While waiting a father/son duo came in to get two phones to be repaired. The tech listened to the issues, offered suggestions so that the one phone would be repaired by end of day and the other in 2 business days. They both seemed pleased with the options and I believe reflect the company's commitment to provide excellent customer service. In 90 minutes the battery on my phone was installed and my order complete. the phone is working fine. Under-promise and over-deliver. Very satisfied with their service. Will use them again.

After holding the power and volume down button for about 20 seconds the phone would come on and go right back off. I took it here to get it repaired. I found this repair location on google with a different name (ESM cell phone repair). I was charged $41.60 to have my phone inspected to see what the problem was and get it repaired. I was told I would get a call in an hour or two after the technician checked my phone. After waiting over 3 hours, I called to get the status on my phone. When I called, I was told exactly what I had told them how the phone was acting. Clearly they had not looked at my phone at all. I asked what I next step was and the guy seemed puzzled. I was asked if I wanted to come pick up my phone. Since it was obvious that they couldn't repair it I went back to pick up my phone. It appeared that the phone had no been touched. I guess this was an easy way to make money off people without providing any service. I advised to steer clear of this place unless you have money to give them just because. One would think they would at least refund the money for the wasted trip.

I tried to clean it up, but I guess I didn't do a great job, because after that, things slowly started going downhill. The screen would randomly go black, it lagged like crazy, and some of my games just wouldn't run right. After dealing with that for almost a year, I finally decided to have it looked at. I had taken it to another shop once before for a different issue, but they kept my PC for over a week and honestly, I don't think they diagnosed it properly--because the hot chocolate mess was never addressed, and the problems continued. This time, I found Fix My PC, and I'm so glad I did. The gentleman there was super kind and clearly knew what he was doing. The shop is small, but don't let that fool you--he's sharp. After a proper diagnosis, he found the issue: the video card had been damaged from the spill. He cleaned it out thoroughly and replaced the card--and had it all done in just 3 days! I couldn't believe it. Fast, accurate, and no upselling or runaround. Compared to the last place, which took a week just to figure things out and more time to change a part, Fix My PC was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend! Great service, reasonable pricing, and the job was done right.

I get a call shortly after leaving my phone and paying saying that my Face ID and front camera won't work after ward if the repair is done and I explain to the Daniel the customer service rep there that okay that's fine. I just need my phone fixed. I later get another call from Daniel saying they had an issue with the screen they ordered it wasn't the correct one and that they could get the right one for an additional 45 dollars to be fixed that day. I go back and forth with him and eventually get transferred over to his manager Alex which isn't a great manager at all. He answers the phone yes? I'm like I was transferred over to you to talk to you and he say about what? Im already over this situation he then begins to tell me that I have to pay more to be able to get my screen fixed because thwy received the incorrect order. I begin to explain to him how is it that I got quoted a price and time frame to be done for 100 dollar and now you're telling me I have to pay extra because you got the wrong part? It made no sense to me and I kept trying to figure out how that logic made sense. He then refused to help me fix my screen after I agreed to pay the additional 45 dollars and wouldn't give me his name at all. He also stated " i domt feel comfortable repairing your phone after this awkward interation im having with you" I began to tell him what a horrible manager he is and that the way he's running this Business is all messed up. I hope the owner can find a better manager and i wouldn't recommend coming to this place unless you want yo get ripped off. Also daniel was very nice and helpful the manger alex was a horrible, no back bone having man child. To top it off i went back to get my phone after they refused service and Alex couldn't even be bothered to come talk to me. The fact that he couldn't help or even be bother was crazy to me. I later got his name from Daniel after they voided my charge.
