These guys are the best!!! My son's brand new car got rear ended. Brought it to South Bay on a recommendation and was not disappointed. Handled the entire process without a hiccup. Kept us advised of the progress until the day it was ready to be picked up. My son couldn't be happier (Happy son, Happy dad). Very friendly and professional staff. My car was ready in less time than anticipated and it looked like it rolled off the showroom floor! They are extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. Everything was fully explained to me and I was never left in the dark about anything. They helped me obtain a car rental for the duration of the time my car was being prepared. I advised them that I was looking into getting a specific vehicle to lease in the next few weeks and they were able to get me that particular vehicle in a rental so I was able to test it out for a week. Just brought my leased vehicle there for some minor body and paint work before returning to the dealer at the end of my lease. They did an amazing job, matched the metallic Pearl White paint perfectly(most difficult to match)! If you're ever in an accident and your car is drivable go right to South Bay Collision. The nicest people there will set your accident file up and call your insurance company right away. Once Eleanor sets the files up a rental car will be made available to you. They come and pick you up. Your car will stay there and the accessor will get to set up your repair. They are all so friendly. Owner Chris is amazing. Vinny will also move things along. My car was done in three weeks start to finish and looks beautiful. We picked up my son's CRV today. His car was hit in a parking lot. We brought the car there on Saturday. Chris and Don went over the damage with me and the Girls in the office (sorry forgot their names) helped me submit the claim with State Farm. They made the processes really fast and simple.
