I was here because my granddaughter is enrolled in classes. The parking outside is hectic people don't park well, not respecting the lines, I was excited to check how it were. First thing I noticed, the personal doesn't have any structure, they change my kid to another spot with bigger kids, I thought it was gonna be good but no. The teenagers were doing their thing as they know how to do it, my kid is new at that, she was just looking. Then she started jumping and copying what others do, the teacher move her from one foam tool so another one wanted to use it, and she was standing there nobody paying attention, actually they don't pay attention to nobody, kids do whatever they can with no lidership from the staff. I noticed other kids standing the same waiting for someone to help them. That's a shameful attitude. Also I noticed teachers arguing for the spots to use, this place is very unorganized, the price is fair, but because of that they should have professional people working with the kids, it could be fatal if they don't have instruction what to do and do it wrong. Is a huge place and the teachers or assistants are young, if they are doing this for the payment is terrible, management should hire loving people, patient and willing to share gymnastics skills, they go to play only, or to see other's doing flips. I hope this place makes the improvements needed. Finishing this month is the last class for my kid, because is paid, but definitely we are going somewhere else. read more

Really disappointed with this place. The coaches barely pay attention to most of the kids, they just walk around taking notes and only seem to care about the more advanced gymnasts. If your child is a beginner or needs help, don't expect much support. It honestly feels more like an open gym than an actual class. Coach Lexi, was very mean to my daughter, she made her feel discouraged and belittled her instead of building her confidence. It was really disheartening to see her lose motivation because of how she was treated. Also, the lady at the front desk is very hit or miss. Some days she's nice, and other times she's extremely rude, depending on her mood. It just doesn't feel like a welcoming or supportive environment overal. Last, be careful with the hygiene. My daughter has gotten hand, foot, and mouth disease from here. It's pretty gross. No proper cleaning, and during the summer, there's no A/C or good ventilation, it gets super hot and uncomfortable. Only challenge is parking because it's shared with so many other businesses, especially around 9-11am on sat when the weekend classes start. Customer service i recommend improve. The blonde lady at the front desk has always helped us in a prompt and kind way, but when we canceled our session over the holiday, since we were out of the area, she ignored our return and said she was too busy and didn't have time to text us back, when she always has before. This way of communicating shows you don't care about each and every customer and you should, that's good business. The instructors seem to be younger and they don't seem to teach the younger kids how to do the task. They seem to hyperfocus on a particular student rather than to give equal time to each member of the group as a whole. We came to them through the City of Orange. We were deeply disappointed with how things seemed to be run. We don't feel our child actually learned anything while in the program. This seemed to be run like a glorified school daycare session rather than a gymnastics class. Please reevaluate the instruction so participants feel like they are getting more out of the program. My daughter absolutely loves her gymnastics class! This company is great. The monthly membership is super reasonable compared to other afterschool programs and I like the make up policy: each month you can miss 1 class and receive a make up token to use towards a different class. I thought it would be difficult to use up a make up token because usually there is a waitlist for the classes but I kept trying and eventually was able to book a make up class with my token. There is also no rush because the tokens never expire :) I do like the gym part of the facility. It has lots of space with every type of gymnastics equipment needed. My daughter is in the beginner class for ages 3-5 and she has a wonderful time! The class is small, only 4 kids, so they get a lot of attention from the instructor. There are lots of chairs set up facing the gym so you can sit and watch your child practice. I used to try and grab a seat up front but those are hard to come by and most of the time the kids are too far back to film or take pictures of. Fortunately for me I did not sign my daughter up so I could video everything. I signed her up for a fun afterschool activity to get her energy out and it is a success! I can't wait to sign my daughter up when she is old enough to do a class by herself. There are parent and me classes for toddlers but I have no energy for that these days, lol. read more

Great place! I have 3 daughters enrolled here and they love it. The coaches are super helpful and the front desk is so accommodating. We have been here for about 3 years combined... took a break from everything during pandemic. There is no A/C but can you imagine trying to cool this huge place?! There are fans that are amazing and when the weather permits they open the slider doors... if it's too hot they have the A/C on in the front and you can watch through the big windows. My kid loves her classes but during the COVID Delta time, I am highly disappointed with safety. Despite an email going out asking all parents to wear masks, and stating all staff would wear masks, only a few parents are adhering to the request, and it is not enforced. The instructors often have masks on but not over their noses. It's highly distressing that the big people in here don't seem to be concerned about the safety of our unvaccinated littles, so my little is wearing her mask under protest. If choices weren't so limited, I would change programs. Otherwise the instructors are engaging, they have a lot of great facilities, but they have not taken the time to get to know my little after we have been here for two months...it feels very impersonal, just pay us and go in. My other kids take karate at the Anaheim Family YMCA and have the most amazing, invested, engaging instructor. It's too bad this business isn't as equally invested in all the kiddos. read more

Good atmosphere for the kids. The coaches seem interested in developing the children's skill. I recommend a nightly disinfect of the mats (to minimize the locker room smell). Invest in hiring a janitor to clean up at night to disinfect, sweep the floors, take out the trash, clean the glass window (full of hand prints) so the place is ready to go in the morning. Pros: it's pretty affordable and my kid loves it. She's learning a lot and practices at home almost daily. Some of the instructors are really really great and engaged and seem to actually care that their students are learning. Cons: front desk seems unorganized and overwhelmed. I haven't seen any growth being documented in quite a while (which is what helps the kids move up levels). Some of the instructors are rude and that carries over into their classes. They don't seem like they care at all and often seem irritated the entire time. Also- I have had some very off putting experiences with other parents. I have overheard racist and ignorant conversations with complete disregard for who may be around. I continue to sign my kid up because she loves it. However, if I my daughter decides to take gymnastics seriously (she's still very young) I would likely look elsewhere. read more

