I worked with Chris... from the order to install and had questions, changes and some back and forth going on and I thought they would say bye to me ha ha. It was really easy and fast working with Chris and after the install something was off due to our old metal frame being bent 30 years ago and they came out with in a day to adjusted it and it looked great. 1 suggestion if you have a metal frame and it needs painted and welded let them do it. We needed the fabric on our two existing awnings replaced. I contacted AAA Awnings several years ago by phone and had a salesman come out (their sticker/logo was on the inside corner of awning). In Feb, we finally pulled the trigger. We delivered our existing awnings and chose a TEMPOTEST fabric after taking home a sample book. We emailed Mike our top 3 choices along with our Valance style and Trim/Braid color. He was prompt to respond and ordered the fabric. About a week later we were picking up our newly covered awnings. We saved $ by doing the delivery/pickup and installation ourselves. Mike also gave us a great tip...just remove the screw in the house far enough to get the awning out. We are pleased with our patio cover/awning. It keeps the rain off the washer and dryer, provides shade and seems to be holding up well.

I ordered an awning based on my measurements and photos I sent by e-mail of the door over which it was needed, and sent pictures of existing awnings found on the internet. It was ordered strictly based on e-mails, it was completed on time as promised and installed by two workmen who cared that it was right and went the extra mile to make it so. Can't ask for more than that at a price that was competitive with others. As a side note, I sent similar e-mails to two large competitors in So. California and am still waiting for a reply from either one of them. Neither has responded except by spewing forth a constant supply of ads whenever I open any link on my computer.
