Ron and the folks at Graziano always work some magic when fixing up vehicles. I'm familiar with them as they fixed major damage to a Mustang I had previously when I lived in NY. While visiting my parents this week, a small tree fell on my Mazda from high wind gusts. They were able to squeeze me in and did their magic. I just had to write a few words about what a great experience I had with Graziano's. My poor little Mini was rear ended and even though the damage looked minimal at first, Don confirmed what I had been telling everyone. He took great pictures, showed me all the damage underneath that was not visible at first behind the bumper. They handled all the insurance paperwork, got me a rental, texted me every step of the way on the process and when I picked up my car it was cleaned inside & out! Car looks great! What service. Excellent service, wonderful people, and fair pricing. I had a dent in my car that needed to be repaired before a lease turn in. I took it to several other auto body shops, all of which made a big deal out of how the entire panel would have to be taken apart, repainted, put back together. A big deal with a very big price tag. I stopped by Graziano and Ron took a look and told me he would do his best to pull it out without any major work. He could have tried to oversell it and turn it into a big job, but he gave me an honest opinion and a very fair price to get the dent corrected. These guys value their customers and would rather do the right job than make an extra dollar. I'll definitely be back next time I have the need. read more

Extremely disappointed in their ethics and dismal quality of repairs. They either literally cut the trunk rubber trim or replaced it with an old cracked cut up one. When questioned they said the part just came in today. Bull! Why would you give me back car if repairs were not finished? The car came back with more damages that were not even originally there. My trunk was hit and car came back with deep gouges on hood and door. They put the wrong bumper on my car. I have one exhaust pipe and the bumper they replaced it with has two cut outs and the bumper sticks out on the sides. Very poor workmanship and they even insinuated that I had the gouges prior. Luckily I had taken pics of entire car to prove those damages did not exist prior to turning car to them. Truly shameful. read more

Great work by Graziano Collision. I split my time between New York and California. I experienced a car accident on my last trip back to New York and took my car to Graziano for repair. I worked with John and he was extremely helpful. I was able to get a rental car to use while my car was in the shop. John helped to arrange for Geico to do an inspection and took the bumper off and went through all the damage that was not able to be seen if I had gone through the usual Geico Express repair review. Needless to say, rental car delivery, ability to get the car repaired and not be inconvenienced, all the while, being in constant touch with John on the status of repair. He was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job on the repair. No tell tale signs of an accident and I am very happy with the service of the repair shop. Ron clearly explained the process of dealing with the insurance company and renting a car and shepherded me through those things without a hitch. He remained in close contact with me so that I always knew what was happening. My car was repaired quickly and beautifully. Just make sure that you go with someone to pick up your car and all of you inspect it totally (if possible take pictures of everything that it was replace) because they do not guaranty any damage parts afterwards (even if is a week later). They will blame it on you, first once you take the car out of the shop "they are not responsible for anything" and second they will try to convince you that the damage is not due to a defective part or anything that they did wrong but that you did something to create it. JUST BE AWARE we trusted them. I will not recommend this place to ANYBODY read more

A complete disaster. Long story short, I had no choice but to bring my car here because the people that hit me were gonna pay out of pocket. They tell me it'll take one day to repaint/repair my fender. Instead it takes 3 days. Something good is they brought my car straight to my house cuz i couldnt get it during their hours. Anway when I finally see it, my fender is a completely different color than the rest of my car!! im no car expert and im not picky but it looks HIDEOUS thanks to them. AVOID THIS PLACE read more

After a long mostly insurance based relationship, I asked Ron and John to give me an estimate without insurance and they gave me THEIR BEST CHEAP estimate that was more than three times the estimate from a reputable body shop I had never walked into before.
