These guys made cuts inside my house which left silica dust everywhere. They also did a lot of fabrication outside with no dust collection. The seams were acceptable but not perfect. The vein matching was good, though some veins were off by an inch. First time buyers should know about having a seam in the middle of the sink or not. read more

I went with Pacific Stone because of their price, service, and availability. They use laser match technology to match the veins of the countertops. That was pretty impressive. The guy who came to measure was a young kid, super nice and knowledgeable. The demo team was polite and nice with my kids, and the install team worked extremely fast. Not to mention they were CLEAN! Excellent experience working with PSS. I reached out to Ben in late 2023 to ask about his countertop recommendations on an outdoor kitchen project and he was extremely helpful. I cross-checked pricing with multiple vendors and PSS had the best overall value prop (pricing, service, support.) We ended up going with them after meeting with Zack who was also great. Sergio, our assigned fabricator had no qualms about us wanting to verify areas of the slab we wanted to utilize. Francisco, Gustavo, and Gabriel did a phenomenal job on site with the install and post-install support. This is completely laughable. This is coming from a guy who was in Vegas telling me he had a crazy night when I called to say that my tile was missing. This is what Ben does when does when his ego is triggered. If I'm seeking legal counsel, why would I ever threaten these people? Please post it or show it, oh you can't because it isn't true. Someone fearing for their life would've called the police NOT keep coming over. That's strange. Just say how you talk to customers like they work for you and when a man steps in you feel threatened. And he did not even threaten you, you just not use to people speaking up. He names all these fake instances where we fake "threatened them" but yet never called the police is that even believable. I wouldn't even show up anywhere where someone was "threatening". He has no proof of anything as you can see so all he can think of to try to 'scare' us out of a lawsuit by saying he has statements from people who sit right next to him in the shop lol wasn't a hand laid on these people though. but that doesn't work with us we actually come with receipts as you could see from my photos, those photos date up till this day showing incomplete work. Nice try! He's more made about a review and is trying anything to cover up what he can't control. So the best thing he's trying to do is make it seem like we wanted a free job that we PAID for. Missing the whole point of there's multiple things wrong with our kitchen. At risk of mold from flooring that's showing they never had measurements right for and water being able to get pushed in. Real house issues and he spends more time worried about a review and 'image'. We haven't seen Ben a day since hiring them, only the workers. So for him to be 40 playing victim is really crazy. The amount of time spent being mad at reviews could be spent on actual work to please customers. How am I doing all these things for "money back" if over 50 thousand dollars was paid straight from the bank. Our job is not finished til this day and his dad knows because he just came here yesterday lol saying he need to order more parts for other things not just an 'handle'. Oh top it off two places of our backsplash is chipped from them, his dad said he'll tell Ben in a meeting about (recorded)I have every single message and video recording what you fail to realize, there's cameras in our house. Please look up our house worth before you talk about money, own, no mortgage and quite frankly Ben realize people have more money than you, stayed humbled. Lol all you have to do is look inside our home now and everything that isn't fixed is still that way. About the time frame our job was suppose to be done within a week promised by them, then turned into two, had us push back on appliance day and lost deposit because they were late only reason this company had to pay for our plumbing because they made us lose out on money, then turned into 3 weeks, now we're at two months, hired them in April it's July now. But we're rushing? no you guys just try to give out anything and we told you everything that was wrong. You had put your DAD on the job because it was that bad from last guy, he came in swearing cause he was mad about all the poor work done. 2 months in and no fished kitchen, he's more worried about reputation more than quality. Anyone with real opinions and feedback he's arguing with. Btw: If installers felt anyway why were they always complimenting our home, talking with us, asking us things that have nothing to do with installation. We even gave our old quality cabinets to the demolition team for free. The make believe stories are insane like the poor work you guys do. If it was about money we wouldn't have paid it to begin with, it's about quality and having an unfinished job. That's exactly why I said 2k off was no change when you took over 49k. Makes no sense. Initially, I was debating between painting my cabinets or replacing them, and after working with the design team, I decided to go ahead with the replacement. I liked that the new design kept much of the storage options from my old kitchen, which was important because I have a very small kitchen. At least that's what I thought I was getting. The installation day was when everything fell apart. So many changes were made to the original design without my consultation or approval, and when I asked about it, I was told my approval wasn't necessary because they were "minor" changes. Losing TWO drawers and having a cabinet with an opening so narrow that nothing can fit through it doesn't seem "minor" to me. These are huge functional issues! The team didn't even bother to show me the revised plans until AFTER my kitchen had already been demoed. By then, my only option was to go with the new design, which was not what I had signed up for at all. I trusted them with my space, and I was promised that the design would meet my needs. Instead, I was blindsided with a design I never approved, and I was left with a kitchen that doesn't function the way I needed it to. I feel completely disregarded and have ended up with a kitchen that doesn't meet my needs. Major regret. I do love the countertops and wished that is all that I had done. If you want to be involved in the design of your kitchen this company is not for you. They do not communicate or consult with the customer on any changes. Had I been consulted prior to them demolishing my kitchen, I would have gone a different direction. I'm not happy with the functionality but had to settle because they had already demolished my kitchen. They revised the design and I did not see the revisions until after the kitchen was demolished. read more
