Then walk south to a large parking structure. The sports book is about at the E in the ' Easy Park ' parking sign. The sports book is about 25 yards north of the new Easy Park parking structure , but on a small street that you need to walk down to from the Main Street.

In my opinion when you see a new face , do your job and ask how you can help!!!! Once I went to the table I was asked to get my own chips from a MUTE chip runner that doesn't smile or talk. Nods at me until I give him money. And then I tip him and I don't even get a verbal thank you. My bad for trying....lol.. I get busted at the table and tell the dealer to lock my seat and as I come back with chips, my seat is sold... what a great experience. I guess when you are the only card room within 45 minutes of Oceans 11 you can treat customers however you want. There was one good thing about this place I liked. The Asian dealers are friendly and nice and the players are nice with LOTS of action. That I won't complain about. The curtains were hard to open and close because chairs and tables were in front of it and all the lights had to be switched on and off which was a little annoying for me. The elevators were slow but there was always housekeeping in the hallway if I needed any extra coffee or water and they were all really nice. You also couldnt log into your netflix or other streaming services which was a bummer. They did even have a cucumber lemon water in the lobby which was really refreshing as well. The pool was nice and had a DJ on the weekend but there was no service and no food as well. Just a walk up bar that was closed on Monday when I went, On sunday I did come down in my regular clothes to sit in a "cabana" for a moment when I was rudley asked to move as it was for reservations. I did see a reservation sign on the same bed the day before and it wasnt on there on Sunday so I thought it was ok to sit but the guy working there who didnt seem to like his job let me know he cant have me sitting there. I think next time they should just leave the reserved signs on there so there is no confusion and or just let someone sit if the pool is not even busy anyway. I did need the light to work so the lighting part cut my work time and they had robes and no slippers. Hopefully next time I stay it will be more available. I then unfortunately had an episode due to the drama of it all to which my dog tasked and my husband stepped up and took over. They then realized they had messed up, changed their mind and said "we will allow it just this time" Absolutely ridiculous. My dog has gone through extensive training, been certified through two trainers, has passed his CGC and public access and the audacity for a security guard to say he wasn't acting like a service dog because he wasn't looking up at me every single second is ridiculous. They are not robots, he can get stepped on if not careful, he checks in every 10-15 seconds and alerts just fine. They would not show us footage of him "not acting like a service dog" which makes me think they were just lying to try and not allow us entry. I'm only writing this review so others don't feel absolutely awful since the valley view security treats people as the service dog police. I understand people abuse and lie about service animals, but it was quite obvious my dog is trained. To be questioned like a that was awful and just sad. Just be for warned you're going to be questioned like a criminal and may or may not be allowed entry with a service animal.

Ordered the Original Burger with skinny fries from room service--delicious, but it came wrapped in plastic (I get it, but still). Shoutout to the staff for keeping up with the holiday rush; make sure to tip if they're vibing with you! Definitely coming back!
