Update: Since my original review, the situation has escalated significantly. I requested my medical…read morerecords on April 2, 2026, and despite multiple follow-ups, they were never provided. I was told they would be uploaded to my Symplast portal, which never happened. Because of this delay, I was forced to undergo emergency surgery without access to my own medical records; something that should never happen and could have had serious consequences. To make matters worse, the doctor's office has continued to refuse to provide my records, which is a direct violation of California Health and Safety Code §123110. Patients have a legal right to timely access their medical information, and that right was completely disregarded in my case. I have now filed a formal complaint with the Medical Board of California. This experience has been not only frustrating but alarming. Patients deserve transparency, timely access to their records, and a standard of care that prioritizes their safety. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

He will not release your medical records. He absolutely does not have any artistry in him. If you are looking for a fine job he will not be able to deliver it.

After deciding to go through with the tummy tuck, I was excited and nervous all at the same time. When my surgery date came, the hospital staff was extremely helpful. Dr. Childers was great support when I needed him. His office staff was delightful. Now, 2 years later, I have a 5 month old. My body healed nicely post surgery and since my pregnancy, my body bounced back (no stretch marks, no belly). However, once I'm ready for a lipo touch up and possibly a breast augmentation later this year, I will be returning to Dr. Childers. PS - I've received compliments on my scarring, too, from doctors in Beverly Hills. Just so you know, you don't need to go to LA or anywhere outside of Riverside to get nice results. ;)

He claims that he spent a lot of time with the patient, but that's not true and he can go back and check his time stamps, dates on appointments, or CCTV if he has one. On our first consultation appointment, he was kind of offstandish and rude to me as I was trying to inquire about things to expect post op. After he cut me off because he was assuming what I was going to ask, I responded and said that I wasn't going to ask what he assumed I was going to ask. At the next appointment, it was the procedure day, and that took a little more time since it was the day of the procedure. At the final appointment, the post op appointment, we were in the waiting room for about an hour after our scheduled time, which is ok. The stitch removal took about 2-5 mins, and another 2-5 minutes before the doctor came in. He didn't double-check the stitches, but rather just informed us that the skin sent to the lab was not cancerous and reminded us of aftercare, and we left. So, nowhere did he spend a lot of time with us, so that's a lie. Although he spoke with his team, still no accountability or apologies. I don't care to speak with this doctor or the office any further, and none of the reviews will be removed. What's crazier is he keeps responding. Only now that these comments and experiences are made public. But this was not how he was on the phone brushing me off and being dismissive. Would he still be this way if it wasn't public? Seems like he's talking more to the public in third person. I reached out via internet inquiry box from his website. Then contacted the office a few days later. He was not kind on the phone. No one told him to call me while he was mid-surgery. After being dismissive, I decided to leave a review. He actually ONLY reached out after the damage was already done customer service wise. Would he have reached out genuinely otherwise? Absolutely not. Why would I want to further personally interact?

I waited to post them only because it really does take time to settle in and for all of the swelling to fully disappear and I wanted to give credit where credit is due. My total experience at Loma Linda University plastic surgery with Dr. Gupta and staff was nothing less than perfect, I mean every single aspect of it from the initial consultation thru today and I say that because Ive had to delay my second procedure due to illness and also because I wanted to lose some weight before my tummy tuck is performed to achieve the best results possible. September will be here before I know it. Im super excited and nervous only because Im a chicken about being put to sleep Ill be honest lol. Id like to mention that my eyes and face were performed under local and mild sedation, yes I was awake very calm and I felt nothing. My recovery was also painless. The worst part for me was having to wear the neck/head strap for 6 weeks but I did it. Im 58 yrs young and have 6 grown children, so its my time to do me!!! My consultation was extremely thorough and Dr. Kim was completely engaged and generous with his time. After surgery, Dr. Kim was, and continues to be invested in my recovery and available to answer all of my questions. My recovery has been pain free, uneventful and way faster than I anticipated! Georgia, the nurse, is phenomenal. Her knowledge, experience and bedside manner is exactly what everyone needs the day of surgery! She did my Botox at my follow up appointment - and no surprise she excelled here also. I could not be happier with choosing Dr. Kim. He is located 90 minutes away from me, so I had a little hesitation, but it was WELL WORTH the extra drive. I can't wait to go back for phase 2 of my mommy makeover!

Ladies, if you're thinking about going to Curved by Lipo... DO IT!…read more I've been a patient of Dr. Gandhi's since 2021, and at this point, I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my body. My first procedure was in 2021 when I had lipo of my abdomen, love handles, and lower back along with a BBL. I loved my experience and results so much that I came back in 2023 for lipo of my abdomen, upper and lower back, and a mini tummy tuck. And most recently, this August, I went back AGAIN for chin and neck lipo. So when I say I trust Dr. Gandhi and his team, I mean it! Every surgery day has been such a good experience. Of course you're going to have some nerves when you're having a procedure done, but the staff has always made me feel comfortable and taken care of. They're great about giving you the information you need before and after surgery, so you know what to expect and how to take care of yourself during recovery. And Dr. Gandhi... I absolutely LOVE him! He is so knowledgeable and professional, but he's also very personable. He takes his time, listens, and really focuses on getting the best possible results for YOU. And I have to mention that big, bright smile! You can tell he genuinely enjoys seeing his patients. He remembers you and makes you feel known and seen instead of making you feel like you're just another body or another surgery on his schedule. That has always stood out to me. As far as my results? I'm IN LOVE. I don't regret any of my procedures, and honestly, there isn't anything I would go back and change. I've trusted this man with my stomach, back, booty, tummy AND my face/neck at this point! That alone should tell you something. Cosmetic surgery is such a personal decision, and you absolutely have to do your own research and choose the surgeon you feel comfortable with. But speaking from my own experience over the last several years, Curved by Lipo and Dr. Gandhi have earned my trust again and again.
