Update: Since my original review, the situation has escalated significantly. I requested my medical records on April 2, 2026, and despite multiple follow-ups, they were never provided. I was told they would be uploaded to my Symplast portal, which never happened. Because of this delay, I was forced to undergo emergency surgery without access to my own medical records; something that should never happen and could have had serious consequences. To make matters worse, the doctor's office has continued to refuse to provide my records, which is a direct violation of California Health and Safety Code §123110. Patients have a legal right to timely access their medical information, and that right was completely disregarded in my case. I have now filed a formal complaint with the Medical Board of California. This experience has been not only frustrating but alarming. Patients deserve transparency, timely access to their records, and a standard of care that prioritizes their safety. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. read more

I had liposuction 360 and the fat added to my hips, not so much a BBL, but more for shape. It's been almost 6 months since I had the surgery, and I will tell you that when Dr Salcedo says to trust the healing process, he is not lying! I had no bruising, but my body was holding onto swelling for about 2-3 months, even with fajas and lymphatic drainage. Everyone heals differently. Now it's all gone, and my shape is incredible - better than I even anticipated. From SpongeBob to a glass Coke bottle - seriously!!! It went great from consultation to surgery and my after surgery visits. His care coordinator was patient and went through all of the financing options with me over and over again without complaint because it was a little overwhelming for me dealing. One visit after surgery his nurse Michelle gave me an IV after I mentioned I wasn't doing well with my hydration (extra fee of course, but worth every penny), and I didn't even feel the needle go in (I think this is worth mentioning since I hate needles). The staff are amazing and always so sweet. When I come in or call on the phone, they know who I am and talk to me. The process was scary, since it's surgery and all, but Dr Salcedo made me feel like I was in good hands. I met with his anesthesiologist, Dr Nguyen, on my surgery day and was reassured that I was in the greatest of care. I have done my research on doctors in the area. I was previously with a different doctor and now I exclusively only come to see him. Dr. Salcedo is the best plastic surgeon hands down. Not only is he a skilled surgeon, but a great person. His bedside manner is top notch, but also his skill level and education shows through all of his work. I'm so pleased beyond belief with Dr. Saucedo, and his staff. I came to him in Sept. 2022 for a breast revision. I choose him from 3 other physicians I consulted because he listened and was sincere about my options. The safe approach was going to be a process because of breast capsular contraction. In November 2022 I had Lipo on my stomach and back area and removed my implants, I healed for 3 month before moving into the 2nd stage. This gave me time to decide if I wanted to stay all natural, do just a lift, or do lift and implants. In Feb. 2023 I decided to do implants and lift because I wanted projection. Five weeks today, results are in line with expectations. I'm also pleased to say results of lip filler has been a success. I highly recommend him for cosmetic and non-invasive procedures.
