They did call and leave a message that I missed but after that call, I had two text confirmations from them and called the office the morning of my appointment and talk to someone to confirm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I showed up for my appointment and they said it had been canceled and that they tried reaching out to me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They offered me no alternative solution other than to come back until I had said that I talk to someone and then all of a sudden they could get me in with someone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, I had taken off work and after over 30 minutes of waiting past my appointment time after they had told me it would be just a few moments I had to leave. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was zero apology, and they tried to blame me and their third-party system.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I asked why the third-party system would be sending out reminder text and confirmation after they had canceled the appointment, they told me they don't actually cancel the appointment until they talk to the patient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I asked why they would do that when there was no doctor to be seen as an alternative they just said that's the way we do it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]While I will take the blame for missing the missed call at 8 AM the day before I don't understand why they wouldn't make a second attempt when the appointment was at 12:50 the next day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]And furthermore, why I wouldn't have been told on the phone when I called the day of my appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Needless to say, I called Kaiser and ask him not to ever have to go back to the office. read more

Providers spend very little time with patients and do not appear to be fully attentive or engaged in discussing concerns or treatment options. If you have the ability to explore other in-network providers, I strongly recommend doing so. My skin had been breaking out, so I visited the Corona office hoping to get some help. Unfortunately, my experience started off on the wrong foot. This office is terrible. You have to wait months for an appointment, and the Friday before they will cancel it and not even communicate with you. This has happened twice. Just poor communication from the front desk. Tell me why, I speak to someone on Friday about my referral authorization being good until the end of the month. They schedule me for Monday morning at 8:30. Today is Monday morning, and they tell me I don't have an appointment:/ What the actual efff. I confirmed last Friday. Then they tell me some crap about the referral when I confirmed with my doctor and referral coordinator that it was valid. This is the second time I have taken time off work for them to cancel the day of. So unprofessional. I hate this office. Just unprofessional and no concern for your time or healthcare. After waiting several months to get a referral from my primary doctor I was finally able to get in to Pacific Dermatology! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was able to get an appointment the day I called, I spoke to Maria and she was an absolute doll, she was kind and very understanding![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]As I arrived the front desk girl (sorry I didn't get her name) was very pleasant and had me finish filling out my paperwork.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I waited less than 5 mins when I was called back to the room. I checked in recently and Evangelina and Dr. Roshideh both took great care of me! My time felt very valued and respected because the Office was properly staffed and well- organized. Two Receptionists warmly greeted me upon arrival, and while one was busy the other checked Me in quickly and had a bathroom key ready to go in it's right spot when I asked for it. When I came back there was a lot of spaciously comfortable seating available for me while I waited, and I happily chatted with another Patient and marveled at the tastefully chic Furniture of the Cave! Evangelina called me in soon after and was very thoroughly organized in following protocol procedures! She worked efficiently and effectively with Dr. Roshideh to identify the problem with my Eczema Care Routine and together they explained to me kindly how to go about fixing the error in a dignified and helpful way instead of scolding or mocking me. My husband has been here a few times. He has requested a full body exam to be approved and every time we go to the next visit they act as though they've never heard that or never put it in . Very concerning has family history of melanoma. Called to make an appointment for ongoing treatment and stated that he didn't have any more visits left . Don't waste your time. My wife Had an appointment at 1:45pm and waited 55 minutes with no clothes on with nobody coming in to check on her once. After getting dressed and speaking with the office person, they indicated she was next but was another 16-20 minutes. The office personnel offered no apologies or didn't even seem to care at all. She ended up getting her co-pay back and left only to try to find someone else to remove some skin cancer!! My concern is they have 16 offices and only nine physicians, so you most likely never see a doctor but instead see a PA or some other type of assistant. The appointment was scheduled at 835. I was not called back until nine and not seen until 915. I understand the HMO model is to pack them in but to be seen almost 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment, and I was the second appointment of the day. I respect their time. They should respect mine. I shared my issue with the office staff they seemed unconcerned. read more

Horrible experience. I drove here al the way from Meniffe to have a follow up appointment. We had an appointment at 11:00am and showed up at 10:30. We were informed that the doctor was running an hour late. I asked if there was anyone else available to provide me the results, in which I was informed that no, only the doctor can provide the skin test results. We left because based on what the office assistants information, we wouldn't be seen until around 12:00pm. 15 minutes later I get a call that they are ready to bring Eli back so the doctor can see her. I was ready to snap. I was also informed that they close the clinic at 12:00pm so Eli could not be seen at this time. INCOMPETENCY AT ITS FINEST! I drive back and was brought in with my daughter into a back room within 5. After waiting for another 20 minutes in this room, we were informed that the doctor was in a very complicated surgery and would not see us until another 45 minutes. After this I requested a release of our results so that I could take them to another dr. to review. I was told I needed to wait until the office supervisor came and had me sign a release. I will it be returning to this office ever again. Not once did anyone show any sympathy or apologize. Horrible customer service. I wanted to put 0 stars but was not allowed. read more

I saw Dr Babak Roshdieh for hair loss. I had a Saturday morning appointment. He showed up very late to the office & the staff mentioned that he does that often. He doesn't listen well-just insists he is right before he even knows your situation. I went to him for hair loss. I wanted a scalp biopsy so I can determine what treatment would be effective & not waste my time & money trying things that won't even work. I also have scalp pain & wanted to see if maybe I have a scalp or hair follicle infection. He refused to do a scalp biopsy or culture. He insisted my hair loss is because I'm autoimmune, he says I will always struggle with hair loss. He told me to try minoxidil & "Hope" that it works. He also said he was going to prescribe minoxidil but the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. And no education was given on minoxidil. Horrible care all the way around. I'll be trying the Riverside office from today on but I am officially bowing out from this one. I have been putting up with their uneducated staff for 2 years now. You should not be telling customers they will be up soon if they are not. Our appt was at 8:10. I waited for 1 hour and had told them prior that I had to leave for work at 930. They held my leg their lying through their teeth that my mother and law and I would be out before 930am. And it wasn't just one. It was all of them! The appt never materialized and when I asked them about it, they told me every patient is different and I needed to get my butt back in the patient room and wait or else! Seriously screw all of you. Tell us sooner so we can plan our days! I found out later they overstuffed my appt with 2 other people at the same time even though they can only see one at a time. They never apologized and rescheduled my mother in law so far out that she's likely to suffer from her psoriatic arthritis so I called their supervisor to transfer to the Riverside office this Monday. Some of you girls there wear nails. You know well you would burn down a nail salon if your appointment was 15 minutes late! You care more about your superficial beauty than someone's health. Do not go here if you have Kaiser insurance because they will not process the bill correctly and you will end up having to call Kaiser and their billing company to process your claim. The service here is terrible- The dermatologist does haphazard treatment like he is always in a hurry to meet his quota. I wouldn't recommend this clinic at all. read more
