If you come to Knott's often then you know this is where they have the ice skating rink and put on…read morean amazing Christmas show. They have about 4 or 5 performances throughout the day but my advice is to get there early if you want a good seat. If the show has a start time of 1PM we would typically start waiting in line at around 12PM. Even then you probably won't be the first people in line but you will still get a good seat. Once the line starts getting long they start making people go up the ramp and start making line up there. Be aware if you start going up your whole party must be with you as they will not let anyone go up that is left downstairs. Be aware that in this are you must fill in all the empty space. People do try to cut to get to the front so just be aware of that. Once they open the doors you enter from all the way up top unless you are handicapped then you are let in downstairs. You can choose to sit up top which is still a nice view but if you want to be up close you will need to make your way down all the stairs to make it to the front. As far as the show for the 2024 season they did change it up and make a just a little bit more modern which I loved. The performers all did an amazing job and of course we all love seeing the peanuts characters perform on ice. It was a great show and I hope they keep it the same next year or if they do change it I hope it is for the better. I do miss the summer show that they used to put on in this theatre. I'm not sure why they got rid of it but I hope they bring it back one day. If you come here during the holidays this is a must see show for all ages.

Tourists gain entry…read moreto Knott's Berry Farm and experience major adrenaline rushes when riding Knott's roller coasters. However during the months of November through the first week in January, there's and added treat: Snoopy on Ice. You do not have to pay an extra fee to watch this performance as it is included in the price of admission. Located in the southwest corner of Knotts' property is The Charles M. Schulz Theater. Showtimes vary depending upon the day of the week so be sure to pick up a schedule as you enter the park. It is not uncommon to see a long line stretching around the corner or to arrive 20 minutes prior to showtime only to discover that the arena is full. I highly recommend that you arrive 40 minutes to one hour before showtime to secure a seat. Once seated inside, the fun begins. The skating rink seems rather small but a lot is accomplished within this space. Charlie Brown and Linus will open the show, reviewing the rules for watching the performance: ex. no flash photography or video recording. Throughout the performance, you'll notice some religious undertones as recalled by Linus. A bit of a historical/patriotic tribute also takes center stage as figure skaters reenact scenes of soldiers returning from war in the 1940s. The music played in the background compliments each scene. It's absolutely beautiful! Snoopy is the star of the show and he is able to execute each move with ease. He never ignores the audience, often coming to three points on the stage (left, center, and right side) so that audience members can take photos during the performance. Snow (soap foam) falls from the ceiling to imitate snowfall during the winter season. Professional ice skaters perform moves effortlessly just like some of the best Olympians. The combination of talented professionals and Snoopy results in an unforgettable show that appeals to people of all ages from various walks of life. The most awe-inspiring/emotional part of the show is when Snoopy awaits the arrival of doves that fly toward him and land on the stage. Some might be startled as the doves fly over their heads, but it's truly a magical moment. Snoopy on Ice is a show that should not be missed if you are at Knott's Berry Farm during the winter months. Who doesn't enjoy watching trained professionals perform in an intimate setting with the help of "America's Favorite Beagle"? Merry Christmas Snoopy is a beautiful, uplifting performance that the entire family will enjoy.

First time at the Pirates Dinner Adventure. Saw coupon deals on this through Groupon, so why not?…read moreI've been to Medieval Times as a kid, but never been to the Pirate show until now as an adult. You'll have to call in to let them know that you have a Groupon deal. Went for the last showing of the night so we could enjoy more of the evening and not feel like we would be hurried out for the next group. Upon arrival, the parking lot was full, both the one on top and bottom. Tried the street, but it was permit parking only. Noticed some Porto's customers were parking in this lot as well. I thought it was a paid to park lot. There are some parking spots, but everyone double parks over the line, so each parking space was a tight squeeze, we had no choice, but to squeeze in. When you check in at the window they will print your receipt for your booking and charge you $8 parking on their lot. Honestly there's no one checking the lot, but it's out first time, so we do. Paid extra and bought an upgraded ticket, so we're guaranteed a good seat and it came with a headband, beaded necklace and discount on their photo package. Once you enter you get your photos taken and then you are ushered to the giftshop or bar area. By the way the giftshop area is where you will enter the stage/dining area. Who knew?!?! Luckily there are people who will take you to your seat so you're not lost. You are seated by team colors. The server there, Darla, was really nice. She got our drinks, and meals in the timely basis. The only thing that took a while when you're at your seat was the appetizer and bar drinks. The appetizer was another server; the onion rings was not great, pretty soggy. The bar drink person took the longest. Was half way into the main entree when that server came to get the order. I would have liked towards the beginning after being seated to enjoy. Plus it was very stuffy and hot. Mind you the alcoholic drinks were expensive at $21 each, but you get to keep your souvenir glass. You're not here for the food, but rather the show. Food is not bad, it's like a quarter of a rotisserie chicken with boiled veggies, mashed potatoes, salad, and a slice of cake at the end. It's very kid friendly and entertaining with acrobats, singing, and sword fighting. Depending on your team color you cheer on for your pirate color. Go team orange! It's almost a 2 hour experience with dining and show. Overall if you just go once in your life, it's enough. It's a novelty.

That said, the overall setup leaves a bit to be desired. The food was really "eh" and clearly aimed at kids' tastes, and the seats are packed way too close together (you'll definitely be rubbing shoulders with strangers). Come for the entertainment, but don't expect a comfortable gourmet meal!

Medieval Times definitely is doing things well. I went with my family and we all had a great time. The food was good and filled me up and to-go boxes were provided if needed. Drinks were priced reasonably and merchandise is readily available to purchase. The facility looks and feels in good repair and for how long this business has been opened, it looks good. Bathrooms were kept clean and are in working order. The arena is well equipped with sound and lights and I didn't feel like there is a bad seat. The performing artists were entertaining and gave us a good show! My advice would be to have fun with it, go with a group if possible and to dress up! Many people had the attire of the medieval time period on and they looked great! I would recommend Medieval Times to those looking for fun dinner entertainment. We all had a great time!

We came here with the family and this was our first time experiencing Medieval Times dinner and tournament. We were so excited and didn't know what to expect. Get here early for ample time to park and check in! It was so cool to see some folks all dressed up for the medieval times occasion! You're seating to the respective night color section and that's the knight you'll root for. There is an assigned server for each section to deliver your feast: tomato bisque, toasted garlic bread, roasted chicken (by golly it was big!!), sweet buttered corn, herb-based potato, and super mini chocolate eclair, and a beverage of our choice. Overall the food was decent. I loved the toasted garlic bread, sweet corn and chicken. The chicken was well seasoned and not too dry. (I guess it could be a hit or miss based on some of the reviews.) The overall atmosphere is exciting, eclectic, and full of energy vibes. You're transformed back to the medieval times once the show begins! You have the perfect excuse to shout and cheer as loud as you want, you can hit the table as loud as you want, and you get to eat with your hands (no utensils!). So so fun! Overall a wonderful experience for us...and to be honest, this is a great place for gathering, celebrations, and special occasions for any ages!
