I also booked a fill and showed a picture of an ombré French. He said he didn't have time and that I would need a full set. When I agreed to switch, he then told me no and insisted on a fill. At that point, I should have left, but I stayed and regretted it. I understand time restrictions but this was upsetting. His family video called him and he answered and kept stopping to chat with them. He made my cuticles bleed and one ended up getting infected. It took him about an hour and 45 minutes to do my nails, when in other salons it's taken 1 hour for the same treatment with the same product out come. The placed reeked of smoke. He was very well spoke and nice. My nails have lasted for 3 weeks, but I will not be returning.
