I've had Caliber work on my cars in the past after they have been in an accident, they've always done good work. I stopped in about a week ago with my 50th anniversary Thunderbird as the letter scripting on the passenger rear quarter panel had broken and I had purchased the replacement part for it. I spoke with the site manager Armen and he told me to come on by. When I arrived he was finishing up with a customer so I grabbed a seat in the lobby. Next thing I know he already has the broken template removed and is cleaning up the paint. He then applied the replacement part and it looked just like brand new! He completed the entire task in less than 15 minutes. He took extremely good care of me and I would strongly encourage using Caliber Collision on Buchanan Avenue in Riverside to anyone and everyone. She communicated throughout the whole process and made my experience as easy as possible. Great team and very knowledgeable staff. They are always smiling, which shows its a great place to work. They are very helpful and sympathetic to everyone who walks through the front door. Ran into an issue qhen picking up my vehicle, the Manager(cant spell his name) and Eddie were great to work with and fixed the 2nd issue better than it was before.
