I did that once and never again. Gray market customer service is horrible, they'll say a product is in stock even when it's not so the product never ships even though they charge you upfront, a lot of times missing links, no manufacturer warranty - the list goes on and on. Every watch I've bought from here is always exactly as described, with fast shipping, and at a great price. I'm a big fan of this shop.

I brought it the same day to put a new battery in, the guy took it away and after a couple minutes he started saying "its broken man, the case is already broken" then told him to show me and he came out a few minutes after with the watch indeed with the case broken and cracked around the screw whole he removed. The watch is old but how is it possible that I opened it 30 mins before without issues but when he did the watch "fell apart" and took him 8 minutes to get 4 screws out? Suspicious to me. I don't know if he was gonna try to sell me a new casing, a new watch or what but unfortunately this watch has huge sentimental value to me and his greed or maybe pure bad intent ruined it forever. The place is sketchy and so is the guy that works there. Don't bring your valuables.
