professionalism--I was ready to get my window fixed without further delays. Joe explained that the glass would take about four days to arrive and that prepayment was required. He clearly outlined the next steps and sent an invoice shortly after. The entire process--from my Yelp request to receiving the invoice--was completed within an hour. The next day, Joe called to let me know the glass had already arrived and that I could bring my car in. Since I was at work, I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. When I arrived, I expected to wait and brought a book to read--but I barely finished a page before they told me the job was done. The entire installation took about 10 minutes. I'm incredibly grateful to Low Cost Auto Glass for their efficiency, communication, and quick turnaround. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of glass repair.

He even gave me another option to give my car a cleaner look at no extra charge, and he took care on the install an area that was funky. Did he explain in detail? Yes. Do I remember? I'm embarrassed I do not. My takeaway is that he cares about his customers and making sure they know what's going on with their car. Sign of a trustworthy business. The service, quality, and staff here are second to none which is why I come back. I returned with an RX7 for AIR 80 all around for the heat rejection and full visibility. My Type R has IRX 35% all around including windshield and looks super dark since the interior absorbs a lot of light. However, I included an interior shot to show how QUALITY tint is supposed to look regardless of the darkness (I can see easily at night). Time and time again I hear people try to penny pinch and get better deals elsewhere for worse product but Sage and their line of tints speak for themselves. You get what you pay for. Is it worth the money? Most definitely. Is the heat rejection that much better? Yes I'll be back again for my next car!
