I called B & E to schedule an appointment and they got me in the next morning. Dave was such a nice guy and very pleasant! I told him I was ready to pay for repairs or replacement. He put the van on the lift to take a look. I waited and after about 15 minutes he called me out to look at it. He had repaired the loose belly pan quickly! He said it didn't need replacing and as he handed me the keys, I told him I'd be in to pay for the repair and he said 'we don't charge for things like that'. What?!? I was just amazed at the service! All it needed were some nuts to secure where it had come loose which I would've been glad to pay for but I wasn't charged a dime! I've dealt with many repair shops and been taken advantage of many times. It was so refreshing to deal with such an honest man! And also a man who shares his love of God (for those willing to listen)! Thank you so much! You have earned yourself a loyal customer if I ever need other repairs. I will be sure to tell friends and family about B & E!!

I was able to leave it that same day, which was a plus. I was very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism and did not feel the need to get another estimate. After a minor fender-bender, my tail light and rear area was messed up pretty bad and my trunk would not close. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and couldn't tell that anything had happened to it at all! Joe who brought the car out to me was also very nice. They overchanged by about 400 dollars. And to top it off the truck stalled almost immediately on the way home. When I confronted Robert, the guy In charge, he gave me all sorts of attitude and insulted me and condescended to me. He acted like it took forever to replace a MAP sensor which is a 15 minute job, maybe 30 with testing. I suggest finding a more reasonable shop or if you're gonna pay premium you should get the service that comes with that.

Daniel did AN AMAZING job on my car and was BEYOND helpful. I could tell that he was truly interested in making sure I was taken care of. Long story short, there was a lot of damage to my front end from an accident in January of this year and my insurance wouldn't cover it, so i had to pay out of pocket. I found this shop close to me and the reviews were good! Now I know why. Not only was the work done on my car great but Daniel is such nice and honest man. The time to fix my car was short but the service I got was awesome! I got calls updating me on the progress and process and when I picked up my car the whole thing was vacuumed like I had just bought it. There were a couple things that needed to be touched up, normal stuff and not a reflection of his work. I'm also having additional work on a totally non related part of my car fixed with him next week. Definitely recommend and will definitely have any work I need done in the future done by him.
