I have always now on multiple (sadly with 5 drivers) visits had to go back and they have made me feel like a valued customer and I dont think of them as agents for the insurance company just taking and making as much money on the accident as they can!! Since I was a commuter I needed to keep my transportation dependable and various shops over the years did not do the trick and how I ended up at Kessel's Automotive was by way of a shop in that town brought it there to be fixed right the first time instead of just throwing parts at it and guessing unsuccessfully. That gets costly each time, add it up. I found their Motto was "Test don't Guess".. Their work was clean and professional and anyone I referred were to become steady customers is about all I can tell you, if all of that matches the shop you are a customer at then you are lucky and can stay where you are, you already know my choice and that was many years ago I experienced that which still is, we all depend on our cars and trucks and in addition a connection to a Body Shop and Wreckers galore is a great connection when the need arises.. I was going all the way to the floor and it still wasn't stopping while I just got this done and paid this amount of money for the amount of work.. OK yes I understand some of the car business is a little bit of a scam but you guys at Matt one stop almost got me hurt seriously I almost got killed because I didn't know that they didn't even put my rear brake pads in correctly or bled my brakes I have a 2007 Honda Civic but paid $1800 in brake parts and labor? Just wow that's something you pay for a newer car. I have a 2007. So just know that if this place knows that you make money they're gonna try and squeeze it out of you no matter what they don't care if you're about to crash into a car going 50 mph because you can't break because they didn't put in things correctly.. Matt's one stop stop your shit stop being greedy because it's getting people hurt and if you want to be greedy, do the job right. thousands and thousands of dollars going towards this place while I could've got it done fixed for much cheaper at anywhere else. And I've been going to this place for a while. It hurts me to even leave a bad review, but I felt like I have no choice after this situation.
