The body work that they did was impeccable. We elected to clean up the bumpers but not paint them because it would have opened a can of worms. When the previous owner retired, Nash took over North Shore Automotive about four years ago, and it's been a real godsend for our family. He works on all five of our cars, so it's basically a constant carousel of vehicles needing something--brakes, oil changes, inspections, tire sensors, rotations or replacements, the occasional paint job, you name it. They streamlined the entire process and made the repairs easily. Unfortunately, there were some bureaucratic issues in getting my deductible advanced, since the party at-fault was to be billed. Tracy, at the body shop, is truly my guardian Angel. She treated me like family and got everything resolved. She also had the body shop clean my car like it was detailed!
