This was the worst auto repair experience I've ever had, and it ended up costing me nearly $500 out-of-pocket because of their repeated delays and dishonesty. During my first visit, they told me the car would be ready on a specific date--then delayed it three separate times. Each time, Andrew told me over the phone that they were "just finishing up," only for the car to not be ready at all. He said it repeatedly, and when I finally called him out for giving the same line every time, he flat-out lied and claimed he never said it. That delay pushed my rental past what insurance would cover, and I ended up having to pay nearly $500 myself--money I never would've spent if they'd stuck to their original timeline. They left glass from the broken windshield all over the dash and in the vents. When I drove the car home glass was falling on me while driving. Then I had to bring the car back because the job wasn't even done right. They told my mom when she was dropping it off that the missing splash guard underneath the car was my fault, claiming I must've hit something (which I didn't). The truth is, they simply didn't reinstall it during the original repair and then lied to cover it up. For the second visit, they told me the car would be done the next day, it wasn't. Then said it would be ready by 2PM the day after. No one called me with an update, so I went there at 4PM when I got out of work. When I calmly asked why it wasn't ready, the woman at the desk started screaming at me to sit down "NOW!"--completely unprofessional and aggressive behavior. They handed me my key and said my car was outside--but it wasn't. Another customer actually helped me find it. I was speaking with her when Andrew the mechanic walked over to me I told him to get away from me and that he's a liar. Andrew then started screaming at me to leave, and another man came outside yelling that I wasn't welcome on the lot. When I said I was leaving and I didn't want to be on their lot, they threatened to call the police. Over their mistake. I was calm and patient for weeks, but the moment I stood up for myself, they became abusive. This shop wasted my time, cost me money, and treated me like I didn't deserve basic respect. They are obviously the type of mechanics to walk all over you and lie and break things that weren't broken to begin with so you have to go back. If Progressive continues to recommend this location, that says a lot about their standards too. I just had my Honda fixed here. Everything was fast and easy! I filed my claim 10/2, was in the shop 10/4 and today 10/13 they were done. When I dropped off my car it was first thing in the morning, before coffee, still upheld great customer service, even with my short half asleep answers. Everyone was patient, kind, and helpful!! I got my rental car there at the same time I dropped off my car and was able to return my rental there at the same time I picked up my car. It made things much easier. I would suggest them to anyone who needed services they offered. Hopefully I never need their services again, but if I do, I'd be happy to return, not just for their excellent customer service, but my car looks great!! read more

I actually don't know the entire cost of the repair, as I had a co-pay & insurance covered the rest. But it was $$$ well spent. A piece of molding wasn't put back exactly right & I was worried they'd just tell me I shouldn't have driven it off the lot without noticing. But they didn't give me any problems at all. The REALITY is that when you do email them per request and give them all the information, which I did immediately, and followed up to ask for status, you get NO reply back and NO action. read more

I did not have work done on my truck because it was totaled out, but I can say that Melissa who works there went above and beyond for us to get the price we deserved from the insurance company. If you have questions she is very personable and answers them. She will tell you things that most people wouldn't, honest company. If in need I would go there without hesitation. As last time about a month and some change ago, I've had another collison and the front bumper was wrecked. Andrew once again gave adequate updates, courtesy and attention to my Toyota tundra and made it brand new. No one evers seek to destroy their car/truck at any given time unless just reckless, however, service was great and the front desk associate Tanya is always a delight. Company is unprofessional. Had my car sent there by the dealership to repair and paint my bumper while also quoting me to paint the hood and repair a small paint chip. Well they dropped the car back off to the dealership without ever quoting a price for the repairs that I wanted to be taken care of all at the same time but now I'm without my car for even longer. No resolution besides all the manager PJ could say was that it was miscommunication then gave a quote for over $5000...business is a complete joke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! read more

Bad experience for a small body repair estimated at $1,300 and should have been complete inside of a week's time. As scheduling problems arose, management was aloof in dealing with them and did not return calls. After appearing on-site to see the manager, my presence in the waiting room was ignored for quite some time even though I had been announced. Leading up to my on-sight visit, however, I was told that repairs were underway. Upon arriving, this was not true. While great lengths were gone through to coordinate schedules and assure a quick-start on the repair beginning on a Monday morning - so as have the car placed back in service prior to the weekend - as of Wednesday afternoon, 3 days after dropping the car off, the car sat unmoved and untouched in any way. This, combined with misrepresentations about the status of the work, and lax approach toward customer service, caused me to cancel the job. I now lack confidence in Caliber's ability to deliver a quality repair and on-time. I Will not do business with them again nor refer them to others. read more

My 2012 RAV4 Toyota was crunched in the back (by me) and they replaced the piece in one day turnaround for a fair price. I noticed some door "dings" - little breaks in the paint as I was examining it and the service rep came out and touched them up for me free of charge. The car was cleaned inside and out and looks great. Great service - capable front desk staff and good work. read more

On Saturday I had a 2 car accident that wasn't serious but I wanted it repaired right away so on Monday I called and was able to go over that day and by Wednesday my car was fixed and looked like new. Kudos to Caliber for a job well done. read more

This is an update to an earlier review. The repairs were completed, hopefully correctly. Repairs took longer than I would have anticipated but that's just a layman's opinion. What I am sure of is that their customer communications could be improved. Be prepared to make the call to get an update for they may or may not call you. read more

This company has to be one of the most unprofessional I've ever experienced. Sadly, I was told by my insurance company to take my car to Caliber Collision after I was involved in a hit and run accident. We were told by a service rep at Caliber that the repair to our car would take a week to 10 days. FALSE! After a week of no communication from Caliber we called and was told that it would be another week. Each time we called for an update, the office person would take a message but we would never get a call back. The day we were told that we could pick the car up, we discovered that a sub standard, used grill had been installed (the chrome was peeling off in many areas) and the hood had been installed crooked. Management told us to take the car, and that they would make good on the mistakes at a later date. When we went to start the car, the battery was totally dead. Needless to say, we didn't take the car that day as we couldn't drive it off the lot. Caliber ended up paying for our rental car after the 30 day mark. Thirty seven days after we first pulled in the lot, we were finally able to take the car home. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this company! read more
