I was running late due to traffic and didn't realize they closed at 5 PM. I called ahead to let them know I'd probably arrive a little after closing, and Mike told me not to worry and that he would wait for me. When I finally got there, Mike tested the speaker and told me there was actually nothing wrong with it. What really impressed me was his honesty. I had already taken it to another place, and their solution was simply to buy a new speaker. Mike could have easily tried to sell me a repair or charge me for his time, but instead he was upfront and said everything checked out fine. To top it off, he didn't even want to charge me for inspecting it. That's the kind of integrity that's hard to find these days. He apologized and shared that the person that I dealt with was a technician and the owner shared he was unaware of how the technician was conducting business. Mr. Leonard is a nice person and understood reasons as to why I was so upset. I still have a broken tv, but at least I was able to get it back and my money too. Hopefully, in the future, if you decide to go here, have things in writing and deal with Mr. Leonard directly. Expectations need to be very clear in order to avoid problems.
