Some of the girly pops and I came in to chill on a Sunday afternoon and it was really nice. The pools were pretty shallow, like up to your ribs. So it's nice to just chill there, but it's not a real swimming pool. There's a cool little bar that you can sit at while still being in the water. And the lazy river was fun, too!

BLT from the cafe in the nonsmoking section. Get extra aioli.

BAD BINGO REVIEW If you think bingo is quiet, slow, and borderline funeral energy... you haven't been to Sycuan Casino Resort for BAD Bingo (Bingo After Dark). This is not dauber bingo. This is adrenaline bingo. We're talking quick 1.5-hour sessions-no dragging, no zoning out. Buy-in ranges from $20-$60, with Level I jackpots at $250 and Level II at $500. And here's the kicker: no daubers needed. You're on a desktop screen or portable bingo machine, so the system tracks everything. That means less stressing, more vibing. And the vibe? Unmatched. Music is playing, but it doesn't overpower-it elevates. The room is full of laughter, people celebrating birthdays, couples on dates, solo players locked in, elders having the time of their lives. It's loud in the best way. Social. Electric. You can actually enjoy yourself instead of sitting there in silence like you're at a wake. Between games? That's where it gets wild. Creative mini-contests that feel like game-show energy-extra chances to win money, and honestly, just as fun as the bingo itself. Need-to-know details: It gets cold-bring a layer It's a smoking casino, so expect some residual smoke (though no active smoking during BAD Bingo) *Free self-serve soda (Coke products) *Snack bar upstairs, but the non-smoking café has better options-and you can bring that food in *You can bring your own snacks... just not your own alcohol On big theme nights, there's a free 360 photo booth (tip your attendant) Also-don't get it twisted. Even though the computer does the heavy lifting, there are still interactive features that keep you engaged. You're not just sitting there-you're in it. Bottom line: This is bingo reimagined. Fast, fun, social, and actually worth the money. If traditional bingo is a whisper... BAD Bingo is a whole damn party.

Pretty large casino in San Diego with very spacious gaming. There are a lot of tables and slots. I always come on my birthday as there is a birthday candle game if you have a players card. They also offer bingo which I still need to play. Tip on the second floor near Bingo there is a self access drink station.

Decided to do a day pass on a Saturday 5/2 for their resort to celebrate a friends birthday. The pool was great and wish the lazy river was a little more spacious and bigger. It wasn't too packed which was nice and we were able to enjoy the pool. The pina coladas were delicious and perfect for the warm day. The service wasn't the best when not ordering directly from the bar. To get a menu was taking forever so we decided to just order directly from the bar. I paid $50 for the day pass and thought it was worth it.

Beautiful views from room in 9th floor.

Sycuan Casino is truly a gem. Its my second time coming. I needed the much needed relaxation and mini vacay. Such a beautiful place. Everyone is so friendly and the best part the food, gelato and lazy river. Wow...loved it. Almost slept thru the whole ride on the lazy river. I truly recommend. For me the con is 2.5 hrs away but worth the drive. I will continue to come during my breaks regardless of the distance. Another con is the smoking atmosphere which sometimes get too overwhelming. If Sycuan would be a non smoking casino resort it would be much more amazing.

The Padres Suite is sweet! In February we booked a room at Sycuan for two nights in late August for our 10-year wedding anniversary. A window popped up asking if we wanted to check out upgrades. Sure, whatcha' got? The Padres Suite was available! That's what. Hell yeah! We're in! Perhaps not a big deal to some but to diehard fans and Padres season ticket holders such as Becky and me, it was a huge deal. We've been trying for years, and it has always been booked solid for months. The suite was well appointed with mini fridge, in-room coffee, two large TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the sitting room). The king bed was super comfy. Huge bathroom with a walk-in shower that featured a regular shower head and a center ceiling rainfall shower head. Spectacular shower! The large L-shaped balcony overlooked the resort pools and lazy river below. Everything in the room was Padres and baseball themed. An armchair in the sitting room was great. A Rawlings labeled chair with tan baseball glove leather on the seating surface and white baseball leather on the sides with red baseball stitching. Paintings of Padres players of the past adorned the walls. A signed Manny Machado jersey hung in the kitchenette above the sink. The giant picture of Petco Park above the bed (with automatic curtains) was epic! Upon arrival we checked in with Gregory. He was super nice and polite. The room wasn't ready yet, but he got us all checked in and gave us our wristbands for entry to the pool area. He said we'd get a call when the room was ready. Not a half hour later we received that call. I returned to the front desk where I met Tara. She hooked me up with our key cards and up to 2102 we went. From check in to check out everything about our stay was stellar. The staff, the room, everything, well, except for gambling losses. LOL!

