    I took my car here back in august when my car was sideswiped by another driver. I actually had a good experience, they had my car for almost a week, I got a rental through enterprise who came to the shop and got to pick my car back up a week later, pay my deductible and go home. The work looked nice and accurate, comes with a warranty. Fast forward to November. My car was in an accident, someone backed up into me. Since I thought how great the first experience I had at caliber went I decided to use them again. Dropped off my car on November 13th, signed paperwork, waited for my rental. The girls there were lovely to talk too. Karen was a pleasure and very helpful and the other woman was very kind as well. I got my rental and I was on my way, Karen told me I would receive updates via calls and texts about my vehicle. I was told On the 19th that my car was done, that I could come pick it up. I took off work, went to pick it up. Went over the vehicle and found out the molding of the car looked scratchy with white specks of some residue, they tried wiping it off. It didn't come off, they said they must of "overlooked" the issue. That's fine, they kept the car again, I took the rental back, said it should be done by Friday they have to get the new molding. Friday comes and the guy from the shop calls me saying that it was a manufacturing issue and they're going to replace it again. I had patience, that's fine. I call Monday and they said the car was ready for pickup. I picked up the car, Karen was the only one who was nice to me. The guy looked like as if I was an inconvenience and still my car is messed up. The molding is coming out, they didn't even do the job right again. It was paid by the other insurance company but they still should of did the job right. All that time wasted, I didn't even bother calling back or bringing it back because they're probably just going to say that they "Overlooked" it again. They shouldn't say the car is ready if it's not, how can you overlook an issue that is obvious to the eye unless you were legally blind. Will never go back again.

    This is what took you guys almost a week and a half to do? Horrible.

(Note: My collision was not that significant, yours may take more time.) He was responsive to my emails and worked to get proper payment from insurance without me involved. He just got it done. When I picked the car up he went over the work done carefully while in front of the car. Very friendly. Repair 5/5: PERFECT I tell ya'! The paint matched flawlessly; the lines on the pieces that were replaced were dead-on straight. The brand emblem was replaced, headlight -- perfect. He even took care of a minor ding I had which was not covered. Car handles great. Cleanliness: 5/5 - The car looked showroom new when he gave it back to me. He got it cleaned inside and out. I was not expecting it to look as good as it did. Prices: 4/5 - Seemed reasonable to me. Fortunately I didn't have to pay anything because of my situation. (Wasn't my fault.) Greg worked with the appraiser and got the prices figured out with almost no involvement from me. Parking: 2/5 - Parking here is VERY tight. The good news is that while my car was being repaired it was kept inside the garage. Speed: 4/5 - My front bumper, side panel and headlight repair took a little over a week. Considering the quality of repair the speed is no issue here. Reputable: 5/5 - The repair comes with a limited lifetime warranty in writing. I didn't even have to ask for it. Overall: 5/5 - Yelp has done it again. The good reviews here are not to be mocked. No need to go all over the place. Give 'em your keys. NOTE: IN THE BELOW PICTURES THE PAINT DOES MATCH THE ORIGINAL PERFECTLY - IT'S JUST THE CAMERA LIGHTING.

His reviews on Yelp and Google COMPLETELY match his work! Dino came BEFORE time and was done with everything in less than 2 hours! He even went above and beyond and buffed out some of the other scratches I had on my car from years prior! (Sorry I don't have any before pictures ) The best part is that he is MOBILE and was honestly such a nice person. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than this! Without authorization, she acted as an "agent" and talked to my insurance company, saying I wanted to have repair work done there, despite the shop being out-of-network. She repeatedly lied when they were starting work on my car. If I had known it would take them 9 business days from checking parts to START working on my car, I would have insisted on taking my car to an in-network shop. Instead, I was left without a car for 5 weeks. Eventually, she let it slip that the owner of the car dealership owned the auto body repair shop. This place is crooked and I would not trust their estimates, either in terms of money or how long the repairs will take. Also, my car now has a vile smell, despite me saying several times I did not want it to be polished. Every time I step into my car I now get a bad headache. It's the icing on top of the cake.

    DMV Complaint Summary Regarding Simplicity 7 Auto Shop I am…read morefiling this complaint regarding my experience with Simplicity 7 Auto Shop and the handling of my vehicle, payment, receipt request, vehicle damage, and safety concerns. Today, I went to the shop to request a receipt for a cash payment I made for repairs to my vehicle. I requested the receipt at approximately 9:30 AM. After making this request, I was made to wait until approximately 1:40 PM before I was finally provided with any type of receipt. This means I waited over four hours just to receive documentation for a cash payment that should have been provided at the time of payment. The shop manager, Andy from Simplicity 7, refused to provide me with a proper receipt on company letterhead. I requested documentation showing the business name, payment amount, services performed, and proof that I paid in cash. Instead of providing this in a timely and professional manner, I was delayed for several hours. During this situation, Andy also stated that there was a remaining balance of $1,900 owed. I believe this statement was false and misleading. This alleged balance was not clearly explained to me before I requested the receipt, and it appeared to be brought up only after I asked for proof of my cash payment. I dispute this amount and believe it should be investigated. I also noticed that my driver's side front and rear tires had been replaced while my vehicle was in the shop's possession. When I pointed this out to the repair person, I was then told that there had been some form of vandalism involving my vehicle. The repair person was unable to provide me with the exact date that the vandalism occurred. The repair person stated that he replaced the driver's side front and rear tires free of charge. However, I was not notified when the alleged vandalism occurred. I was not provided with any written documentation, incident report, photos, police report information, or explanation at the time the damage happened. I only learned about the alleged vandalism after I questioned why my tires had been changed. I am also concerned because the replacement tires do not appear to be the same quality as the tires that were originally on my vehicle. I did not authorize the shop to replace my tires with lower quality tires, and I was not given an opportunity to inspect, approve, or discuss the replacement before it was done. I was also made aware that several vehicles were vandalized. This raises concern not only for my vehicle, but also for other customers whose vehicles may have been affected. If multiple vehicles were vandalized, I am concerned that the shop may have failed to properly notify customers, document the incidents, contact the police, preserve evidence, or take reasonable steps to protect vehicles left in their care. In addition to the issues with the receipt, disputed balance, and tire replacement, I reported a new sound coming from my vehicle that was not present when I dropped the vehicle off. The sound appears to be coming from the driver's side/front wheel area and is noticeable while driving, especially when braking. Instead of showing genuine concern or properly checking the vehicle, the repair person dismissed the issue and stated that I should drive it and that the sound may go away. I do not believe this was a safe or professional response. Since the sound was not present before the repairs, and the vehicle had allegedly been vandalized while in the shop's possession, I believe the shop should have taken my concern seriously and inspected the vehicle immediately. Their lack of concern raises safety concerns and makes me question whether the vehicle was returned to me in a safe condition. There were several false or misleading statements made throughout this situation, including the claim that I owed an additional $1,900, the lack of clear information about when the vandalism occurred, and the failure to properly explain why my driver's side front and rear tires were replaced without notifying me first. At this point, I do not feel confident that Simplicity 7 was honest with me, properly documented the damage, communicated important information, protected my vehicle while it was in their possession, or returned my vehicle in a safe condition. I am requesting that the DMV investigate Simplicity 7's business practices, including their handling of cash payments, refusal or delay in providing a proper receipt, the disputed $1,900 balance, the replacement of my driver's side front and rear tires, the alleged vandalism involving my vehicle and other customers' vehicles, and the shop's failure to properly inspect or address the new sound coming from my vehicle after repairs.
