The worst. I was traveling to Europe so I let my sister use my car and she got in a minor fender bender. She was to take it there for an estimate. I called to insure she would be able to do this. after explaining it 3 times, I was told I needed to bring it in. I canceled the appointment because the woman on the phone could not understand what I was saying. I told her I would take it elsewhere as the fact that she couldn't understand even the most basic of English, yet, I got harassed via text, phone and emails for another 2 weeks about my missed appointment. I have no hope they could even do the job of an estimate. I will take it to T.A.C.S., where I am sure they will do the job properly. I returned today to another call. smh. Took car there for estimate after someone hit me. My appointment was for 7:30, The sign on door says they open at 7;30. They are open and someone at desk at 7:30. But no one comes in to do any work or estimate till 8. That was first problem. Then got estimate finally from my insurance company after over 2 weeks. I wanted to take to another facility to do the work but I kept putting it off and finally decided to go to Caliber as last resort. So I call and call and call to make appointment. No one answers phone. I go on corporate website and there is a # to call to make appointments for repairs. Again I call and call and call and again no one answers and again no voice mail. Can't speak about other Caliber Collision centers, but this one is top notch. The staff were very friendly, always informative as to the status of the vehicle repair, and did a great job on bumper, side panel repair. The cost was covered by insurance of the person who hit my vehicle, but the estimate they provided me was consistent with what it would have cost at other shops. I hope the staff are paid well! Courteous staff, excellent service, beautiful repair job. I had a much better experience than it seems some others have had. You have to make an appointment for the estimate because they do a comprehensive look see and put the vehicle up on a lift, if it can be moved . I was called every two days with a progress report. Calibers is the worst collision dealership you can use they are liars crooks and thieves they damaged my vehicle to the point my insurance company had to totaled my entire car after they worked on it. Went in to get my DOOR fixed on my car. Got my car back and a day later the check engine light came on. We have a dash cam so we tried to watch what they did but our dash cam was UNPLUGGED. We were told it was like that when they got it,which is bull, we never unplug it. Before going here our car was perfectly fine now it has 15 codes going on our car and we might have to put a new engine in. When we got our car they had just put a new one in and we have had it for 2 months, WOULD NOT recommend going here. People are rude and they mess up your car. read more

Terrible corporate shop take your car elsewhere. They charge as much as possible and rack up astronomical estimates which get your vehicle totaled by insurance even when it still drives. If you actually want your car back go anywhere else. read more

I just got my car back on Monday August 15, 2021. While repairing the rear damage, I was told the painting process damaged my front windshield. The caliber employee I was dealing with told me that they were looking for the same windshield for another customer and it could take three weeks to come in. She urged me to pick up the car and when the windshield comes in they will replace it. I felt like I had no options. I mentioned I thought it was illegal to drive with a cracked windshield. Spoke to a friend who is a police officer. He said don't drive with a cracked windshield, ask for a rental until they repair it. I insisted on that and was told they would do that. I returned my first rental car that Geico had paid for as it was not large enough to use for our vacation. Caliber was supposed to pick up the contract at that time when I got a second rental car. Despite multiple phone calls from me Enterprise never got a purchase order. I got a call from them ( while on vacation) asking me about returning the car. I called Caliber yet again and was promised the "girls" would take care of that. Finally when I was asked to drop the rental at Caliber and they could not give me a zero bill or something saying there was no damage I said I am taking the car to Enterprise myself. This location does not have an Enterprise location on site despite your advertising that they do. When I got there, there was still NO PURCHASE Order from Caliber. At that point they called Caliber and were given a purchase order. Today is two days since I picked up the car. The molding on the bumper they replaced is pulling away from the car. I now need to go back and get that repaired. This morning I went to a different Caliber location and they had to take off the rear bumper and add screws and brackets. I now have doubts about whether this repair was done correctly regarding the parts that I cannot see. I was given no guidance about when I can get the car washed when I picked up the car. When I called the Colonie NY store they said no car washes with bristles for 90 days. Looking online for a corporate customer service contact I could find ZERO. I called their corporate office. I have been on hold at this point for 32 minutes. I have used Caliber before and recommended the Colonie NY store before. They were wonderful to work with. My nephew used that shop based solely on my recommendation. My issues were with the SCHENECTADY NY location. read more

if i could give 0 stars i would, this place is HORRIBLE. they had my boyfriends durango rt for almost a month, the car was late and they failed to communicate with us on time to tell us it was late when he called out of work that day to pick up the car, they also had to send the car somewhere else because this place works on cars but apparently aren't "mechanics" and told us last minute that they were doing this. we got the car back finally i told the lady we were upset too and she really had to take a deep breath when i said that. like yeah we're upset. just a bunch of petty lady's who twittle their thumbs and ignore phone calls at the desk. i hope none of you bring your cars here. now we have the car back and there's chips to the paint and gaps, they half assed a $70k car. read more

Searching for a new mechanic I liked the way the website looked with a free estimate tab however before I could fill that in a chat box opened and I was able to chat with Elizabeth ! I asked for the free estimate and was told I needed to bring the vehicle in for inspection. I explained I know what services need to be completed and would just like an estimate I was told to call.. so they could just tell me the same thing I asked ? Great service from start to finish. I was involved in an accident and needed a lot of front end work done to repair my vehicle. I dealt with Andrew who called me every few days to give me an update on my vehicles current status. Once my vehicle was complete I came in and was given a walk through of the new parts on my car and they even washed and detailed my vehicle. Highly Recommend!!! read more

Went in to have an estimate done. So much attitude from the blonde receptionist, she couldn't even crack a smile. Everyone was confused on what was supposed to happen, but I made an appointment to get an estimate done and gave them all my info prior. Poor customer service. read more

A+ Customer Service! I called the shop not realizing they took over what use to be H&V Collision, because I was questioning if a noise my car was making was related to a repair job by H&V after a collision back November. The staff located my file from the old records and told me to bring my car in. A guy took time away from his day to check out my car; he was able to identify that the noise was unrelated to the collision repair but did explain to me what was making the noise. He stuck around with me to answer questions I had-- even though he didn't need to-- to help me understand my options for getting the problem repaired.