The pool is a 5 star experience.... With the exception of the food, that unfortunately brings it down a star. Booked a 1 day pool pass for $25 on a Tuesday and LOVED it. We thought that by getting there at 11 AM that we would get really great seat selection but apparently the secret is out. We were still happy with our seats, they were poolside. We just didn't get an umbrella. They do provide towels, so another bonus for them! There are two pool areas and then a lazy river. The pool area is very modern and clean. I love that they have poolside service for food and drinks but the food was terrible. We ordered the Caesar salad and chicken fingers. I didn't take any pictures of the food but trust me it was not great. If you want to book a private bed for two people, it is $125 and according to our waitress if you spend that much on food and drinks, they take it off the cost of the bed. That that's a really good deal! I just don't drink enough these days to make that worth it and I certainly would not be eating $125 of that crappy pool food. The drinks looked amazing though! I wasn't planning on drinking that day, but I did get a soda water with lime and some fresh mint. I've heard that the restaurants inside the hotel and casino are much better. Apparently they have concerts that are a really good time in the pool area too, but the tickets for those are special events. I've seen videos from some of them and they look very well attended!

Good: hotel room price, fitness center is awesome, food - viewpoint breakfast was great, orange chicken from Pink Buddha was bomb, nice room with king bed. Bad: WiFi extremely slow, pool hours suck 9a-5p (no night time pool as advertised in pictures online), stinky casino from cigarettes, beautiful trail behind resort that you CAN NOT hike, no room coffee maker, lazy river was closed, pool bar not open until noon.

I Lost!!! But you can't win em all. Had another Great Sunday with some ups and downs. But I picked up triple points and got to take this nice San Diego Scarf home with me. My machine didn't pay off but some others next to me did well. Things are always on a higher level at Sycuan and always a good time. Finished the night at Rank n File for some burgers. A minor mishap would send our orders all over the place but it was quickly fixed and was delicious. Management is on top of things here. And let me say a big thanks to all The internal staff club services, servers, maintenance, cleaning services, and techs. All Of these Men and Women of these various fields are super friendly and play a critical role in making the Sycuan Experience the Best it Can Be.

It was my first time staying and being in this property...I booked it too late through Expedia and I had VIP perks for this one...It was kind of late and there weren't so many availabilities and specially that rain was started and this hotel was the closest one so i gave a chance and ill be honest i didnt check through Yelp...I just put closest hotel resort next to me and having casino was bueno...Because we didnt even have a plan to stay while we had a one day trip to San Diego...So, i didnt do my research before staying here. The front desk was friendly but was insisting that she cant see any perks in her side and i dont have perks...After lil bit of back and forth, she called her manager and manager says we have it so i was confused! We had $25 per room for food and beverages. Also, we didnt have room upgrades which it was the first time after long time that with my VIP status i didnt get upgraded room! She offered us second floor and i told her the noise is too loud and if she is sure we are not going to be bothered then she offered us upper floors that have mutual door between and she mentioned that guest can be very loud...So, we got upper levels and the walls were thinner than paper! Just imagine how interesting night we had...The pillows were super firm and also the bed mattress! The room itself was ok for one night stay but then the cigarette or etc smells were killing us the whole night!!!!! I had a feeling someone next to me was smoking!!!! This much close to me...im allergic to eat so my night couldnt be pleasant! They had also complimentary valet and charge for resort...i didnt use the pool but they assured that its heated...Overall, my experience was ok! The casino was ok and i'll say slow not crowded at all...the live music was fun but toooooo loud!!!!they gave us a gift (sun shade) which it was cool! We didnt win so take look into surveys about what people think about casino! Its resonated with us! No more complaints!

I visited on a Sunday evening and had no trouble finding parking in the structure. The casino wasn't too crowded, and there were plenty of open slot machines to choose from. They also offer four restaurant options inside, including American, Mexican, and Asian cuisine. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable visit!

