We never regretted that decision to do exit out of I-10 and waited on a cold early Monday morning November 27. This food truck really deserves a perfect five star rating, I wish I could give more stars. The young lady who took our order was very polite and warm even though it was really a cold early Monday morning. She seemed shy or timid but I could still feel how warm her customer service was. We were surprised to get a huge serving of breakfast tacos. You can't compare their generous serving to the usual expensive breakfast tacos from bill miller or taco cabana. I tried a 3 meat combo plate (brisket, chicken and sausage) and I was disappointed with the outcome. The brisket seemed like they gave me the burnt leftover scraps after serving the real brisket to someone else. The chicken and sausage were better, but nothing to write home to Mama about. The best thing on my plate were the beans. I'm sad to say, this meal did not satisfy my BBQ Jones. I thought the portions were decent and the price for the meal was reasonable. We had to wait about 20-30 minutes to place a drink order (we got the frozen margaritas, very tasty and strong.) and we also placed our food order at the same time. We had to ask another server to help us a couple times as our server had not checked on us... Very dissatisfied with the service this last time, but I understood that the server had tables all over the restaurant and then later told us that they had call outs and were short staffed... Overall--I enjoy the food, margaritas, and the vibe of the restaurant. I'd like to return to try more entrees and hopefully the service will be just as good as my first time here!
