Although I hope none of you will ever have to come here, if Sh-t happens Caliber dies excellent work. located close to Blue Oaks and 65 Caliber is off of Industrial. Yelp will try to tell you it isn't just don't listen. Turn right into the industrial park right after you pass Arizona Tile. Drive to the end and turn right when you get to the Hertz Rental Yard. Caliber has a nice waiting area with free popcorn, soda and coffee. Service was good and my car was repaired by Ruth. If you have a rental covered by insurance Caliber will let Enterprise know when you get there so they can get you a vehicle. Overall Caliber did excellent work with a smile. I highly recommend them.

Go to this place if you need body work on you car. This was my first time taking my car for any type of work, and my first time having to use my insurance. This place definitely made my experience as great as having to give your car to someone could be. The service advisor I had, John, was awesome and shot me texts at least twice a week and will text and call if there are any updates/questions. (I also called him a lot and he was still really nice while working with my nit picky insurance; Geico) Lobby seemed nice with candy and popcorn. Mercedes, at the front desk, was super nice on the phone and helped get a rental car there and ready when I dropped off the car. They also can take the rental off your hands(confirmed with Enterprise) when you go to pick up your car. When I pulled up, my car was right up front next to the door. All shiny and clean, as the gave it a great detail; inside and out. That was really just going above and beyond. Let alone the amount of work they did on getting all the body damage out. Hope I never need to get body repairs done on my car again, but I will definitely come back here. .

This was the first bodywork that I have had done in many years, and I was not looking forward to it. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, from initial estimate to completion of work. Everybody I met there was friendly and professional. The work was high quality, done faster than promised, and they worked well with the insurance company so there were no surprises. I hope I don't need anymore bodywork done soon, but if I do I will return to Caliber on Industrial Avenue.

    After!

My experience today with J&J has left me feeling great, happy, and lucky to have chosen to interact with them. I had a mishap last night in a parking lot that left two parts of my right front fender separated by several inches. There wasn't much damage to the metal, but it definitely couldn't be left the way it was. I drove to J&J without an appointment, and Nick came out to check it out. He told me that it could be put back together, and they could try to buff out the scrapes as much as possible, and it would take an hour and be about $250. He told me that as an alternative, they could get new pieces and completely reconstruct the fender for about $1,400. Nick and I agreed that the more expensive option didn't make sense for my 2019 Santa Fe. He had someone who could work on it if I wanted to wait in the waiting room for an hour. Soon after Nick took the car inside, he came out to the waiting room to tell me it wasn't going to take as long as he first thought, so it would be closer to $200. Since I had prepared myself for the higher amount, that sounded great. 15 minutes later, Nick came out to tell me they were able to get it done quickly, the car was outside, and there would be no charge. No charge! I was ready to spend $250, yet this amazing company decided that for what they had to do, there would be no charge. And the repair they did looks terrific! You really have to look up close to see anything at all. Who does that? To say that I highly recommend J&J for any and all body work is an understatement. Their talent, their honesty, and their integrity is hard to find in the business world. I will be telling all my friends and family about J&J, and I can tell you that if you ever need their services, you don't have to look any further than J&J in Roseville.

Igor and team have serviced all vehicles and continues to excel in terms of responsiveness, quality of work, trustworthiness and overall great guys to work with and most importantly they deliver on commitments. Nothing is ever too much trouble and in true Igor fashion he will never up-sell or do work that is not required, sadly I cannot say that for most dealers I have worked with! Another impressive aspect of their work is how extensive their skills and experience cover as I now have 7 cars all different models and brands, but these guys always deliver and at very fair prices both for parts and labor. Igor will always look for ways to minimize the cost down and keep you informed on progress and choice points which I really appreciate. A dealer, in my experience calls with a crazy high quote and its a take it or leave it choice! Bottom line I would highly recommend Igor and his team to find you a vehicle, work on your vehicle and even assist in selling it if needed. I look forward to our continued partnership and can attest to this company and team having a true passion and talent for what they do, you will be impressed!
