We planned to install an aluminum wood-look patio cover as part of a whole yard redo, but were having issues getting responses from other companies. I called Backyard Patio Covers and spoke with Tomas. He took a lot of time on the phone explaining different options and how we can meet my HOA's very specific requirements. We scheduled an in person appointment and Tomas arrived on time with samples. We selected the solid, non-insulated cover. Once we signed the contract and made a material deposit, Tomas kept in touch with us while we waited for the materials to become available. He then coordinated with our contractor to put the cover in according to the overall project timeline.
