I was very impressed with the consultation, how he presented his samples, and how he explained the construction process timeline. Jorge and his team showed up on time. They did the demo in one day for a large patio over 55 feet long. After the demo, they completed the project in 4 days' time. They came every day, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Whenever we had questions or concerns, Jorge always took the time to listen to us and address our concerns. They built our patio deck, and it turned out beautiful!!! Working with Jorge and Daisy was seemless. We were informed along the way. Installment was scheduled quickly once the materials were in stock. I would absolutely recommend them. The awning came out beautifully. I couldn't ask for a better product. The places that needed to be caulked were done and they didn't skip any detail. From the consultation, Jorge was very helpful and walked me through what options were available and how best to orient the patio for the water run-off. As promised, he followed up within 1 day to provide me with an estimate. Once we decided that we wanted to move forward, he came back out again to talk through color, lighting and electrical options. Once materials were received he told me that it would take approximately 3 days to complete the job from start to finish. Jorge, Angel and their installers, completed the job within that timeframe. To be honest, I wouldn't have minded if it took a day or two more because of the high quality work they performed. Each day, they cleaned up the work areas and stored their tools in one spot. Jorge (owner) and Deisy (office) were pretty on top for communication. It was sometimes difficult to get ahold of one or the other the same day, but they would get back to me the day after. Walter was a fast worker and preferred to be left to work when we asked questions. The side light wasn't installed correctly but that was easy enough to fix on our own. We had a solid insulated patio installed. Workmanship was a solid 4.5 on the patio. They did what they needed to do, though some of the minor details were messy. We were worried about water damage so some leftover patio material was used as makeshift flashing at no extra cost, which was nice, but it was also installed mildly unevenly. Cuts on the house rafters (that would be hidden) weren't straight, and we ended up going back over the exposed sections with a 2nd layer of paint and filling in holes with wood putty on our own for peace of mind. There were a few spots where the rain gutter shield's glue wasn't fully applied. City and HOA approval took a few months though Jorge and Deisy handled it just fine for an extra fee. Overall not the cheapest option of the bids we got, but the one that felt like they would do good job of it with good materials and experience, and not grief us with shoddy work or extra problems. There were no delays once permits were done and work started. No major complaints with the patio so far. I would go with this company again, but I would take extra care that the minor details and concerns are covered so everyone's on the same page. read more

Jorge was responsive when I called, he was quick to come out and provided an estimate. The process was easy and pricing was great. He walked me through door, wall and ceiling color and material selection to replace the old enclosed patio. Once the parts arrived the tear down took less than half a day. Angel came out to tear down the existing patio by himself! I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the site was after the tear down. He was so kind to help me moved some of the larger patio furniture out of the way. The install was completed in few days and we love our new covered patio with recessed lightings, electric outlet and glass windows all around. Jorge placed an exterior outlet as requested as well. Very pleased with the outcome of the project. Jorge and his crew showed up as expected, worked hard and did a quality job, and cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. We had a design that was atypical, but that was no problem for them. Jorge was patient with my questions and worked with me to customize the design and installation. We pulled a permit, which they arranged, and the work passed inspection easily. When the patio cover was finished, the rains came and some caulking applied to a few areas washed away.
