Got hooked in with Kilroy's through my USAA app, and was explaining to the kids how this was going to take like an hour or more to get a tow truck when I received a phone call that they were 5 minutes away. The gentleman whose name I am forgetting (Todd?) asked for clarification about where exactly on a side street my vehicle was, and told me he'd be there in 5 minutes and then actually was! Quick change to the spare tire, super friendly, and even recommended me a tire shop nearby, where I got it repaired quickly. I told this (probably boring story) like 6 times that day, mostly to parents whose kids I had in my care, and it made me smile every time.
