Great service at this Elk Grove location…read more Everyone I interacted with was super professional. They were friendly and helpful in many ways. After a small misunderstanding the branch manager made sure to set my car deal up while I waited for the car seller to travel from nearby Modesto. This way when they arrived things would move swiftly. Once they did one of her associates quickly sat us down with most of the paperwork filled out, having us just sign our signatures where needed. Altogether something that seemed insurmountable only took about 15 minutes once we were all inside the branch. This was awesome and made a tough situation so smooth. Thanks guys!