We came to this place for years. We like the teachers here. I struggled for a long time wanting to pull my kid out because this place is so filthy. It gets stuffy in summer like they don't have AC on. All they do is have a big fan on the back. Every time we come here, we have a hard time finding a parking that is close to the gym. The parking are marked compact 90% which means you are risking to get your car dinged. The gym inside always smells funny, like baked with sweaty people and sweaty feet. The floor is super yucky, food and dirt trapped between gap and never got cleaned. The only thing is keeping us coming is my daughter likes the gym here. But it is my torture to bring her here. My son just started here, it was recommended by couple neighbors. First I was not expecting it to be so big and no A/C...it's September and we are having a heat wave. The parents seating is crammed and lots of parents talking loudly right next to you. One big industrial fan by the corner while everyone sweats. Water machine did not take dollars. Front desk is friendly but they seem very preoccupied/ busy. Very impersonal. Place smells like dirty socks, probably from all the sweaty kids jumping around. Very crowded w kids, sometimes it difficult to see what your kid is doing once they go to a different section that is toward the back of the warehouse. I'm worried about my kid getting athletes foot, everyone is barefoot and sweaty. His class was maybe class of 5 to one or 4 to one. Teacher was nice/patient and there is some waiting around my kid has to do while teacher gives him attention. It's good for him to practice patience. Gonna try to stick it out but I think the YMCA would have been just fine and their facility feels cleaner and nicer. My son had a great time. read more

My son attended a party here and is very shy and sometimes needs to warm up on his own time before he feels comfortable to run around and play. He asked if i would come out on the floor with him so I did. We sat off to the side watching the other kids and he was taking his time to want to join in. A woman came up to me and asked me to leave the floor for "insurance purposes". Which i think is a little ridiculous. I completely understand if an adult is jumping or playing with the kids. But for me to be sitting and trying to help my son get the courage to play with his friends, is not ok? Horrible customer service on their part. I told my son it was either we go home or he had to instantly feel comfortable without me and play. He chose to go home and he was so upset and cried that he couldnt stay at the party but didnt want to be out there alone without me. Its incredibly frustrating when people dont have any compassion to a child feeling scared without his mom close by in a new setting and strangers. They also should have coupons for the guests so they can try the classes sometime. (Great advertising tip for you free of charge ) not sure I would go back. My son is enrolled in their toddler class and he loves coming here. The instructors are very good with the young kids. I was bringing him here on Wednesdays but it was a very small class, almost semi private with only 3 kids. We were moved to the Tuesday class were alot more classes in different age and skill level meet. For the toddler class, they do little obstacle courses or stations and help the kids along the way. Its a great way to get kids into a structured sport without them even know it. They go based on 8 week cycles and a yearly enrollment fee. read more

I brought my 5 year old to the Flip Fest camp through the city of Orange. While some teachers were friendly and engaging with the children, some were very impatient, indifferent and I watched as they mocked a 6/7 year old while she was crying for cutting her toe. This was advertised as gymnastics instruction to the child's level however it was just active daycare. I was happy my daughter enjoyed the trampoline, games and slip'n-slide but after a week 10-3 pm and me asking three different teachers for help, she was never instructed on how to even somersault correctly. I understand it wasn't a personalized class but I would expect some instruction so the children don't hurt themselves. I do not recommend this camp. read more

I can appreciate the free class to see if my child would like it. What I don't appreciate it when the class is over my child is left in a corner while her teacher walks away. As she walked by me I had to ask her if the class was over. She said yes, "oops I thought ur daughter walked to you". Thank you for paying attention to her. It's unfortunate bc my daughter had fun. We signed our child up for a gymnastic class through the city. Everyone is friendly but there is absolutely no instructions. It's just a chaotic mess. Here's a card, take it to this person in the bright shirt. Well all the instructors have a bright shirt on the floor. Our instructor was friendly but definitely young with no clue how to handle shy kids. It may be a great place if you've got a confident kid and know what you're doing. However, if you are trying this as a beginner course and have a timid child, this place and my instructor is not a good match. read more

Had both my son and daughter in their preschool program (Beginner through Advanced for my son and Beginner and Intermediate for my daughter). Always had a positive experience with the staff communicating needs for make-ups or changes in schedules (multiple options available to accommodate our already busy life). They were quick fo respond and accommodate every single time. Every coach that worked with my kids (at least 5-6 of them) was always caring, loving and interested in their progress. Came here for a birthday party and it was one of the worse. The facility is rundown with exposed plywood and the equipment had tears. The foam from the mats were coming out. The girls/teachers that led the class was not patient and did not understand these kids are 3 and 4 year olds. They yelled at my 3 year old because he wasn't getting out of the foam pit fast enough. Instead of trying to help him they told him he wouldn't get another turn. They made him feel bad and he didn't want to be there anymore. This is not class it's a birthday party!! They also keep saying you can't be on the gym floor because it's a big liability. They said that to the parents and any kids under 2. Again it's a kids birthday party - it's not class! I would not recommend this place to anyone. My son is a happy kid and is happy to be anywhere but not here. One of our worse experiences. read more