It's beautiful... and that's the most appropriate comment I will type…read more My husband and I met Joseph in August of 2024 to plan our daughter's quinceanera that just took place on May 9th 2026. We went over the contract thoroughly, eventually deciding that we would bring our own vendors (taquero, DJ, photographer, baker, event decorator, and 360 photo booth), as I have known many of these people for years and have an established, trusting relationship with most of them. Joseph said that was perfectly fine, the only service that we had to use from his side was the bartender, which my husband and I understood. During this meeting we also met his assistant Patty and were told that she would also be helping us through this process, but that he was always available, and we would have his complete attention the week of and leading to the day of our daughter's celebration. Part of our contract states that we were able to bring the supplies/decor/spirits to the venue the week of the quince. So, on May 4th, my family and I filled the event room with the decorations et al, that we would be using for the following Saturday, the 9th. Every single day, Monday through Friday that week, my mom and I were at the venue, sorting through boxes, opening packages, putting the cake table pieces together, setting up the candy bar, making sure that when the day of came, everything would be organized and ready for the staff to take out to decorate. Friday afternoon (5/8) we met with Patty to clarify all of this. But first let me elaborate a bit more... My family and I had informed Joseph and Patty that we would be bringing some salads, fruit/vegetable platters, and items for a nacho bar that would need to be set up before we arrived. Joseph explained that he did not have enough staff to help with that (8 people doing various jobs, still unsure of what) and that either myself or a friend/family member would need to come and get this ready because he could not accommodate this. We were so grateful that our BAKER, who is not employed by the venue, was able to help with this since she was also arriving early to bring the desserts for the cake table. More on that in a minute. When we arrived at the venue the day of the quince, it looked beautiful, the tables looked ready, centerpieces, runners, etc. then I started noticing that there was so much more missing, and my guests were already walking into the party space. For starters, I did not see hardly any staff in the party area and Patty was unfortunately running around like a madman. She was feverishly trying to set up the luminaries and LED pillars we had brought for the garden walkway. I also noticed that the fruit/veggie/nacho bar table was not set up. I ended up rushing to the clubhouse where all of this was being stored and took everything out of the refrigerator myself. I encountered a staff member on the way back who said to me, "Oh are you the mom? Oh let me know what you need help with." My mind was absolutely boggled. Did my family and I NOT just spend the entire week here and leave detailed instructions? And then... While carrying said fruit/vegetable trays, I walked by the tables to notice that there were not any "reserved" signs placed. We had asked for two tables to be held for the immediate family. I had mentioned this to one of the staff, I believe Lily (she was very lovely) and said she would get right on it. About 10 minutes later I saw that the signs were there, but what I learned the following week was that one of the tables already had guests sitting at it and they were promptly asked to move to another table. Sigh... And then... Once my husband and I were able to catch our breath, we grabbed a quick drink. Jason was our bartender, very kind and solid drinks. While we were at the bar, Joseph came up to talk to us, telling Jason that someone got sick in the bathroom and that he had to stop serving hard alcohol for an hour. Mind you, the bar has only been open about forty-five minutes, and no one has had any shots or is intoxicated. We all disagreed with this but had to oblige. By this time, we were falling behind schedule and had to do the main entrance. Then I realized that I had not seen my daughter in almost two hours, the sun was starting to set, and we did not take any pictures with her in this beautiful space because we had to do the jobs that we had hired this venue for. In the end: No pictures with our daughter in this space that cost half our budget Staff enjoyed our taquero without checking to make sure all of our guests had eaten Saw photos of Joseph and his staff enjoying our 360 photo booth Learned that 80% of my vendors experienced an unpleasant encounter with Joseph My guests were unsatisfied with parking/golf cart availability Not enough restroom signage Reports from vendors state as of 2pm, tablecloths weren't even on the tables.

This course is nestled a small valley with mountain backdrop surrounding you. It is a great course for those just getting into golf with 9 holes ranging from distances of 80 yards to the longest at around 170 yards. The fairways, greens and tee box were all really well maintained. Highly recommend playing a round on the Pine Glen 9 hole course for those looking to get some playing time but don't want to commit to 18 holes. It is also a very beginner friendly course and a very walkable course if you don't want to rent a golf cart. Singing Hills Golf Club has a wonderful facility with plenty of parking, driving range, putting area, pro shop and restaurant on site.

