Tim came out 4 separate times - barely looked at my unit. Just assumed what could be wrong with it. On the 4th visit, he finally opened the unit and determined it needed a new fan. He MacGyvered something to make the fan spin and left, saying that it was guaranteed to break again, that he would have to order more parts and return. AND then completely ABANDONED the job. No longer returned any calls or texts from either the insurance company or me. The insurance company had to call out a 2nd HVAC company and I now have to start the process all over. Sold a damaged condenser base $225-see picture. Charged $900 to disconnect and reconnect AC. Took out Freon and left a little. Did not add the Freon back. AC stopped working after 2 weeks. Tim came out said condenser coil was broken and then left. Called another repair company. They fixed the issue. Hose was leaking. Other HVAC repair company fixed the hose. Then added Freon. Worst customer service ever! Only in my home 10 minutes! Were such in a rush to leave. My AC has been turning off we have been constantly been resetting the breaker to get it to turn back on. They simply used a thermometer to show the air vent were cool yet it's 85 degrees in the home. "Come here looking at my reading. Do you see that? it means it is working" So rude and could not answer my questions and was walking away giving me no answers or time. Said I should get a second opinion but according to him the AC works even though the thermostat states 85 degrees. Worst service in the world! read more

Called Wednesday morning regarding our A/C. Technician was out the same morning at time promised. He examined our unit and said nothing was wrong with it. He felt it was operating ok and had sufficient Freon. He said, "It's just old and cannot operate effectively when the temperature rises above 80 degrees." He didn't try to sell me anything or push any services on me so I felt he was honest. There was an $85 diagnoses fee, however. But my husband felt this was a fair price. My home warranty company sent this company out for a problem with my AC. It was draining to roof so needed to be flushed. They were almost 2 hours late to scheduled appointment. They rushed in and out in such a hurry and said they did a couple things and it was all fixed. They didn't bother to clean up after themselves, left a mess on the floor. The next morning it starts raining from my ceiling. Whatever they did they made it worse because now instead of draining to my roof outside it's draining to my attic ceiling inside. I turn off the AC and call them to come back. The tech tells me he has other jobs and is too busy. Seriously?? You broke something, its an emergency, what kind of customer service is this? Worst ever!! I had a friend go up there to look and they left a mess up in the attic too. Had borrowed a towel from me and they left a soaking wet towel on the wood in the attic. Next I call the office and they tell me the same thing, they will try to squeeze me in and someone will call me when they can come out. I'm out of the house for the day because my contractor is doing some painting and I'm waiting for their call so I can meet them there. Nobody ever calls. I return home to check things out with my contractor and without my knowledge or consent CA Green Breeze technicians are back in my home and working on the AC. No phone call, no permission to enter, just let themselves in. I was shocked and disturbed!! Basically I have no trust in the work they did and I am paying another company to come back and check their work so I can sleep at night. Here is why: Comfort Elite installed my 3 ton Air 5 years ago but never did any following up to check my unit till 5-year warranty is up and came over and tell me I need a new air-conditioning unit for $5000.
