She was hand making bags to put all your goodies in and they were so cute. I ended up getting a few things so I got some that I'm going to regift. They have trinkets and gifts for every kind of person. There's cards, jewelry, art, products from locals and there was even a kid section. I found several things for myself as well as presents for others. I actually had to stop myself from spending too much, I wanted it all. Apparently the clerk I got on the phone was, unfortunately the same one that has gotten several negative reviews. She sounded older, think she said her name was Martha. I hadn't even finished telling her what I was looking for, and she cut me off, saying "Could you please call back, thank you" and hung up on me! Just like that! Not sure I want to make an hour and a half round-trip if she's going to be running the store, and I don't even know if they have what I want! Shortly after, one of my exact items appeared for sale on their website even though it had not been purchased from me. When I picked up my bag, that item was returned at my request, but I discovered additional items were missing that had not been purchased or returned. I contacted the business to resolve this. The explanation for what happened changed multiple times before I was told there had been a processing error. Their responses addressed only the missing item and did not account for the item that had been listed for sale online until I pressed for clarification and was given a separate explanation of it being an "inventory issue." This experience left me without confidence in how customer inventory is tracked and handled. If you choose to sell or donate items here, I recommend documenting everything you bring in.

I looked around couple hours kinda check out the vibe of store. Yes I did find stuff I liked. Made appt next day with Adam. The parking slim there but We got lucky 2x able park in front of store. Next day went over the items with Adam. we talked about each item usual where got it, year made, etc I had COA for 1 item rest where done thru check check process takes few hours get validated. Adam was charismatic guy it was easy talk to. He asked what I wanted and he did comps on the items he said what he be able buy at we met sorta middle that i felt ok I let these go. It was process which I was ok with that's how negotiations work. I'm collector of things so I had to be good to part with stuff. I've been thrifing and buying vintage stuff since kid; my mom bought us clothes at Goodwill. That experience carried with me as adult. Thanks Adam next trip back will be Pismo beach i'll bring few more lux items !!!
