I am writing to you to express my extreme disappointment about their reservation cancellation…read morepolicy. My wife and I made reservations through Expedia with Traveler's Inn for Tue, Jul 28 to Wed, Jul 29, (Itinerary # 73463144264880). We were planning to stay there on our way to Santa Barbara, CA where I was to perform some music at a friend's wedding, but then I just received the bad news that I will be needing to start radiation therapy for prostate cancer in July. The treatment involves 8 weeks of radiation sessions, 5 days per week, and must be uninterrupted. At a time when anxiety and stress are elevated I have to deal with spending $93.00 for a hotel stay that I can't use! Cancelling seven weeks in advance didn't seem matter to Traveler's Inn! How horrible is it that a business can be so cold and uninterested in an individual's specific circumstances, and does not offer a refund. I could understand it, and it would be justifiable, if the cancellation came within 1 week of the reserved date, because it might be difficult to fill that room in such a short time. But 7 weeks in advance!?!?!? I am so shocked by such a policy. I'm sorry to vent so much anger and frustration like this, but I am overwhelmed by the user-unfriendliness of this policy.

The town of Williams may be small, but it has several solid restaurant options along with fast food and pizza spots--and even DoorDash delivers right to the hotel, which is a nice bonus after a long day of driving. The hotel itself has been fully renovated, and it really shows. You can tell the ownership genuinely cares about both the property and their guests. Everything feels clean, updated, and well maintained. Amenities are excellent for a stopover or short stay. There's a swimming pool, a grill for cooking, and even a small gym. Parking is plentiful, and most of the time you can park right outside your room, which is great if you're traveling with a car full of belongings or just want peace of mind. In the morning, they offer a basic continental breakfast with hard-boiled eggs, cereal, milk, orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate, muffins, danishes, and yogurt. There's no indoor dining area, but you can easily take it back to your room or enjoy it by the pool. The rooms are well stocked with soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, and a shower cap, and I really appreciated the extra space heater in addition to the standard AC/heater wall unit--such a thoughtful touch. The internet is free and good signal. Pro tip: Book directly through the hotel's website. It's cheaper than Booking.com or Hotels.com (I saved $8), and the price difference more than makes up for any points you might earn elsewhere. It's also cheaper than walking in to book, and they do fill up quickly--when we checked in, only a couple of rooms were left. I've been very happy with both of my stays and will absolutely continue stopping here on future trips. Highly recommended!

Our drive from Sacramento to the…read morecasino was easy, no backed up traffic. The scenic valley and mountains in the background made the drive more pleasurable. Upon arrival, drivers are met with clearly marked signs directing drivers to valet parking OR, the spacious well lit self-parking structure. For those driving from long distances, there is a gas station/convenience store located near the entrance of self-parking. Access to the hotel front desk and casino from self-parking is extremely easy as depending where you park can be a short walk to the elevators. I think that there is a parking level that allows you to enter the hotel lobby without taking the elevator. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. We were able to walk straight to the front desk and get checked in. Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff, Jules, was fantastic. She was professional, welcoming and just a pure spark of joy the entire time. Being a stargazer, I asked about stargazing conditions (whether hotel lighting negatively impacted seeing the stars at night) and she patiently fielded my questions. Walking to our room through the casino was easy. On our way to the South Tower we passed restaurants, cafes and several well appointed areas to sit. The hotel design and decoration is absolutely stunning. Our room was also quite nice. We really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this casino/resort for those looking for gambling fun and relaxation. Kudos to hotel staff and management for a wonderful experience.

We were told by the front desk to use the QR code at each table to place food and drink orders. Carissa came out from behind the bar and said she was happy to help us. She brought us a physical menu with a huge smile and was a true delight. My favorite part of our morning was watching Carissa stop what she was doing to open the gate door for 2 women that were struggling up the stairs with walkers and bags. She kindly took the bags from both women, held the door open and sat them down with their friends/family. This reason alone is why I'm writing this review because she warmed my heart with absolute pure kindness. Second department that I enjoyed was the spa. I've been to the spa a few times now. It's always clean. The support team is kind and helpful. My facial today was with Maria, she was wonderful! I had an 80 min session. It felt like 8 minutes. I suppose that's a downside however, we chatted so much that the time flew by. Chatting in a great way :) We had a great time together and I loved my facial.