My group recently had an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience at Singing Hills Golf…read moreCourse, specifically inside the pro shop, due to the behavior of an employee named Trevor. While checking in for our tee time, a member of our family who holds a Black Card with Sycuan Casino Resort was present. Another member of our party simply suggested contacting the casino host to ask about a potential complimentary round of golf, which is a completely reasonable and common suggestion for Black Card members who spend significant money with Sycuan. Trevor immediately responded in an aggressive and hostile manner. He raised his voice and told our group member that they "didn't know what they were talking about." His tone was confrontational, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of calmly explaining policy or offering assistance, he chose to belittle a guest in front of others and continued displaying a negative attitude toward our entire party. There is absolutely no excuse for customer service staff especially in a hospitality and golf environment to speak to paying guests in such a disrespectful and abrasive way. This was not a misunderstanding or simple miscommunication. This was blatant poor behavior and a clear lack of professionalism. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that every other employee we have interacted with at the pro shop has been courteous, helpful, and respectful. Trevor's behavior was a stark contrast and reflects very poorly on the standards that guests expect from a Sycuan-affiliated property. Guests who spend substantial money and support the Sycuan brand deserve to be treated with respect not spoken down to or yelled at. Trevor's attitude was inappropriate, unacceptable, and damaging to the overall customer experience. Frankly, if this is how he treats guests, his position in a customer-facing role should be seriously reevaluated. This experience left our entire group disappointed and frustrated, and it is not the level of service we expect from a property associated with Sycuan . The black card member will communicate this to his host.

Sadly there was no coffee machine so and our phone did not work they told us that you take your key card and you slide it in and at the front door and sadly that didn't turn on the phone so I had to use my cell phone to call front office and I told him the phone wasn't working and there was no coffee machine and he was telling me where it's at where it should be located at but we didn't have it so he went ahead and brought us a coffee machine didn't say anything else he said didn't downgrade us or anything he's like I'll be up to bring you the coffee machine So he came up brought the coffee machine was totally awesome Yes this is it was anybody else that we needed and there was nothing else we weren't leaving anything else and he gave us enough towels the most hotel rooms give you only two large or four large towels but if you have three people in the room you kind of expect to have more and their towels were really big not normally where sometimes I can't even put it around by chest whenever I take a shower so just to give you that idea but great shower lovely place I took some pictures of it and people were enjoying the night going out for a night dip in the pool please was beautiful had a little wanna be Starbucks in there the bar it was so great area Love you location maybe though like you were traveling. So I have to say John and his wonderful and beautiful customer service that he gave us was awesome The next day when it was time for us to leave we called up and John was there and we requested a luggage rack and he came up and brought us a luggage rack we were able to go downstairs and check out so smoothly You did everything with the smile it was wonderful ruined expecting that but we got a wonderful service for the job You deserves to be praised and we're praising him through Yelp. when we come back to El cajon will definitely stay at this hotel room it was big enough I mean big enough for us it felt like a sweet but not really but for us always ordering two beds we always get a double with this time we got cleans and which was nice. Skip ahead 2 years and it's run down, dirty, and staff doesn't care. The last time I booked, I contacted the hotel to cancel the stay, spoke to Sebastian (mentioned several times in reviews for being unhelpful), and attempted to cancel due to a medical issue that prevented me from traveling. He denied the cancelation, saying its policy and he couldn't change it and to call Hilton. I did, Who said that he could cancel this, but he didn't want to do that. He wouldn't reschedule this, cancel this, or work with me even being a diamond member. Other hiltons will cancel reservations when things like this happens, but this won't. Overall, skip this location by all means. It's run down, questionable cleaning practices, but on a plus, you don't have to go far for some food as it shares a parking lot with fast food options.

Thank you for making me feel so special--not because you had to, but because that's simply who you are. Your understanding, humility, and genuine care reminded me that there are still people who choose compassion first. You made me feel seen, valued, and welcomed in a way I'll never forget. I also want to extend my sincere gratitude to your boss. Great leadership is reflected in the people it inspires, and it was evident in every interaction I had. The culture of kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality that you both created made me feel like I was home. That's something money can't buy, and it's something I'll always remember. Please know that your compassion and the way you treat people leave a lasting impact. Thank you for turning what could have been just another visit into something deeply meaningful. I'll always be grateful. With heartfelt appreciation, Isabelle
