Valley Patios did an amazing job in our new 4k free-standing patio cover. During the initial process, they were very responsive to our questions and request for status updates. When there was an issue with vendor-sourced ceiling panels, they asked the vendor to redo them because they did not meet Valley Patios' quality standards. During installation, the crew was very friendly and accommodating - when we asked about spacing out the ceiling lights a bit more, they happily complied. The quality of the work and the attention to detail were excellent. Lastly, right after installation there was a spot where some moisture was coming down from the ceiling - when asked about it, Valley Patios came back promptly to take care of the issue. read more

We didn't have to do anything because they took care of everything. Steven did a great job with the installation. Very efficient and careful. They even helped us patch&paint the old crack on the wall which was not caused by the installation. (They even helped contact the stucco paint company for the touch up paint and came to our house specifically for this issue. Again, not caused by them. Very impressive.) For the patio, it's modern, simple and pretty. We love it. It may not feel like the most robust material, but you can always upgrade with better material if you pay more. Great Experience with Valley Patios. Joe came out in September and was very professional and explained things thoroughly. We signed up right on the spot as he was the last company we got the last quote from. Price wise they were right in the middle of quotes we received. However, he was by far the easiest to do with--no high-pressure sales tactics. Another highly reviewed company we almost went with lost our business because they were overly pushy which I don't go for. Permits will pulled on our behalf and we were able to get going on construction in November after waiting on the city to approve the plans. Work was done quickly and professionally. The crew was amazing. Even helped my wife move some packages that were delivered. Can't say enough good things. All are very friendly. The quality of the work was excellent. Exceeded my expectations. The installation was done without permits but installed as required by permits incase a violation occurred which I really appreciated. They do this just incase.