For a cheap place I was just looking to crash in to get some sleep for the night oyo really delivered. First of all the room is MASSIVE. I seriously felt like I was in an apartment, all it needed was a kitchenette. There's heat, air, a tv, a microwave, a mini fridge, and seriously tons of space. The ground is also hardwood which adds to the feeling and vibe of the room. I never leave reviews but I felt like this was worth leaving a good word about. It was also CHEAP at about 60 bucks with tax for a massive room with two beds. The staff were friendly and not in your business which is so nice, because I sometimes feel judged or watched at some stays but I was able to have privacy and comfort. It's also clean! I saw another review about it being dirty but I checked the room and I saw no signs of anything bad. It was really nice in my experience. Anyway thanks Oyo! I'll definitely be crashing at an Oyo next time I need to find a place to stay

Most the reviews were bad because of the staff. How ever mine was all physical. First. We pull up, looks super sketch. We couldn't even find the front desk. I had to call Jenna politely told me where it was and I found it. Once we got out of the car there was bugs everywhere.. not a good first sign but I give the benefit of the doubt. Check in was GREAT!! She was so nice! Walk to our room. Upon walking in it smelt gross, like some one tried to cover up a smell. Rooms looked decent at first glance. Then you start looking closer, several several chipped paint marks, dents on the mini fridge, our security latch was totally broken. Just looked like it's not taken care of or cleaned probably that's when I started looking. There's spider webs in the corners, i we t to take a shower and there's a glob of hair on the towel folded into it like no one cared. Hair all over the other towels. Then my boyfriend comes in and tells me there's a roach coming under the door. Nope I had it give me a new room. Go to the front and ask for a new room go into that one and same thing only there's visible dirt on the ground everything looked like it hasn't bed. Cleaned in weeks. And again still bugs, ants, roaches, flys spiders you name it. Gross!!! I have never had to ask for my money back from a hotel. And what's worse is they change their name on yelp so you cannot see accurate reviews. I made it a whole 20 mins at this place. I highly recommend staying In your car or drive north to travelers lodge they don't have bugs crawling under the doors. Hair on towels Roaches Spiders Flys Broken tables and walls Save your money

While…read morethere's nothing particularly exciting about a rest area, this one is larger than most and does a good job accommodating travelers. There's plenty of parking, with separate areas designated for passenger vehicles and for trucks and RVs. The facility has two separate restroom buildings serving both men and women. The men's restroom includes two urinals and two stalls. Considering the age of the facility and the amount of traffic it sees, the restrooms are generally kept in decent condition. There are also a few water fountains located between the restroom buildings. One of the nicer features is the amount of open space available. There are several large grassy and dirt areas where you can stretch your legs, walk around, or give your pets a chance to get some exercise and take care of business. If you're looking for a clean, convenient place to use the restroom, take a break from driving, and recharge before getting back on the road, this rest stop gets the job done.

I do like that they had a dedicated area for pets to run amok while keeping other areas clean for young children and adults to walk around. The staff were friendly, especially Julie, the young lady who checked us in. There were problems with our TV she actually came to our room to fix It, she was not able to correct it at that moment and offered us points, although we were not completely satisfied, she had the best attitude which made it truly hard to be upset. Remember attitude is everything. We were on the first floor, no view, just a bunch of trucks but we did not expect much. The beds were super comfortable, pillows were comfortable, we had to get a few extra wash cloths but that was ok as well.. We went out and came back during the lunch hour and there were chocolate chip cookies available, like we really needed them, but it was nice. The breakfast was good, just enough to help us get back on the road to Southern California, thank you Julie for the extra attention.
